I should have been more thorough with the inspection. After inspection I noticed caulk issues in the missing, inconsistencies in the drywall that are really obvious when the sun hits it. Windows that are not sealed properly and cold air streaming in. The garage door does not close properly. All things tha could have been addressed before closing.

Home is beautiful, however the final finishes inside the home were very carelessly done, eg. doors all gashed or nicked, woodwork scratched, tile in bathroom needed replacement in certain areas, cabinets not adjusted properly, sliding door leading to outside still not fitting correctly. These issues were reported and are being taken care of, so we are fine with that, just to bad the final stages were left so shabby. Our project manager and home rep are trying their best to correct all issues.

Overall good sales person Courtney was fantastic very helpful and very courteous. Construction manager Matt high integrity also service manager Gary is top notch They are addressing issues timely. Great team. I think the company would do better with some more help tea,s seem stretched when it comes to the construction aspect. Love the house design and neighborhood and good value for the money

Everyone was extremely nice. I was concerned about hearing traffic from my townhouse bc I don’t sleep well. I was told about the insulation and that I wouldn’t hear anything. I do hear traffic and sometimes the neighbors. It’s not too bad. I have also read on the FB group that there is a $1200 per year county building assessment that is never disclosed to us which is pretty upsetting since we apparently have the highest taxes in Sussex County. It’s a very nice community and I’m really enjoying it. So far any issues that I’ve had have been responded to quickly.

Pros: Nice layouts, good standard package inclusions, nice color palette Cons: Interior door quality. Minor detail finishes. Overall: good value for the price point. Extra kudos for Matt the construction manager. Top Notch professional.

I had no interaction with the builder. However, the sales representative was not very helpful. I would never recommend her to anyone.

The mortgage process was smooth. We have had some issues with the home. Lennar has been responsive. I feel if the contractors did the job right from the beginning we wouldn’t of had these issues. Biggest complaint is I had a leak in my roof, not acceptable in a brand new home. Also had a nail thru my cable in the media box for the fios connection. A chip in my shower floor. Caulking was sloppy in the bathroom. A rose bush was missing. I feel the workers are rushed to get the work done.

The home is of good quality, however I think the 10 month punch-list will be long (protruding nails, settlement cracks, etc.). The home was delayed by 3 months, with no real explanation as to why. Other homes signed after ours were completed first, very aggravating. The laminate flooring is very poor quality and is easy to scratch. Overall we do love our house, but wish we had better quality in some of the workmanship and materials.

However, I feel like no one wanted to take responsibility for some of the issues that I was experiencing with my new home. Easily and quickly put it off on the development/management company that the house is associated with. Frustrating! I will say that I love my new home and I will work through the issues on my own which unfortunately will have to come out of my pocket because the management company believes that it is Lennar's responsibility per the warranty. I am stuck in the middle!

Overall the building experience and end result was as expected. I am a little disappointed with the landscaping, specific to sod. It is unsatisfactory. Four months later and the property behind our lot has not been beautified. The construction fencing is still up and the area has not been cleared. It is unsightly and we are unable to fully enjoy our views. We have addressed this and nothing has been done.

While I feel our overall buying experience was positive, I do feel there can always be improvement. Need to be more realistic about projected closing dates. Puts undue pressure on Project managers already facing supply chain and labor issues. Need to be more conscientious about certain installation, design and application. - Very simple fixes that get ignored. The response has been very good from the customer care. The suggestion that something is "not a warranty issue" or "a Lennar problem" are questionable in a home that's been occupied for less than 2 months.

I love my home! My husband and I love the layout and enjoy the modern features. The 'everything included' offering is a definite game-changer. I have beautiful kitchen appliances that Lennar included with the home. Lennar, however, misses it in the area of communication and responsiveness. The tile work in our home needed to be sealed. Hubby and I didn't find this out until the final walk-through at closing. At that point we would have to wait weeks before the seal job could be done. I would suggest you do not go to settlement unless all items are pending are complete. We had a heard time geting very minor things completed when we were told they will be complete on closing day! It will be nice to install bathroom door and leave space where mats can fit in. All doors are made so close to floor , you cannot use bathroom mats which is a safety hazard!

Beautiful homes, but be sure you are THOROUGH on your "Celebration" (HA!)walk-through. Once you sign on that dotted line, they are on to the next. Sure, you will get a call to be ensure nobody else goes through what you did, but they do nothing to resolve your own issues. So I'm warning others here too.

The sales person was available for questions and thru the process responsive. The project Mgr /construction Mgr. was very helpful and informative. And did the best job of keeping us informed The customer care rep does the best he can to resolve issues timely. The initial mortgage person was responsive and followed up , the person who was handling the final push was not very good, she continued to ask for info provided and right up to two days before closing
