Lennar has been great. They have addressed all of our problems and we are so happy with the home and our mortgage rate.

Throughout the whole process of looking at homes to closing, there were lots of helpful people involved. Matt, our sales guy, Tim who did our orientation and walkthrough, Cheryl our loan application manager, plus a number of other people provided support at every step.

We were very fortunate to find the home that we did. We lived in California, but wanted to be closer and able to help with our daughter's second baby in Colorado. We found this house online and our daughter FaceTimed us as she took a tour of the house. We both wanted it right away, so we went through the process of buying the house. Lennar made it so easy for us and showed us the steps of building the house along the way, so we felt involved and could really see what we were getting. In just over two months, we were ready to move into a newly built home! We drove to Colorado and were very happy and impressed when we finally saw the house and the neighborhood where we were going to live. We closed a week after we saw it for the first time. Everyone we've talked with and met has been extremely helpful...and the quality of the house has been very high. I had the best team I worked with to build my new home in Parker, CO. From my sales person, Mary, who was incredibly knowledgeable on the housing market and Lennar's business trends to Chad and Isaac who oversaw the construction of my home. I received thorough updates on my build process. If I had any questions that were not addressed in a regular update, I felt I could ask about anything and always received prompt responses. The quality of the craftsmanship is on par with a custom home and I know my new home with withstand the test of time.

The entire process was a breeze, the builder kept me honest of all the stages of home construction. And the customer service is very prompt. High recommended.

This is my first house I have no idea about house but lenner staff is very helpful they help me how to process buy the house they send me mail and sugest step by step thank you for everything. BB

Awesome home I'm happy to stay

Lennar has figured out the home building process to make it very efficient and easy for the home buyer! We have had a few hiccups since moving in, but the Lennar customer service team (Peg specifically) has been really great at getting those minor problems resolved quickly. We love our new home!

The building and sales team are very knowledgeable, also being on top of every step in the construction, I'm really happy to have 2 houses with Lennar. Ramon
