Lennar has been very good in responding to our concerns and for the most part, issues have been resolved. It would have been nice to have towel holders an TP holders installed (at very low cost to Lennar) and the grass, other than the sod in the front yard is terrible, just like straw!. Also, a better effort should be made to have the homes built be much more similar to the models shown.

Regarding value for price paid, I have some reservations. For example, this $405,000+ house didn’t come with toilet paper holders! They had to be installed after I moved in! The bigger issue for me is the almost complete lack of follow up and prompt fixing of structural and other issues found after I moved in. Two emails, regarding structural and other issues that need to be addressed, sent more than two weeks ago, to the Customer Care Representative, have not even been acknowledged leave alone responded to. Since Lennar is a production builder and gets their building materials all put together most of the walls are not plum. Craftsmanship of the trim pieces (mop board, quarter round, and door trims) are below average because they use a lot of silicon to hide the imperfections. A positive note is that the term "Everything included" is nice and is something that other builders don't include.

The house is nice but you won't have internet access for an extended period of time. Verizon blames the developer who blames the contractor who blames Verizon. There is no communication among the 3 of them, except to pass the buck.

We were shown 3 models. We chose one and our hearts were set. Right before signing the agreement to buy we realized the house we fell in love with, was not what we were getting. The elevation for the house we were being sold didn't come, with the porch the model had. Cost savings changes eliminated basement windows the model had. However, the low interest rate mortgage made the house affordable and we moved forward. I had inspections throughout the build, but Lennardid not allow roof inspections. First time buying a home with a "production" builder

I'm mostly neutral on this buying experience. When we toured the development with the sales representative she was attentive and made statements that in the end were not accurate. She worked with us, did our sales contract then moved to a different Lennar site never to be heard from again. We like the floorplan for the home we purchased, but it was not our first choice. I felt very pushed by the Lennar representatives to make a decision on the spot, which wasn't the best experience. The quality overall is not as good as previous new builds I've owned and the response to issues has been slow. Other issues with the neighborhood in general (mail not being delivered) have made this a frustrating experience.

1-extremely disappointed in the lawn. Sod looks like it was laid by a child because there are gaps galore! The seed that was laid on the sides and back almost refuse to grow because it was not watered properly or regularly prior to us moving in. There are brown areas all over. The buying experience was fine. The actual home is very disappointing. We have been living in the community for two months and have had to submit seven different requests for repairs (on a new home)! The repair request process is not very efficient. You submit the request which include pictures of the issue, they send an email for you to schedule a virtual visit (which is a waste of time because you already sent photos of the issue). No TV No Mail No Internet. Been almost 2 months, I Would not recommend Lennar to anyone.

PROMISES NOT KEPT

We looked at the property the first week in February 2024. There were some issues we were promised would be completed at the time we looked at the property, for instance, the shrubs out front were dead and we were told that there is a 1 year warranty on the shrubs and that they would be replaced in the spring. We have now been in the house 6 weeks and called the HOA and were informed that they were not listed on the inspection report and that it was our responsibility to replace them. Also the cable was never completed throughout the house, Verizon said the builder never completed the fiber ...

Slap it together as fast as you can

This is our 5th new home build. The care and attention to detail is by far far and away the worst in this home. If I were a trades person, I would be embarrassed to leave a job that looked like many of the "finished" work in this house. I think this could be a beautiful home if attention to detail and some care was used.

The quality of materials are basic as to be expected in a builder grade home. I don’t have an issue with the materials used. I have an issue with the installation and construction of those materials. From top to bottom, every surface, every install could have been done better by just about any DIYer than the Construction crew for Lennar. I blame the construction managers on up the chain of command. In my experience, the construction managers only care about pushing your closing date through and the earlier the better, despite knowing issues prior to closing. My experience: ...
