I purchased my home last minute from Lennar, the closing happened very quickly and from the moment I met with the model home rep to any follow up repairs or consults, their team has been extremely responsive and helpful.

The home is built well. Nice to have modern features that make things convenient. I know they were trying to keep costs down in the model I purchased but it would have been nice to have the option to upgrade.

the loan application with Lennar makes you resubmit paperwork every week. Once moved in, when you have a problem that needs to be fixed, takes about a month or longer for them to even respond and try to fix it. Still waiting on things that need to be fixed. It's been 4 months.

The beginning of my experience was great! However, after moving in I’m so disappointed in response to issues! I have a roof issue and I’ve been waiting almost 4 months and it is still not resolved. I’ve had to contact corporate and I’m hoping the man I’m dealing with will help! I was told I bought a production home!! Yes, but I expected quality!

These homes are good for first time buyers, who are not particular about quality. Although, this home cost over half a million dollars! I think it was overpriced for the the quality of the materials and the size of the home.

Compared to other new home builders, Lennar has a better reputation. My only complaint is that Lennar doesn't invest enough in after market customer care. The Customer Care Representative has too many homeowners under his prevue to be able to address issues in a timely manner. If Lennar truly cared about how homeowners feel about such a significant purchase and if Lennar is hoping homeowners will recommend their product, then Lennar should make a bigger investment in their Customer Care staff.

We have had many issues with our home from cracking and collapsing concrete, broken sprinklers, so much settlement that our front door won’t lock and our fence gate won’t close, broken water heater, pooling water and more. Anytime we submit a request it takes months to get a result and weeks for our customer care rep to respond. Super stressful and disappointing.

I think my timing was perfect on moving here. Lennar had already started my home and I was not able to pick all the cabinets, floors etc, but the designers did a very nice job.

Very disappointed with everyone involved from sales person to contractors and everyone in between. Once purchased issues are addressed in a very poor and unconcerned matter. Told not to except perfect in this new home build take what I got even though I paid full asking price. Never recommend Lennar to anyone ever

Ava Knight was great! Very helpful and attentive to our needs/wants. However we did have a few issues with their lenders, they seemed very unorganized, we had to send the same documents multiple times.

That staff shines brightest from the sale to support. Unfortunately, the quality of the home isn’t as good as the quality of the Lennar team. I’ve had to open multiple tickets within a few months of living here and even opened a separate ticket due to workers ruining my grass from repairs done on settlement in the driveway. My biggest issue is with the “high efficiency” toilets they’ve installed. They use little water that I’ve had to plunge them 12 times!! Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the purchase of my new home.

Overpriced tract home

Each day is a discovery of so Erving else not working correctly, having to deal with rude contractors, or experiencing an issue with trying to get resolve a repair that’s been “fixed” poorly. Also, this lot is way too close to other neighbors. When a contractor friend of mine stated, “when someone pays over half a million dollars for a home, they shouldn’t have these kinds of issues”, the response from the Lennar customer service manager, “Everyone is paying that price for these houses”. Does that mean it’s okay the workmanship is awful?
