We like the style of our home, but the finishing details are not the best. The crown molding is poorly installed. Very obvious joints are visible. The appliance package is not the best either. Our microwave stopped working after 3 weeks. Took almost a month to get a new one. Our customer service person was great in getting this solved. If it weren’t for Chris C. We would still be waiting. Hard to believe there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. There is no egress off the back porch either so the homeowner has to spend money right off the bat if you want to get off your porch without going back in the house. Also, the basement floor was filthy with clumps of dried mud/concrete all over. We needed to have it professionally cleaned. The front porch was also very dirty with mud and paint on it. It would have been so nice if Lennar took pride in the finishing details of their homes before handing them over to the buyer who paid a good price for their new home. ... More

Our experience was positive. All persons involved were helpful and responsive in a timely manor. There were no major issues and we feel our purchase was great value for the amount we paid for the home. We would definitely recommend Lennar for a future home purchase.

Lennar offered more incentives to purchase a home than any other builder in the area. They were also flexible with me as I did my due diligence. A few items for feedback. The construction manager came off a bit rude while walking through the home the first and second time. My thoughts are some more professional communication skills.

everything they said would happen did happen, they kept us up to date all the way through! a very pleasent experience!!

We love the home we bought. Love the area and the neighbors. The issues we had with the home after closing are all in the process of being fixed. The home seems to be very well construction. Time will tell.

Can not say enough about the support provided by the Lennar Team we had on this journey. Their knowledge, passion and focus on providing us the most positive home-buying experience possible was unmatched. Heidi, Lisa and Conner were absolutely fantastic from the beginning and up until we were able to call this beautiful place home. If we could rate this experience with Lennar more than 5 stars we would!

I would suggest you do not go to settlement unless all items are pending are complete. We had a heard time geting very minor things completed when we were told they will be complete on closing day! It will be nice to install bathroom door and leave space where mats can fit in. All doors are made so close to floor , you cannot use bathroom mats which is a safety hazard!

Everyone was extremely nice. I was concerned about hearing traffic from my townhouse bc I don’t sleep well. I was told about the insulation and that I wouldn’t hear anything. I do hear traffic and sometimes the neighbors. It’s not too bad. I have also read on the FB group that there is a $1200 per year county building assessment that is never disclosed to us which is pretty upsetting since we apparently have the highest taxes in Sussex County. It’s a very nice community and I’m really enjoying it. So far any issues that I’ve had have been responded to quickly.

I can't say enough to express my gratitude for Laura, Ashley, Lisa, and Hannah. There were LOTS of questions and handholding that was always met with a quick response and kindness. They went over and above my father and I appreciate it!!

I have used Lennar as my builder of my last 2 homes. Each time has been a predictable and satisfying experience. Production Manager is extremely helpful and responsive as were the whole team.

From the moment I signed and gave my deposit for my home I felt that it was one of the last lines of communication with Lennar without pulling teeth. The only time I received a call back was when they sent me a review. After moving in and doing a virtual tour It took over a month for anyone to respond after having to reach out yet again. I have family members that moved in over a year ago and they did not have the same experience. Lennar service has for sure decreased in quality and craftsmanship. The endless cement LUMPS that are under the carpet is ONE example of shoddy work done. I know these are cookie cut homes but there should be more pride in there work. I think the quickness in the turnaround time putting up these homes are showing for sure. -Lennar could also offer their employees a course in customer service. It would go a long way on how to talk to people. Unfortunately, we have run into a few people that could use it. -We were also told the HOA was one price and when I got my booklet it went up without any notification. My wife and I purchased a Lauderdale style home. The builders were responsive the sellers too. There were the inevitable things in the walk through. Most were addressed but many were not.

I have bought twice from Lennar, townhouse at first then moved into a villa. I was pleased with the level of workmanship that went into both places and the design. Like any new builds there has been some warranty work which Lennar complete. However, it does seem that the warranty sometimes gets delayed or perhaps forgotten. Once they start the work then it’s done in a timely matter.

If possible monitor your home being built from start to finish. Look closely at your walk through - there are lots of discrepancies to pick out as the contractors used during the home build are not attentive to detail.

Quality building materials and good workmanship. Competitive prices. Excellent facilities.

First let me start by saying Ashlee our Sales Rep and Shane our Superintendent were fantastic. I heard not so great things about Lennar in the northern part of our state which caused me to hesitate purchasing. The division and community in which we bought are amazing. My only regret was not purchasing sooner.

Lennar was very professional and helpful in the home buying process. They walk you through step by step with the process.

Great experience, love the house but the people were the star of the experience. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, friendly and extremely responsive. Top notch and we highly recommend.

Perfect place for me to move. A turn key home they were not kidding. Everything was included which was a big selling point for me. Staff was super making the home easy to buy with no regrets. Thank you

While I feel our overall buying experience was positive, I do feel there can always be improvement. Need to be more realistic about projected closing dates. Puts undue pressure on Project managers already facing supply chain and labor issues. Need to be more conscientious about certain installation, design and application. - Very simple fixes that get ignored. The response has been very good from the customer care. The suggestion that something is "not a warranty issue" or "a Lennar problem" are questionable in a home that's been occupied for less than 2 months.

Six weeks after closing, still working to resolve identified deficiencies.

Beautiful homes, but be sure you are THOROUGH on your "Celebration" (HA!)walk-through. Once you sign on that dotted line, they are on to the next. Sure, you will get a call to be ensure nobody else goes through what you did, but they do nothing to resolve your own issues. So I'm warning others here too.
