I looked at many new homes throughout Sussex County before finding Schooner Landing. The complex was small and well laid out with ponds and open spaces. The style of homes offered were of interest to me as they had various features that I was looking for in a new home. I like that the lots of the homes are large enough where you are not looking into your neighbor's home. The process from contract to settlement was very smooth.

Like the house also the attention the seller uses was very positive. Wishing there was a dining area. Not happy with the material that the builders used. Very low quality of paint and kitchen cabinets used. Would have been nice to have fence around each property for privacy.

Great home buying experience overall - builder limited options one drawback

The entire team involved in our purchase made the experience great. It was extremely smooth and easy. The builders limitation on some standard things that should be included with construction, such as towel bars, or areas soap dish / shampoo shelves in the showers are some examples. We upgraded our appliance package which included frameless glass shower stalls, which still didn’t include some of the standard things listed above. Moving Up the Block

We moved within our community from another builder to Lennar. We were interested in moving from a basement to a slab home. Your Dover model fit our family's needs much better. Our salesperson, Ashley, was super. Professional, friendly, always patient and willing to answer any and all questions. We are still settling into our new home but so far everything is wonderful.

Courtney and Justin were amazing! From the first time we met Courtney and toured the community we knew this was the place for us! Courtney was kind, patient and extremely accommodating. After finding the perfect house we then were in contact with Justin our loan officer. He made what normally could be a stressful process easy and seamless. He answered every question we had and never made us feel like a bother even after hours. Because of them we were sure this was the best choice and we highly recommend Lennar homes to everyone!

The house was completed when I viewed it. However, I went through the home with a fine tooth comb looking for areas not finished to my standards. Found (1) item and it was already in the cut sheet to repair. Everything from the salesperson to closing went extremely smooth and I closed on the house in less than 30 days. Everyone was a consummate professional! Highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone.

Poor paint job throughout villa, wall and drywall marks easily and chip. Placement of both water hoses act ward, one inside the back of the garage wall and the other on wall at paved patio should be further away from electrical outlet. Some kitchen cabinets open into each other. Closet shelving way too high and there should be more than one shelve in each closet. I had to place more shelving in some of the closets.

So I will start from the beginning. We came to Milos Haven to look at a townhome. I suffer from major depressive disorder and major anxiety and the list goes on so coming to look at a town home was not something that I wanted to do. Our sales rep. I really like the design and construction of our home. My problems started when we were rushed to have closing before the end of their quarter. Lennar would not let us settle after the end of November, as that is the end of their quarter. Made closing more stressful than it had to be. There were a couple of design changes, nothing to major, that we were not told about until seeing them and asking Lennar about it. I’m very pleased overall. Is everything perfect? Not necessarily, but the workmanship is good quality with a few relatively minor issues here and there. That said, Lennar has been very responsive in doing repairs. My biggest issue is the lack of access to reliable internet close to two months post purchase. It’s tough to be without it these days and this was not made clear at time of purchase. Our experience was horrible was not told all info up front about fees and wasn’t told that any water that being used for lawn is considered water going into sewer which it’s not they should of put 2 water meters on . Al door to basement is to small should have been a 36in door so you can get things down there it’s a 36in stairwell. So we lose 1/3 of our house because doorway to small. Not a good experience at all I was charged for things starting sept 3 and we did not settle till sept 11

From the beginning of the sales buying process to the closing on. the property all the Lennar professionals made it easy and simple. For most this is a large purchase and Lennar was there to answer all questions and make the process bearable.
