My experience was ok but I believe there is some areas for improvement here .for example washer /dryer (included as part of the package) got installed abt 2 weeks after my closing. There was no instruction provided on how to activate or get access to the mail box . Had to speak to a neighbor to get the post office address and then initiated the request. Went through few iteration as post office needed deed. Lot of hassle and this could have been avoided if proper information was shared before hand off. I’d something included as part of package like washer/dryer it should done before closing that’s fundamental. Also, I feel after the contract is signed , the customer experience kind of deteriorates with no focus to make the experience better. Regards Raja ... More

Genuinely had a good experience, but the ball was dropped when my walk through punch list was forgotten. Ended up having to move in without issues being addressed like they should have before closing day. Other than that, it was a good experience.

This awesome floor plan features a four-car garage, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-story great room with additional room in the unfinished basement. There is no more need to say. The only thing that I would want is a lot with an acre or two to put the cherry on top.

Lennar just does the bare minimum. Not worth it. I will certainly let potential home buyers know about my experience on Social media where I have 1 million followers. The quality is sub par , the people who work for lennar are not experienced. The home barely meets minimum standards.

I love the covered back porches and Elizabeth location. The Salesperson was great despite not being impowered to make negotiations. Management above her was very slow to respond. Additionally, one item that we asked for them to address and they agreed to was never addressed. Now we have been in the house for a month we keep having issues with the lights falling and notice that floor creeks a lot. Viewing it from the basement it looks like a short cut was made and they will have to address it now as well.

I had looked at Lennar new builds for 11 months. I had made offers on two other homes. I walked in to my home, and knew immediately that it was THE ONE. The process was extremely simple, and I closed within two weeks.

Don’t sit on completed homes.

Luke was very helpful in every aspect always willing to answer our questions and concerns. Adam was awesome with the mortgage process. The move was a bit hectic of the short time we had but worth it. We are very happy with how Lennar took care of us.

It’s been a great experience from the beginning and we are very happy with our new home.

Going through lennar was a great experience I would recommend everyone to go through them.

Local leaders, Patrick and Jason did well to keep us updated on the delays. While we believe that for the most part, the water meter issue w/ the village was beyond their control, we feel that we should have received additional compensation after the initial delay and the disruption to our lives in over the additional month delay.

I really enjoyed my experience with Lennar. I was able to get the home I wanted and I paid a great price for it too.

From our first engagement with Debra (where she talked to me like a moron who doesn't understand interest rates, despite the fact that I have a master's degree in economics) to our final walk through with Jon (where the construction manager tried to tell me that the cabinets were 'fine' even though one of the doors was the wrong size, a problem I had flagged three times for them), my experience with Lennar was sub-standard! The builder failed to communicate that they didn't have a water meter for our home, so we were stuck living with my parents for a month while we waited. After we moved in the oven and the refrigerated broke, which Lennar employees said was pretty standard. Since moving in ~2 months ago, the HOA has already raised rates while failing to plow the roads or communicate about when certain amenities will be open. It's actually astounding how frequently Lennar bungles what are straightforward parts of their job. ... More

All the people in the home purchasing process are very caring and reliable

The townhome's structure is nice & the layout ok...but, the things you don't give enough thought to make this a regrettable purchase. Stingy on closet size & garage space; "tier 1" appliances included with no negotiation as well as "tier 1" finishes (carpeting, mirrors, bathroom accessories, no switch driven outlets, closet setups) - when you spend well in excess of $500K I would have expected better. A lot of poor workmanship throughout which I have paid to fix...not to mention replacing all of the lower tier items included which have been upgraded (at great expense).

Life circumstances required a home purchase in a short time frame. I did not see or experience the building phase, it was finished the first time I saw it. Final walk-through revealed multiple issues if varying severity, but none critical (mostly fit/finish, but not all). Walk-thru to close was 1 week, not all fixes made, was told to submit warranty requests for unaddressed items. Frustration: repairs that have been made were made to the lowest possible quality to still qualify as 'repaired' instead of genuinely done well. Bright side: warranty coordinator and individual staff from vendors, etc who I've met have all been professional and helpful. ... More

Vivian our sales agent was great. We also loved our interactions with Lennar title. Our LO Kelsy was also helpful. We did have great experience with the front end super and the concierge position (new to us this time around). This is our second Lennar home and while our new home is beautiful we can definitely tell where the builder decided to cut back - we’ve had more issues with this home and have noticed a downgrade in quality work, options, and materials. This home was almost 200k more than the first and has lesser features, options, and quality. We also wish we had been told about the landfill being less than 5 miles from the community- the smell is sometimes unbearable and we didn’t even know to research something like that prior to buying - you don’t know what you don’t know. So, we do wish someone had been more transparent about that. Overall the lending experience was average this time around - we had some serious and very avoidable issues with the mortgage processor and UW team only days prior to closing - about something we had already asked about months ahead of time. And unfortunately our warranty rep, while friendly, is not super willing to help or be flexible (unlike our first experience). We’ve had some defects WE have had to cover - and we’ve only lived here two months. If we buy another house, we will definitely consider Lennar but this particular experience this time and the step down in quality has given us cause to weigh our options in comparison to other builders and the resale market. ... Loved the ease of purchasing a lenar home - Jonathan was thorough on our final walk thru.

We were rushed through our final walkthrough. Jonathan was the individual who did our walkthrough with us. There were numerous issues that were not corrected. The drywall around one of the heater vents was horrible and they tried to fixed it by slapping drywall mud all over it when the damage was something that would require the drywall around it to be cut out and replaced.This was brought to Jonathan’s attention. There was a huge void in the center of one of the bedroom floors where it was evident there was no pad under the carpet. The carpet was not tacked down and was brought to Jonathan’s attention, but not corrected by the time we were finished with closing. I explained to Jonathan that we were moving things into the house and they would have to move furniture in order to re-tack the carpet. Jonathan told me this would be my responsibility. The plug for the refrigerator in the Nexgen did not work. I notified Jonathan of this on the day of closing and he told me to submit a warranty request. The A/C units were leveled out with a few clumps of dried clay; there is no solid base under them. A rain storm eroded much of the steep incline on both sides of the house. Jonathan said they would not fix it. At closing, the Lennar Title representative said they would have to regrade the slope. Also, the north side yard is VERY STEEP and Jonathan said they would not install a retaining wall. This is a fall hazard. After closing, Jonathan was informed of what was told to us at closing. He said he would let the superintendent know and get back with us. It has been almost 2 months and I have not heard a word from Jonathan or the superintendent. There is dirt and debris, to include trash from workers in the heater vents, hard lumps under the carpet, as well as under the tile in the laundry room (probably drywall mud that was not scraped off). The wall in the living room of the Nexgen bows out significantly and Jonathan said nothing could be done about it as all of the Superhomes are like that around the air vent. I met with the neighbors, who also have a Superhome, and their wall does not bow out. Jonathan just did not want to fix this like so many other things. The wood used for the railings is TOTAL JUNK!! Super rough, warped, and cracking. SPLINTER HAZARD!! I did try to submit a warranty request but it would not allow me to log in. I then tried about 2 weeks later and it kicked me out of the request before I had completed all of the issues. We let our sales rep know about the issues we were having and still no response from Lennar. We’ll see if anybody really reads though this and tries to reach out! ... More

Great home with quality materials, the offering from sales team was great and helped me a lot.

Bought a show home Was told by the sales person that we walk the home and mark anything that needs to be taken care of.went to a walk through with a couple of Lennar representatives and was told that I bought my home as is they did help with a few things. Me as a homeowner when I sold my house the new buyers walked my home and marked a few things that they wanted repaired as I thought Lennar would do. Also I bough the furniture in the show home a peace of furniture was missing For two months now I have tried to get this replaced but no one at Lennar wants to help! Danny M

From start to finish, a good, seamless buying experience.

At the start of my process the people were so nice and helpful. When I started the process they told me about what I needed, however once we started to get into it and after I was on vacation I was constantly bothered for information that was already provided. They keep asking for the something over and over and for info that I did have or could not retrieve untill a later date. Even after I told them I would not be able to get so.ething they asked for till a certain date they made a due date that was unreasonable and before when I already told them they would have to wait for it.
