Sales office does a great job of pushing the product, but final product lacks in professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. Be prepared to pay and fix things yourself the right way or accept a less than professional job at each service request.

Great builder, this will be our 3rd Lennar home and they have been fantastic to work with. If you want a builder that does a great job and cares about their customers this is the one to pick.

The communication is horrible. After I bought my home Nate never responded to a question I had I guess all he cared about was his initial review. Paint is chipping left and right, paint all over our deck, our island is not straight, the granite is not sealed so stains have already happened, things weren’t painted trim wise on the outside of the home. Blue tape left in spots that were supposed to be fixed. Garage remotes stolen at close, everything was very cheaply done and terrible workmanship. There is an excuse for everything and am immediate defense when you ask/question things. Not happy and would never use Lennar again or recommend. I don't feel that the materials used were of great quality. The blinds don't go all the way to the window sill and aren't level, the faucets don't seem of a good quality, the front porch had something brown left that is raised from the cement, the ruckus was not installed properly.

We bought our home totally remote and only saw the home physically after closing. Process included face time walk throughs to show us build progress. It was a spec home so we had no decisions for colors or upgrades which had some pluses and minuses but all in all worked out well. We came from a custom built home to the mass construction of Lennar and have been pleased with the quality of construction knowing it is not the same as custom built.

Fast building with great communication

All persons related to Lennar with our house buying experience were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. To boot...the house was ready two weeks early :-)

We couldn't be happier with the brand new house! Looking forward to seeing the neighborhood grow around us.

Sales team was good. Warranty personnel is good. Not overly happy with the craftsmanship with this builder. Not sure if it’s the contractors they use or accept but they fall short in this area. The repair contractors are even worse then the install contractors. Pretty frustrating experience so far in that area.

The whole process from start to finish was great. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful along the way. The customer service that I have received so far has been top notch when it comes to fixing issues after the build was done.

The experience overall was good. We were disappointed with the quality of some items (the stair railings were slapped together out of necessity and a 5th grader must have painted them), but the flooring was installed with great care it would seem. The appliances are average but the amount of canned lights you get is amazing! I love me a brightly lit home. :-) I would buy from this builder again, but I would also be more vocal during the construction process. The warranty process is easy, but signing off on exactly what they completed is very covert. 5 stars overall would have been so easy to obtain, but I guess profit will always be king. ... More

Great buying experience. Lennar kept us informed of any changes or situations. The builders drywalled over one of my bathroom windows when they were building the house, lennar was quick to fix it after we put a work order in. Very pleased with the house and Lennar

Moved in 6-11-20 finding water on basement floor. This issue has yet to be resolved on 10-13-20. Numerous issues continue to manifest themselves.

Purchased a silver leaf, was the only one who did not get a covered patio , was told our fence was going to be finished and never gotten any responses from managers.
