Our experience was positive. All persons involved were helpful and responsive in a timely manor. There were no major issues and we feel our purchase was great value for the amount we paid for the home. We would definitely recommend Lennar for a future home purchase.

Pros include nice design features and lots of included extras, proactive communications from the builder, friendly and helpful representatives, responsive to issues, lots of information provided throughout the process. Cons were a lengthy qualification process, unattractive water and heating unit installations, issues with kitchen cabinet(s) alignment, an unpainted garage, and few options to customize during the build. We purchase our home after 2 months of looking in Delaware. After our second visit to Walden we fell in love with one of the model and purchased it on the spot. Entire process was easy and simple. The mortgage process was even easier. All were friendly and very helpful.

Our sales person and construction managers were all great and very responsive.

Everyone was so helpful and responsive with any questions. I love my new home and the value.

Lennar made the buying experience exceptionally easy. We got our mortgage and insurance through Lennar which made everything go very smoothly.

The experience (even during COVID when we were dealing with the builders/contractor from 6 hours away) was relatively seamless. Any issues were dealt with immediately.

At Planarion Lakes, we have a lovely home and plenty of activities, all set in a warm and welcoming neighborhood.

I have used Lennar as my builder of my last 2 homes. Each time has been a predictable and satisfying experience. Production Manager is extremely helpful and responsive as were the whole team.

I have bought twice from Lennar, townhouse at first then moved into a villa. I was pleased with the level of workmanship that went into both places and the design. Like any new builds there has been some warranty work which Lennar complete. However, it does seem that the warranty sometimes gets delayed or perhaps forgotten. Once they start the work then it’s done in a timely matter.

During the sales phase of my experience with Lennar the staff were much more responsive. Now that I have some small incidental repairs, they are not timely in completing these requests. Still very satisfied with my purchase.

I’m very pleased overall. Is everything perfect? Not necessarily, but the workmanship is good quality with a few relatively minor issues here and there. That said, Lennar has been very responsive in doing repairs. My biggest issue is the lack of access to reliable internet close to two months post purchase. It’s tough to be without it these days and this was not made clear at time of purchase. Makes it difficult to take advantage of functions that rely on internet-Ring doorbell/camera, door lock system, thermostat, etc. I don’t feel Lennar has been assertive enough in working with local cable company on behalf of new residents to install cable. Good respond fast service too

Our whole experience was well managed, until the local utility company could not supply transformers on time. Lennar management and sales weee upfront with updates, though. However we were without internet for a month, and Lennar had not mentioned that as a problem until closing.
