The buying experience was fine. The actual home is very disappointing. We have been living in the community for two months and have had to submit seven different requests for repairs (on a new home)! The repair request process is not very efficient. You submit the request which include pictures of the issue, they send an email for you to schedule a virtual visit (which is a waste of time because you already sent photos of the issue). Our last issue was or is very serious . During a bad storm the house develops a leek. Water was dripping onto the bed my 92 year old parents were sleeping in ...

We looked at the property the first week in February 2024. There were some issues we were promised would be completed at the time we looked at the property, for instance, the shrubs out front were dead and we were told that there is a 1 year warranty on the shrubs and that they would be replaced in the spring. We have now been in the house 6 weeks and called the HOA and were informed that they were not listed on the inspection report and that it was our responsibility to replace them. Also the cable was never completed throughout the house, Verizon said the builder never completed the fiber ...

Slap it together as fast as you can

This is our 5th new home build. The care and attention to detail is by far far and away the worst in this home. If I were a trades person, I would be embarrassed to leave a job that looked like many of the "finished" work in this house. I think this could be a beautiful home if attention to detail and some care was used.

The quality of materials are basic as to be expected in a builder grade home. I don’t have an issue with the materials used. I have an issue with the installation and construction of those materials. From top to bottom, every surface, every install could have been done better by just about any DIYer than the Construction crew for Lennar. I blame the construction managers on up the chain of command. In my experience, the construction managers only care about pushing your closing date through and the earlier the better, despite knowing issues prior to closing. My experience: ...
