My experience was great. It started with Nickole the agent for Lennar then Scott, my mortgage broker. Everyone I dealt with within the Lennar family were very knowledgeable, experienced and the customer service was what I needed and appreciated at the time of my purchase. Thank you everyone. Everyone we came in contact with at Lennar we can't say enough good things about. Nicole at the sales office was so patient with us in showing us as many homes until we decide on the one we picked. Which was the Beacon II. We also meet Ed & Shawn who answered any of our questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a home to come to Noble's Pond & purchase a Lennar home

I'm happy with the purchase of an inventory home, vs a custom build. I find that Lennar is focused on Tech Homes. I think for 55+ people some may not be ready for the 21st Century home. I like the additives of Ring equipment which I feel is about $1000 worth of products which saved me from getting a new system. The response to new build defects was rapid and man-made defects are expected in a new build.

Overall good experience. Valerie McCarney was excellent and responded quickly to any questions. Not happy with propane heating costs and would prefer natural gas. Some carpentry and painting was sloppy but is scheduled to be corrected.

The Home we purchased is a Lovely Home. There are a few problems we encountered, like there is no separate switch to for the Porch Light and The Outside Light over the Garage are on the same switch, and there is not switch in the garage for the outside light over the garage. I replaced the Light outside over the garage with our Ring Camera Spot Light, and our Porch Light has to stay on 24 hours in order for our Ring Camera to work. I asked and they are supposed to check and see if it was in the plans for a separate switch to be installed. The Front Door is not measuring 3'0 or 36" wide ...

Make sure when you do your walk thru you take your time and person takes notes. Take photos. 75% of items were not corrected and now we're living thru contractors in and out of the house. Makes it difficult when you're trying to settle in.

My issue is my propane bill, it’s highly expensive. If I knew my propane bill was going to be over $500 dollars a month I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED. The builder who is the owner of the propane company is charging the seniors too much money. There’s no way I should be paying over $500 monthly especially when my thermostat is at 68 degrees which is very cold and further more I’m on a fixed income (I cannot pay my bill). Also, there’s a fowl smell every night which is unbearable and I was not informed that there’s a chicken coop in the back. I’m totally unhappy with my purchase.

We sent a list of items to be addressed. The person who was supposed to address the issues did not. Another person in your employ addressed them at a much later date. So the experience worked out well; however, we waited longer than necessary. The person picking up the ball, is the one deserving all the stars. You should allow names to be used. If we do something good or bad, we should own it. I always own what I say or do. It's called accountability. It makes us better.

Lennar has been very good in responding to our concerns and for the most part, issues have been resolved. It would have been nice to have towel holders an TP holders installed (at very low cost to Lennar) and the grass, other than the sod in the front yard is terrible, just like straw!. Also, a better effort should be made to have the homes built be much more similar to the models shown.

Regarding value for price paid, I have some reservations. For example, this $405,000+ house didn’t come with toilet paper holders! They had to be installed after I moved in! The bigger issue for me is the almost complete lack of follow up and prompt fixing of structural and other issues found after I moved in. Two emails, regarding structural and other issues that need to be addressed, sent more than two weeks ago, to the Customer Care Representative, have not even been acknowledged leave alone responded to. I would have given zero stars to Responsiveness to issues if that option was ...

Since Lennar is a production builder and gets their building materials all put together most of the walls are not plum. Craftsmanship of the trim pieces (mop board, quarter round, and door trims) are below average because they use a lot of silicon to hide the imperfections. A positive note is that the term "Everything included" is nice and is something that other builders don't include.

We were shown 3 models. We chose one and our hearts were set. Right before signing the agreement to buy we realized the house we fell in love with, was not what we were getting. The elevation for the house we were being sold didn't come, with the porch the model had. Cost savings changes eliminated basement windows the model had. However, the low interest rate mortgage made the house affordable and we moved forward. I had inspections throughout the build, but Lennardid not allow roof inspections. I felt very pushed by the Lennar representatives to make a decision on the spot, which wasn't the best experience. The quality overall is not as good as previous new builds I've owned and the response to issues has been slow. Other issues with the neighborhood in general (mail not being delivered) have made this a frustrating experience.

1-extremely disappointed in the lawn. Sod looks like it was laid by a child because there are gaps galore! The seed that was laid on the sides and back almost refuse to grow because it was not watered properly or regularly prior to us moving in. There are brown areas all over. The dirt used was the wrong dirt and wasn't graded because there are so many rocks and stones like construction dirt was used.
