My husband, Tyrone, always say “Teamwork makes a dream work”. We never thought we could close on our home in 19 days. However , Lennar has a group of professional staff who provides excellent teamwork to ensure we got to closing on the date established once the purchase agreement was signed. Our Saleperson, Lauren was excellent, who assigned us to Tara, the Concierge, She sent an email introducing herself, providing us with a list of all the Utility Services, addresses, phone numbers and also advised us when to call to transfer the services in our names. We were contacted by the individual who writes the Homeowner Insurance Policy for review and to accept. Special thanks to John Michalski, our Mortgage Loan Officer who worked diligently with us to ensure the closing date was met. Kevin, who did our walk-thru was very thorough and paid attention to detail. In summary, purchasing a Lennar home and using their Mortgage Company was very easy because of a well organized Mortgage process. We watched the house go up from start to finish with a great commicator Jeff and Jerry who kept us informed on what was happening so we could come by and take pictures as the house was built. We are so happy with the results and can’t thank them enough for everything .

Everyone I dealt with within the Lennar family were very knowledgeable, experienced and the customer service was what I needed and appreciated at the time of my purchase. Thank you everyone. Everyone we came in contact with at Lennar we can't say enough good things about. Nicole at the sales office was so patient with us in showing us as many homes until we decide on the one we picked. Which was the Beacon II. We also meet Ed & Shawn who answered any of our questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a home to come to Noble's Pond & purchase a Lennar home

The overall experience was positive. We did experience difficulties when we needed to modify the contact because the house needed to be titled to our trust rather than too us. Sales staff was available and followed through on all requests and questions. The walk-through was very extensive and thorough.

Well I was so happy to become a new homeowner, but had to inquire a few times with Hov director about grass on side of house not growing, eventually having to hire a landscaper to fulfill the problem. Also , the stream of water along the side of house isn’t filling with water but instead the water from the street is gathering a large puddle and not draining into outlet! This makes the neighborhood look run down and I hate that it accumulates directly in front of my house. Visitors can’t park without stepping into a water puddle. I was told this is the builders problem to address. Lastly, I had my electrician here to install a ceiling fan in living room near fireplace, but he found that the present wiring was not adequate to house any type attachment. I’m still waiting for Ceco evaluate the issue so my fan can be installed. My electrician spoke with Jerry about the issue and was going to look into further installs in other homes being built.Hopefully this will be taken care of in a timely manner. The entire process with Lennar was painless. From the salesperson to the mortgage consultant everyone was great to deal with.

We purchased a home in a 55+ community and have been pleased with our home with regard to value for the price and eagerness of every one from sales reps to customer care reps to respond to our questions, concerns, requests for service, etc. Response time has been surprisingly quick and concern for a Lennar customer has been authentic.

The entire process of purchasing a home with Lennar Homes went smoothly. From looking at the different models; signing the contract/loan application; & closing. They kept me informed & answered all my questions or concerns immediately. Even after moving in, I’m still experiencing their great customer service with the Customer Care Team. I truly appreciate the Lennar Homes app that I use for service requests. I receive a 24 to 48 hours response from the Customer Care Team.

Overall good experience. Valerie McCarney was excellent and responded quickly to any questions. Not happy with propane heating costs and would prefer natural gas. Some carpentry and painting was sloppy but is scheduled to be corrected.

Excellent team of Lennar wonderful departments associated with them from beginning to end I received the upmost respect and help from them never have I dealt with such a great set of people who helped to make my dream become a reality. The homes are beautiful with a lot of thoughtfulness in the design process. The homes I toured and then bought had all of the amenities I was looking for without having to customize as it was already there!!

Lennar made my home buying experience with possibilities, exciting. Ms. Nikole from the sales team kept in direct contact with me throughout the whole process. The individual attention from sales plus the loan officers made the stress of buying a property attainable and attractive.

Our new Lennar home experience was excellent. We are happy to have found a great community to retire in Delaware.
