In this area, spend more money with a builder who is known to produce a more quality build. It will be worth it and a better protection of your investment.

The sales team and customer service after the sale were very attentive to our needs as home buyers.

We’ve been dealing with a refrigerator issue that still hasn’t been resolved the breaker keeps popping and lennar and GE keeps passing the blame back and forth. The carpenters and concrete people are terrible.

First - I love my house. The design and size is perfect for me. There are many things that done well, especially the insulation. It might be warm outside, but not inside the house even without the air conditioning. The customer service rep has been great and has tried to quickly have my issues resolved. However, several of the issues reported should never have made it pass the final inspection before settlement. While I was disappointed that some things are seen as 'within the standards', I know that Lennar's standards are higher than other builders that I have dealt with in the past. Lennar made it easy to navigate the process of building a new home as first time home buyer.

From sales office to after sales customer service team are responsive and get issue resolved . Except Lennar mortgage was a horrible experience with mortgage agent to underwriting, except Cherry , the person who collect documents .

Right from the beginning my experience was positive. Matt B was knowledgeable and forthcoming. My timeline was pretty much adhered to. And since moving into the home a response of the warranty people has been very positive. I would recommend Lennar homes to my friends.

Brad was great. Made the experience more fun than stressful. Has been great ever since helping with small issues.

I would never recommend a Lennar home. We had to buy from them because we wanted to be in the neighborhood where they were the only builder. Within one week of closing, shingles were blowing off the roof and within 3 weeks we were catching buckets of water from the leaks in the roof/ bathroom vents. I could go on for a long time but hopefully you get the idea. They are responsive to issues because thats how they manage their business, by never doing things right the first time.

Great value for the price! The Everything's Included program eliminates the hassle and nickel and diming of adding options that most people select.

While the home is decent, it's important to remember you're not buying a custom home. You can ask for things, but the answer will always be no. The welcome meeting on purchase day was a horrible experience. We walked in on a red carpet, but it was just for show; it certainly wasn't followed through in words or actions. The beginning of the welcome meeting was the reps bombarding us with a list of don't do this and don't do that. There was no celebration or positive experience. The date of our closing was changed multiple times and wasn't always communicated to us, and the sales guy made promises that he had no authority to make. ... More

I received a warm welcome when I walked into the showroom from Jane. She wasn’t pushy and really lessened to what I wanted in a house. The 2 Chad’s kept me up dated on the progress of my house every 2 weeks and answered my questions and concerns promptly.

It is clear that the point was to complete our house as soon as possible and cut corners. We were given the run around on everything and all involved Lennar employees were more interested in other things than helping us. It takes forever for things under warranty to get replaced and have someone come out to do so. Th Customer Warranty Rep said multiple times "thats all you can do" on things link the staining of the railing, the crappy wood used for our front step, and pretty much everything else. Also, the contractors they used are not very good and they do not care and stonewall to avoid fixing things. ... More

Excellent build quality, but difficult warranty process

There have been multiple issues since moving in. The front rain spout that goes underground had to be dug up twice, as my drive way was an ice skating rink due to overflow. The flooring was not installed properly and had to be repaired, then the baseboards had to be repaired by 3 different people! The upstairs bathroom tub has cracks apparently from shipping and the manager just had someone repair it. I bought a brand new home I expect brand new everything. The oven is not level and hasn’t been fixed yet. The granite countertops are now pulling down and away from the wall; all that will be done is caulking according to what Chip indicated. The master toilet plugs up frequently with just urine and 1 piece of toilet paper. The requirements for fencing does not match up with where the front landscaping ends - almost 5 feet between where gravel ends and where fence can begin. Front landscaping still not started at any home and no indication of when it will start. The stainless refrigerator and dishwasher look terrible even after washing with special stainless steel cleaner. There is no towel rack in the master bathroom -just a hook, which is not sufficient. Stephan and Chip are great! They are/ have been very responsive and do their best with what they are able to do. Great customer service with those two. It was easy and in eventful from start to finish.

Great value for the price. Good communication from beginning to the closing. Good responsiveness to any issues. Overall great experience.
