I bought Lennar Home Second time. Once I moved in the New house. After one month later so many quality issues are appeared in this house. when I did the service request. The Customer service Representative are so unprofessional and they are omitting the reputation of Lennar Home Builder. They are just making the customer upset rather than help them. I recommend all my Friends and relatives not to buy any Lennar Homes in Future. its Quality and services are very low day by day. Investing money to buy Lennar Home is now Powering water on the sand.

nice home, well built, great spot for second home!

From start to finish the whole process for us went very smoothly! We got the perfect home with all the bells and whistles you would want in your home! All growing pains with a new home were quickly addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

The homes are built with cheap materials, walls are thin and you can hear every little noise from neighbors and cars. They do not level the backyard or remove invasive weeds with thorns and stickers. The buyer is responsible for excavating the backyard and the fencing.

From the first introductions with Amy, and on through showings, contracts, on into move-in transitions to follow-up support, our whole buying experience built our trust and confidence in our decision to buy our new Lennar home in Erie, CO.

The only "good" experience was dealing with the professionalism of the sales and title teams. The mortgage team and the builders after you've closed are by far the worst home buying experience I've had.

he buying experience with Lennar was about what you’d expect from a large corporate builder: professional on the surface, but you get the sense you’re just a number. Every negotiation felt like pulling teeth, and the promises made were larger than the follow-through. Some details were glossed over or even misleading — especially regarding HOA expectations. As an example of being treated like a number, I needed landscaping documents within 20 days of closing and couldn’t get ahold of my salesperson at all. I had to find a workaround on my own, and based on that, I would not recommend working with her. The build team, however, was a completely different experience. They did a thorough walkthrough with us, and our rep had already flagged many issues before we even arrived. Most were resolved before move-in, and the rest were handled quickly afterward. Special thanks to Patrick — he’s been a rockstar. He responds fast, communicates clearly, and even accepts text messages to help with issues. That said, there are a few disappointments in the construction and landscaping choices. The siding used is very thin, which seems to be an unfortunate trend with large builders cutting costs. Landscaping has also been spotty — several of our plants died quickly, and I’ve noticed similar issues around the neighborhood. There is a warranty covering one replacement, so I’ll reserve judgment until I see how that process goes. Overall: Once we were past the sales office, the experience improved dramatically. Everybody at Lennar helped us all the time. They went above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need.

Overall the home is great. I have been pleased with all the customer service I have received. The appliances are standard which is fine they do the job

The biggest issue is the interior design, its awful. It seems that the guy designed interior part of the did not have any knowledge of how to use the space. Too small bathrooms and cabinets are very bad with no drawers. It is a waste of money and Im not happy with my purchase.The homes are priced very high. I don't recommend anyone to buy.

We had nice experiance from each team across the buying path and post maintenace request also being taken care on time

The financing and home buying experience was simple and easy. There have been several issues since we’ve moved in including our roof leaking the weekend we moved in. The issues are being handled but we are very concerned about what else will come up. It’s also a little frustrating that Lennar wouldn’t work with us on the initial house that we wanted and turned about less than a month later and sold it for $46k less than what we offered.

Mortgage experience with Lennar mortgage professionals are not very good at all, Craftsmanship and quality is kinda ok, we have lived in our new home now over 30 days and we now see a lot of stuff that is done half fast ,

Homes are maid cheaply no quality workmanship and material. They just look pretty. Drive way, for a 4 car garage was designed poorly. Not even 2 cars can park next to each other on the drive way without getting too close to the house. Even though I paid 25k for landscaping in the backyard, I had no input how to make it just a rectangle patch of grass with no nice shape. Not all rooms have low voltage wiring which should be standard. Cheaper houses have been pre wired for cable and internet since 20 years ago. Overall, because of the mistake original salesman made in our case, it turned out to our favor and I think we got a better lot but all those issues remains. The standards Lennar has does not make sense. You guys say you don't do certain things and not customize to be on time but, let's say why can't customers have the say so in at least the color of the countertops? It's same material, same price just different color. 1.2, 1.3 million dollars is not a small amount and for that, I should have gotten a better house. Driveway is the main thing that I'd have to get rid of all those nice plants and replace them with concrete to make driveway match the house. Or using small loose rocks on the edge where it will scatter all over the siding. Who's designing all these? Bring me in and I'd do a better job. Very disappointed in Lennar but unfortunately, it's the house that family liked because of the openness and rooms that have bathrooms and walk-in closets. But, that's how I feel. You can change that by helping me at least correct the driveway at your own cost if you want a better review and recommendation from me. Also no walkway from house to street? Bad design. ... More

We have been very satisfied overall. There are a few things we have been less satisfied with, but the overall value is very good. One recommendation would be to offer alternative interior colors than white. Response to issues so far has been great though.

Easy to work with kind, ethical, professional people.

Overall was good experience - did have some issues with "extras" have had to have some things fixed. Carpet layers left bumps under carpet. Garage door had bent rollers. need to check check and check - eerything was taken care of in a timely fashion.

The whole process was easy. All my questions were answered. Great team. keep up the Good job.

There is poor material quality.

This was a great experience all doc was sent to me on time and was I able to contact my agent as much as possible.

My new home purchase with Lennar was a smooth experience. They offered a lower interest rate than what the market and other lenders did. I'm looking forward to my first summer in the community.
