Since moving in there has been one issue after another with our home, as well as the surrounding neighbors. (and I'm talking about some BIG health and safety hazard issues). We have had people constantly in our home fixing issues since we moved in which has been frustrating. Many of the fixed items have been done very sloppy. Some of the issues we were told weren't under warranty, so we are already having to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for the extremely fast and sloppy work that is done with building these homes so quickly. Lennar homes include all the windows doors fireplaces unlike other builders like Richmond. So what you see is what you get and you don’t pay more to add it to the purchase price of the home. Quality of home is excellent. Downside is there’s no say in closing. With one months notice you could be going to closing six months early stuck paying for 2 homes.

There were a number of things about the buying process that we didn't like - especially the lack of options and the quality of the materials that were available to us. I have never built a house that had so few options.

This builder is basically a machine. We paid quite a lot for this home but it has sub par materials. I understand new home buyers are left with even fewer choices. This was like buying a spec home.

Unfortunately many things in this home feel slapped together. The decisions made on things like where to put the pocket lights and where to position the AC unit show just how much the building team is thoughtless in their approach, which makes the home feel ... clunky. The materials used are the cheapest possible. From decking material that my child regularly gets splinters on to paint that literally rubs off when you get the wall wet, I would not say the quality of materials stands up to the price tag.

Windows separated from frame. Carpet cut short pulling away from floor. Walls are not straight. Bad drywall finishes. Doors don’t close right. 5 different shades of concrete, because they don’t know how to mathematics. Very poor workmanship for such an expensive house.

Tawny killed it. Kristen made it easy and enjoyable. They need a reward like a coffee, a trophy or at the very least a pizza party. It's great seeing them in the community after my purchase. It makes it still feel exciting like I'm waiting to close my home. Love them! ❤

Very disappointed with solar. 3 months after moving in and solar not activated. Lennar tells me that I need to call Sunova and XCEL. None of my neighbors who moved in at the same time had to call anybody and their solar was activated months ago.

Couldn’t ask for a better on-site team. The mortgage team unfortunately did not meet up to the standards. Non-responsive and unorganized. They made this process very difficult and stressful. Thank goodness we had Tobi to fall back on.

Sales staff, construction manager and warranty rep have been great. Lennar Mortgage is the worst home finance company I've ever worked with...and I work in real estate so I've seen A LOT for comparison. Trust me, their incentive to use them isn't worth the hassle. The time I spent using them cost me hours I could have used to make 3x the dollar amount they offered via incentives. When they were "Eagle Home Mortgage" their service was top notch, that has drastically changed. Would love to write a great review but have had issues with neighbors regarding fencing and a huge parking problem! Also was not informed about a terrible drainage problem!! Very discouraged but do have some nice neighbors who have been very sympathetic and supportive.
