It is clear that the point was to complete our house as soon as possible and cut corners. We were given the run around on everything and all involved Lennar employees were more interested in other things than helping us. It takes forever for things under warranty to get replaced and have someone come out to do so. Th Customer Warranty Rep said multiple times "thats all you can do" on things link the staining of the railing, the crappy wood used for our front step, and pretty much everything else. Excellent build quality, but difficult warranty process

There have been multiple issues since moving in. The front rain spout that goes underground had to be dug up twice, as my drive way was an ice skating rink due to overflow. The flooring was not installed properly and had to be repaired, then the baseboards had to be repaired by 3 different people! The upstairs bathroom tub has cracks apparently from shipping and the manager just had someone repair it. I bought a brand new home I expect brand new everything. The oven is not level and hasn’t been fixed yet. The granite countertops are now pulling down and away from the wall; all that will be done is caulking according to what Chip indicated. The master toilet plugs up frequently with just urine and 1 piece of toilet paper. The requirements for fencing does not match up with where the front landscaping ends - almost 5 feet between where gravel ends and where fence can begin. Front landscaping still not started at any home and no indication of when it will start. The stainless refrigerator and dishwasher look terrible even after washing with special stainless steel cleaner. There is no towel rack in the master bathroom -just a hook, which is not sufficient. Stephan and Chip are great! They are/ have been very responsive and do their best with what they are able to do. Great customer service with those two. This is the fourth new home I’ve purchased over the past 40 years and, by far, it is my favorite. I really like the flow of the house and the layout. And, the customer service I received from the project manager is exceptional!

My home buying experience using Lennar home builders has been a tremendous experience.

Before we chose Lennar to build our home, we researched other builders in our area. Lennar stood out as being one of the best builders. We eventually bought a Graham model and love it. The open floor plan is spacious and full of natural light. The covered deck is a great place to spend time. We also love the inclusion of landscaping and irrigation in the price of our home. We would definitely recommend Lennar to our friends.

There were no surprises. The buying experience was very well spelled out from the beginning.

Overall great and straightforward experience

They promise the world then when it comes to warranty work, they close warranty work tickets due to how it would effect them, use excuses to not match paint on new builds (they replaced a garage panel due to holes and now they say they will only paint the one panel and if I want it to match I have to do it myself. Say its due to normal weathering when I only been here 4 months) My firewall door to garage and the back porch door have large gaps that you can see outside and qhen the wind blows it opens the door. They say it meets builder standards when even my inspection listed it as an issue. I have had 3 electrical outlet problems. I could not test/reset one and they warranty customer service rep came out and plugged an electrical tester in it and said its working. The will not produce an invoice or send out licensed contractors to fix the issues. I would recommend never to buy Lennar or do not close until all work is completed. ... More

Lennar builds a very solid home!

The sales associates were absolutely amazing hence the two stars, but that was it. The two months leading to closing on the home, we had miscommunication after miscommunication with the loan team and didn't receive confirmation on our loan into 2 days before closing pending documentation that we uploaded two months prior to closing. After moving in, there were some minor maintenance that needed taken care of and the Customer Care team was quick to address the tasks but prior to a week of heavy snowfall in our area, we attempted to park two sedan cars into the two-car garage and found that (with the elevation of the house) one side of the garage only allowed less than 3 inch clearance from the garage wall and the 7 stairs leading into the garage. After sending numerous pictures to Customer Care thinking this was a silly mistake that a 2 car garage couldn't fit 2 cars, we reached out with hopes that Lennar could narrow the stairs or pivot them to line the back of the garage. After several back and forth, we were told there was nothing they could do about the situation and that it was a common issue in another community. Although this may not be intuitive since you expect that when you purchase a home with a two-car garage, it'll fit 2 cars, please, please, please measure the garage and make sure your vehicle fits into the garage of your Lennar home. This may not be a common issue in the neighborhood as this was completely dependent on the elevation of the home but no one tells you having 7 steps in your garage means you have a 3-inch clearance for that side of your garage. In a state with heavy snowfall (in any place really), you want to be able to park in your garage with more than a 3-inch clearance on each side of your car... Our hopes of upgrading to an SUV is no longer in the picture unless we plan on parking outside which defeats the purpose of buying a home with a 2-car garage. Although we love our home, every time we go into the garage (which is every day), we constantly feel frustration with Lennar for thinking this is ok and not learning from their other communities that had this issue. There's a lot of pent up frustration in this review but we hope to share our experience and hope to deter any other home buyers from having a similar experience. ... More

Lenar homes are awsome..it is easy to work with them including sales,loans and other stuff. I like to recommend them please make complete the backyard,fence and all other necessary in home like blinds...and include that amount in loan...
