Every single person I interacted with from start to finish was responsive. In contrast to another new build I experienced w/ a different builder, I felt completely confident from beginning to end. I am proud to say I am new owner of a Lennar home.

Every step of the purchasing experience was handled with utmost respect and care by said employees. The actual build of the house is quality plus and very detailed.

Good - the home buying and mortgage experience was made easy by Susan & Laura. Bad - my home was delayed for 3 months which was extremely inconvenient. Ugly - throughout the development, electrical boxes are built in between homes. The largest electrical box in the development is right on my lawn. I have very little grass in front of my house due to this monstrosity. I would never have bought this house if we hadn’t already sold out and been living in rentals for 5 months. Lennar should never have built this house with this right smack in the middle of someone’s yard. Very disappointed.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness from the initial purchase of the home thru the financing. Also impressed with the time spent with the walk/thru of the home prior to settlement, I would definitely recommend Lennar builders.

I researched google for complaints and resolutions before I chose a builder. And Lennar was easily the best choice. When I had very minor issues. The Lennar team took care of them extremely quickly. There customer service is excellent.

Lennar is superior to other builders in our area in their high quality offered with options built-in, without "nickle-and-diming" on various "extras". So much is included, and only a few upgrade options are above & beyond the base package. Their Sales staff is very professional, honest and helpful and not at all "pushy". Customer Service personnel are excellent in their diligent and proactive follow-up. The house and all the service follow-up was always on time.

Lennar delivers a quality product for price! Should make all siding cement boards & get rid of vinyl cheap siding! Than a GREAT product!

Our experience was positive. All persons involved were helpful and responsive in a timely manor. There were no major issues and we feel our purchase was great value for the amount we paid for the home. We would definitely recommend Lennar for a future home purchase.

Overall we're very pleased with our home. Pros include nice design features and lots of included extras, proactive communications from the builder, friendly and helpful representatives, responsive to issues, lots of information provided throughout the process. Cons were a lengthy qualification process, unattractive water and heating unit installations, issues with kitchen cabinet(s) alignment, an unpainted garage, and few options to customize during the build. We purchase our home after 2 months of looking in Delaware. After our second visit to Walden we fell in love with one of the model and purchased it on the spot. Entire process was easy and simple. The mortgage process was even easier. All were friendly and very helpful.

Our sales person and construction managers were all great and very responsive.

Everyone was so helpful and responsive with any questions. I love my new home and the value.

Lennar made the buying experience exceptionally easy. We got our mortgage and insurance through Lennar which made everything go very smoothly.

The experience (even during COVID when we were dealing with the builders/contractor from 6 hours away) was relatively seamless. Any issues were dealt with immediately.
