I like my home it came almost with everything

Lennar mortgage was misleading during the application process, the home is built with poor quality, items were stolen out of the home after under contract to buy, lennar mortgage closing agent did not provide the original mortgage note or security instrument for my records. They also got an advance on my security instrument for the full maturity amount and are now trying to hide the money they received from the Federal Reserve bank while still charging me monthly payments. Not to mention I closed with Lennar, so explain why Experian says Eagle Mortgage, and Equifax says American Universal Mortgage.. I'll wait.. ... More

We have been so happy about our new home. I think everyone wishes that there would be a swimming pool in the future and the playground job will get done soon. We have been building one of the nicest community in Colorado, so keep it up for everyone here. That is really my suggestion.

I could not be happier with this home and our experience with Lennar.

We recently moved into our new home, and overall, we are very pleased with the quality and design. From the first walkthrough to our final move-in, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of layout, craftsmanship, and overall value. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, and we truly feel this home was built to last. That said, our experience with the sales process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. While the builder’s construction team delivered on what they promised and responded to most of our inquiries in a timely fashion, the sales agent didn’t provide the same level of attentiveness. There were moments when communication could have been more proactive, and we sometimes felt left in the dark on important updates. For anyone considering this builder, we would recommend them for the quality of their homes, but be mindful of staying on top of the process yourself. The underwriter ignored us for two weeks. Therefor our loan was delayed by 3 weeks. Closing docs were approved on the day of closing! Horrible. Any issues were not handled right away. I was told the water bill for water for the grass that I do not want on the side of the home would be $30. It was $136! I was told HOA would take over the grass. They did not. HOA is non responsive. Took two weeks to get hold of anyone. Took over a month to set everything us. Horrible experience! I was ripped off on the price too. Same home sold for 17k less and also does not have grass on the side of the home! I do not want the grass. ... More

As soon as we signed the contract, it all went downhill…Lennar struggled and still have not completed items from the Home Celebration walk. You need to chase them to complete otherwise Lennar tries to close the items without completing. Condescending attitude while you bring outstanding items even if it is evident the items are just not completed or do not comply with industry standards.

At the end of the day you are buying a home not a customer experience, but the customer experience was very poor on the sales side and has gone significantly downhill since the last time we purchased a Lennar Home. Missed meetings, lots of changing of staff, surprises on walkthrough day of “oh sales never mentioned that wasn’t included” etc. Overall what is being sold is a great value for a home and I hold that Lennar has great floor plans, but I hope they are able to better shape a positive interaction with its customers in the future in general and in this community, and stay a bit more true to the “everything included”, there are unique factors in the market right now but so much has been stripped out to save a few dollars and appease the corporation and shareholders. ... The Lennar experience has been wonderful and I would recommend a Lennar home to anyone. This is the first time I have purchased a new home and I am thrilled!!!!! However, at my age, I struggled with the on-line paperwork. I graduated college before PCs and I am self taught. IT does NOT come naturally so I really appreciated the managers patience with me. Everything has gone well except the front yard drip system. It has been repaired three times. Hopefully it is good going forward. My one BIG recommendation to Lennar is to be much more mindful about wasting landscaping water. When I moved in, my drip system ran constantly for days and I am afraid to see my first water bill. The lawn watering system has also had issues with running excessively and sprinklers watering the street. I hate seeing water/money running down the street and it took weeks to get the issue addressed. Question: why did Lennar put my one outdoor water spout in the front yard and NOT IN THE BACK YARD where I need to water??? I horrible design flaw! ... More

Salesperson and construction manager were excellent. Professional and responsive Construction appears solid so far, interior finishes are very low end

Sales team - I really liked Greg and the approachability. He was responsive and a great listener. He is customer focused and tries to get what customer want to his ability. House Finishing - It is good but can be better from painting, roof, grading, dry wall etc., Lacking to give the buyer a feel of completion/complete home - Lennar need to improve on giving the feel of completion. I mentioned it to sales and construction team. There are many things which are incomplete or not up to standard or not up to current generation ask like 1. Garage door opener is very old version which do not support wifi or app, 2. Second garage is not equipped with opener, buyer should install it. How much would it cost to builder for this or to that matter add this to the total cost. Why would you want buyer to get this done? 3. When blinds are given, I was told sliding door blind is not part of complete home blind installation. Does it not sound stupid, again same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 4. Fencing - I understand fencing is optional for most builders and back yard landscaping is personal, but my question is why can't builder give a standard fence for all and same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 5. Cabinet door handles - Why can't Lennar provide door handles, which is a common ask for every household? If buyer installs them then Lennar says cabinet doors warranty will be voided. This is so smart to get the doors out of warranty. 6. Ground cracks - despite follow up, ground cracks on basement or drive way are not done. 7. I understand Lennar has a policy of fixed specs but at least the sales team should clearly say what is part of package and what is not. Showing the model home and claimed it will be same but in reality it was different which dishearten at times. 8. Lennar may not need to provide the latest equipment but they can step up to provide the equipment which can satisfy the current generation instead of giving old or faded equipment like doors are not equipped with smart locks, way old garage door openers, refrigerator, bathroom accessories, wifi switches, blinds, etc., Warranty support team - Need to appreciate Tim and support on the warranty requests. It was a great buying experience!

Most of my experiences were great. The painters were a joke and couldn’t even use the correct paint to do patches. Carpet Installers are inexperienced and need to be trained better so that way you can’t feel all the strips through the carpet.

Over all process was smooth. Especially Sales& Mortgage. Special kudos and appreciation to the Lennar credit score advisor. Lennar won’t dis appointment me and anyone for sure. Happy to recommend Lennar to my family and friends for sure. Regarding service team, I haven’t reached out them yet but Hoping to have the better customer support for the next 330 days.

Finishing the new home isn’t good. Lot of stains left behind

We had a wonderful experience buying Lennar Home, thank you Stephen for very smooth, quick and Hassle free process till closing. Beautiful house with ample space for closet, kitchen and other rooms. We are enjoying and recommend everyone to go for Lennar Home.

The ONLY reason I bought this home was because of Josh. Hands down. Only person who cared to get everything done on time, made sure everything was fixed and touched up and communicated. If it wasn’t for Josh we would not be living here now.

It's a good starting point

Easy sale, and working with Lennar to fix issues that has come up has been great.

This was a good experience for a difficult housing market in the Denver area, so glad we decided to purchase a new build. There was a lot of communications that answered many questions. Appreciated the dusty shoe walk through that give an understanding of the construction behind the walls. Being a distant buyer, you made a stressful time easier. The new construction is beautiful and is now a beautiful home for the family.

Logan was very helpful in showing all the homes. He helped us in getting a great deal overall
