My experience was ok but I believe there is some areas for improvement here .for example washer /dryer (included as part of the package) got installed abt 2 weeks after my closing. There was no instruction provided on how to activate or get access to the mail box . Had to speak to a neighbor to get the post office address and then initiated the request. Went through few iteration as post office needed deed. Lot of hassle and this could have been avoided if proper information was shared before hand off. I’d something included as part of package like washer/dryer it should done before closing ...

Genuinely had a good experience, but the ball was dropped when my walk through punch list was forgotten. Ended up having to move in without issues being addressed like they should have before closing day. Other than that, it was a good experience.

This awesome floor plan features a four-car garage, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-story great room with additional room in the unfinished basement. There is no more need to say. The only thing that I would want is a lot with an acre or two to put the cherry on top.

Lennar just does the bare minimum. Not worth it. I will certainly let potential home buyers know about my experience on Social media where I have 1 million followers. The quality is sub par , the people who work for lennar are not experienced. The home barely meets minimum standards.

I love the covered back porches and Elizabeth location. The Salesperson was great despite not being impowered to make negotiations. Management above her was very slow to respond. Additionally, one item that we asked for them to address and they agreed to was never addressed. Now we have been in the house for a month we keep having issues with the lights falling and notice that floor creeks a lot. Viewing it from the basement it looks like a short cut was made and they will have to address it now as well.

Local leaders, Patrick and Jason did well to keep us updated on the delays. While we believe that for the most part, the water meter issue w/ the village was beyond their control, we feel that we should have received additional compensation after the initial delay and the disruption to our lives in over the additional month delay.

From our first engagement with Debra (where she talked to me like a moron who doesn't understand interest rates, despite the fact that I have a master's degree in economics) to our final walk through with Jon (where the construction manager tried to tell me that the cabinets were 'fine' even though one of the doors was the wrong size, a problem I had flagged three times for them), my experience with Lennar was sub-standard! The townhome's structure is nice & the layout ok...but, the things you don't give enough thought to make this a regrettable purchase. Stingy on closet size & garage space; "tier 1" appliances included with no negotiation as well as "tier 1" finishes (carpeting, mirrors, bathroom accessories, no switch driven outlets, closet setups) - when you spend well in excess of $500K I would have expected better. A lot of poor workmanship throughout which I have paid to fix...not to mention replacing all of the lower tier items included which have been upgraded (at great expense).

Life circumstances required a home purchase in a short time frame. I did not see or experience the building phase, it was finished the first time I saw it. Final walk-through revealed multiple issues if varying severity, but none critical (mostly fit/finish, but not all). Walk-thru to close was 1 week, not all fixes made, was told to submit warranty requests for unaddressed items. Frustration: repairs that have been made were made to the lowest possible quality to still qualify as 'repaired' instead of genuinely done well. Vivian our sales agent was great. We also loved our interactions with Lennar title. Our LO Kelsy was also helpful. We did have great experience with the front end super and the concierge position (new to us this time around). This is our second Lennar home and while our new home is beautiful we can definitely tell where the builder decided to cut back - we’ve had more issues with this home and have noticed a downgrade in quality work, options, and materials. We were rushed through our final walkthrough. Jonathan was the individual who did our walkthrough with us. There were numerous issues that were not corrected. The drywall around one of the heater vents was horrible and they tried to fixed it by slapping drywall mud all over it when the damage was something that would require the drywall around it to be cut out and replaced.This was brought to Jonathan’s attention. Bought a show home Was told by the sales person that we walk the home and mark anything that needs to be taken care of.went to a walk through with a couple of Lennar representatives and was told that I bought my home as is they did help with a few things. Me as a homeowner when I sold my house the new buyers walked my home and marked a few things that they wanted repaired as I thought Lennar would do.
