Great simple build with good construction practices. Only flaws, were the carpet has two areas where there is debris under it. The top of the cupboards were covered in debris, and the HVAC system has a lot of paint and sheet rock debris in it, that still comes out sometimes even after I thoroughly clean the ductwork.

There are already few items which required us to use warranty. Also, the mailbox key provided doesn’t work and now we have to wait few days and spend time to get it fixed via usps. The handing over went too quick and wish they spent more time in explaining the systems. Also, why won’t Lennar include Radon mitigation system while building when it’s known that Radon gas is present.

A generally straightforward and simple process. Some might be bothered by the lack of finish choices, but we found the available options from which to choose to be very well designed. Our sales agent, Debra, was a joy to work with; our concierge, Jenni, made the process seamless; Jean, the project manager provided excellent information; and Scott was responsive and thorough with post move-in follow up. If I had one concern it was related to Sunnova, the mandatory solar provider. But issues in this area had more to do with their processes than Lennar.

We had a laundry list of issues with our home and the quality of the work that was done. It was actually appalling the low level of quality that Lennar tried to pass down to us. My parents bought a Lennar home back in 2018 and my husband and I’s experience speaks to how drastically Lennar’s quality and customer service have declined since then. The first time we went through and noted things with tape that needed to be fixed, when we came back all of the tape was removed but literally nothing had been fixed and then a very young guy did a walk through with us and said “we don’t do that” to ...

I purchased a house from Lennar in the Harvest Ridge Community, Aurora, CO 80018, and my experience has been nothing short of terrible. Dealing with the sales associates and other representatives from Lennar has been a nightmare. My journey with them began in October 2023, and I booked my house in December 2023 with a closing date set for the end of February. Our closing date has been moved and no proper communication and the delay of everything though the documents has been submitted a couple months back before closing date. Travelling all the way from WI to CO for closing in bad weather and information on cancellation due to underwriting delays and the Sales responsibility and each of the persons involved was very concerned. The response of delays and the way staff communicate was not good . It’s kind of staff answering like you take or leave the agreement for the conversations which we have concerns about the insurance. I have serious concern on price transparency and also the structure and material used . The garage does not have proper structure to park two cars. The stairs from the garage to the main floor is quite elongated. No washer and drawer are included in that package while this was known but when compared with other property seller near by there are better deal available. I don’t think I’m gonnna recommended Lennar to anyone.

Lennar's motto is "Everything's Included" yes... but... Things that are NOT included: Washer/Dryer, Door/drawer pulls for cabinets, fence, back yard, more than one bare thin coat of paint. During initial conversations we were told that there were closeout specials and that we could make an offer and things would be accepted, this was far from true. During the loan processes we were told that 4% was available, this was also far from true. There were a lot of places where it felt like Lennar made promises that they had no intention of keeping and it very much soured me to the experience. ...

The overall experience of buying the house was fine, with the exception of a last minute document that allowed Lennar Mortgage to share all of our information with their affiliates. The house itself is a great layout. But if it's not required by code, then they weren't doing it. Meaning, no fence, no landscaping, no window well covers, etc. And all of the finishes are super cheap. Flooring doesn't hold up to dogs. Counters are extra thin to save money. They paint the door hinges to save $1.50 per door. They put as few lights in as possible. After building a few homes ourselves, we ...

95% of work done was high quality and completed to a good standard. Still need to balance out air conditioner as it's leaning off to one side, some drain pipes are not usable due to the fence installation. Overall well done! Thank you

The local contractors did a good job, however Lennar as a company cuts corners everywhere and use bad products. They short change at the dumbest opportunities, like a thermostat. All around bad, the best part is that the actual local contractors can come after you buy and then make everything right.

Some of the people that we work with were amazing and sweet but there were others that weren’t too friendly. When we contact them they would seem annoyed. The home we brought was suppose to be “move in ready” by a certain date. Once we closed on the home they clearly did not finish everything in the home, it seemed quickly put together. A lot of mishaps with the home, I’m glad they have a one year warranty on the home but to find numerous things wrong with the home that weren’t fixed during the blue tape walk through was disappointing.
