Nice house visually and plenty of space but items used are poor quality.

Lennar's quality of workmanship and value for price can't be beat. The limited options available for upgrades is great as it eliminates the nickel and dime mentality that most home builders partake in. However buying a home is a large investment and there should be a limited opportunity to customize where it doesn't impact cost or timelines. Being told no for every little thing is very off putting.

The purchase process was as advertised. It's a house in a box, and they were going to build it whether we bought it or not. The staff was super helpful throughout the process and flexible with our schedules. The home itself is beautiful on the surface, but the quality and craftsmanship have us seriously doubting that we'd ever buy another. Simple things like sloppily painting over debris instead of clearing it first have been extremely disappointing. And it's not just spot issues, this stuff is in every room. It's not just cosmetic issues either. We have a vaulted ceiling and about 60 lf of functional railing that's just not sturdy. It wobbles with the slightest touch. We don't trust it and we have a small child in the home. Things like that are unacceptable in a new build of this price point. We've also been disappointed with the post construction cleanup on our roof, gutters and yard. Lennar posts a sign in every community about their cleanup policy "Every Trade, Every Day" or something like that. It couldn't be farther from the truth. There was always a massive mess of trash, beer bottles, nails, screws, scrap metal, etc. At closing we saw entire magazines of nails in our yard. To this day we have rusty nails, scrap metal, etc. littered throughout our yard and all over our roof and gutters. It's basic cleanup work that we shouldn't have to do to move into a safe home. ... My experience with my previous home builder was very good. I came here expect ing same or better, but they just dont seem to care once the sale is made.

I moved in my house and playing catch to fix it everyone is late or never show up I have to chase them around to fix everything there is so much that u forget so that way they tell you soon your out of the warranty

There have been a few issues post move-in, and most have been addressed in a very timely manner. There are a few structural issues we have noticed...like cracks down the corners of our walls...which is a little unsettling.

We love our Lennar home. The quality and customer service is fantastic. I would recommend a Lennar home to anyone.

We bought a model and Lennar doesn't warranty past 30 past days and we see why. Little things continue to emerge such as leaking faucets and poor craftsmanship around the house. The Lennar warranty team won't even respond with recommended resolutions, they just ignore the inquiries. To their credit they were very responsive and friendly the first 30 days but won't even respond with recommended resolutions any more. Unfortunate that we've already had to go out of pocket for handy work on a house that's never been lived in 2-3 months after moving in.

We closed on our house end of October. Before we did inspection or anything, we had an evergreen tree that was knocked down in a snow storm, that was ignored and still lays down on our yard. During inspection, we pointed out the paint splatters on the hardwood floors and were told the day we closed they would have it cleaned by professionals. We close and they did not do that type of cleaning. Seems like they did a lick and a promise because it’s March and we still have paint on our floors and it took two days to scrub construction grit off our kitchen island and counters. So much for a professional cleaner. After moving in, we found out our shower was constructed wrong. We let Ky know and he sent out the tile guy. Tile guy couldn’t fix it cause shower door guy didn’t come in. Tile guy told his boss but his boss didn’t communicate that to Ky, nor did Ky check in after to make sure the work was done. We had to reach out and still continually reach out to just be ignored. Same with our gutter/roof. Roof guy came to see why rain leaked onto our patio, said it was the gutters. Roof guy told his boss, boss never told Ky nor did Ky check in to make sure things got done. While my fiancée and I love our house and neighborhood, can’t say I’d recommended lennar to anyone unless I knew they’d be getting the kind of service we were told we’d be getting, which we obviously have not. ... Lennar does quality work, with reasonable price and good service compared to most of other builders.

The sales and service are the best I have ever experienced when buying a home. They are amazingly responsive and are always willing to help.

horrible horrible nightmare of a mistake to purchase from lennar. Over priced, workman ship is so poor, materials are obviously the cheapest on market, workers are sloppy and lennar refuses to fix their mistakes. Convinced 2 of my friends to walk away from lennar and will keep on doing so.

Everyone at Lennar was great to work with through the whole process of buying our new home.

sales person, loan officer and costmer care rep were outstanding; price and building material can be a little better.

Do your homework. Really critique the model homes. Be vigilant during the building process. Submit tickets after you purchase.

Overall, we seem to have a sturdy, structurally sound house, which is the most important. But I have been surprised and disappointed by all the little fit and finish issues that I just didn’t expect to have. I don’t see any pride in the workmanship, in making sure everything was in excellent condition before we moved in. I love my house and would probably do it over again, it’s just sad that the finishing touches were so rushed and overlooked.

Lennar delivered on time and communication was exceptional. The people working for Lennar are great and were very responsive to feedback and requests. The selections of materials are limited which I understand is why they stay on budget and on time but they are not wearing well showing use after less than 6 months. The quality of the cabinets, carpet and hardwood is low. There is little insulation in the house and the house lives very noisy with significant noise transfer from room to room and floor to floor. We love our view and the layout of the house is great but we would hesitate to buy a Lennar home again. We feel we will be replacing finishes and having to make updates to flooring etc sooner than one would think with a brand new home. Their price point works well and the Everything's Included model may work well for other but perhaps not the best for all buyers. ... More

process was easy and hassle free for new first time home buyers

The quality of materials is average. Lennar builds new homes so the push is for quantity not necessarily quality, however, they have put a significant amount of energy into the after care of the house. I appreciate that though it started choppy, they are aggressive about making it right.

After visiting many different communities, we decided on Lennar and we could not be happier!

Everyone was so helpful and communicative from the beginning. The home is beautiful and we love our neighborhood.

Standard features in Lennar homes are nice and you are left with only a few choices to make your house your own. We liked having a few choices because our last experience had so many choices to make we needed a binder!

All of the people involved from Lennar were easy to work with.

Lennar has been great to respond to our limited issues. Wish the quality of paint and finish was higher.
