The home buying experience was very good. From our initial interactions to closing day everyone did a very good job. One area they need help with is responsiveness to issues. After close we experienced three issues. One was resolved quickly. The next was not. One appointment for a repair was a no show and they rescheduled. Still waiting on resolution. The third issue we are also still waiting for resolution. We have been requesting updates for a couple of weeks with no response. It's pretty frustrating that they go over everything with you at the walk-through 2-3 weeks prior to settlement. It is impossible to remember everything especially when doing it by yourself. They should give you a book. Certain apps are renamed but can't remember what they said the new names are. Two months later I still haven't registered my hvac unit because all the QR stickers are just part numbers.

Our home has some nice amenities (Frigidaire kitchen appliances, ring doorbell, keyless entry, and second floor laundry, Our inspector found several areas that needed to be addressed. The powder room door did not latch. It was fixed but there is a big gap so we can see into the powder room from the kitchen and we can see the kitchen from inside the powder room with the door closed. ??? The carpet shows areas that were pieced in that are noticeable. The carpet in the main suite doorway shows stress from how that was installed. Loving my new house

This is a great community! And my house is a delight for me. It took about 4 months to make it what I would have wanted to be delivered on day 1 (i.e. some customization like pulls on drawers and cabinet doors, tall toilets, towel bars, washer & dryer, my preferred refrigerator, pull-out drawers in the lower kitchen cabinets, etc. You know, the things that make a house a home.) I haven't yet reported any issues for repairs because I'm saving them for a larger list. Most of those issues are minor. I'm hoping the responsiveness is top notch. Overall, I'm quite happy with the house.

From the minute I drove into the community, I knew I had found my next home. The sales people were welcoming, supportive, and informative. The walk through prior to closing was great. The Clubhouse and amenities are terrific. The house has lots of space and there is quite a bit of spacing between homes. While we understand that there may be issues with any new build, this experience has been utterly frustrating and exhausting. Quality of materials is poor, quality of workmanship is non-existent! There was more paint on the floors than on the walls, the grout work was messy at best, greasy foot print on the carpet, faucets are cheap and starting to break and we've only been here 1 month. People from sales to walk -throughs were very nice. Within 1 month we’re seeing finishing work that is disappointing such as multiple caulking cracks that was used to fill in gaps around moldings in kitchen, bathrooms, up stairway, windows, around floors & doors. We saw some at pre walk- through that I guess fresh application of the same stuff was used; We’re making a list for our 1 year but will not want a repeat application that will end up the same. We love the home and the process and were surprised at the upgrades offered at an affordable cost. Walk through was easy and things were taken care of quickly however we are finding trade debris we missed (caulk and mortar in weird places). We also feel that sales is not informed of potential land and construction issues. In the days of work from home, we need internet and the lack of empathy or help from sales lacked when we discovered the lines were not completed at the street and hit the run around. I didn’t appreciate being pinned in the middle.

From the moment I made a decision to purchase from Lennar, the whole experience was flawless and stress free. I started with Scott, the loan officer who was amazing, for the preapproval. He kept me informed through that whole process. Then I dealt with Susan the underwriter and she was great. I still cannot believe from start to finish, the whole process was done in 3 weeks. I am astonished. I have been recommending Lennar as my experience was awesome.

After the initial experience with sales person we were very disappointed. Our sales person was the most difficult person to cheat response back from. Mortage , Scott, was awesome. He helped more than sales person. The home inspection and walk through a were acceptable.
