The entire team was great from the start of our buying process to now. They walked us through each step, answered all questions, followed up with us, addressed our concerns at our homesite. They are still there for us sending us updates and checking on us. Great team work!

I should have been more thorough with the inspection. After inspection I noticed caulk issues in the missing, inconsistencies in the drywall that are really obvious when the sun hits it. Windows that are not sealed properly and cold air streaming in. The garage door does not close properly. All things tha could have been addressed before closing.

Every single person I interacted with from start to finish was responsive. In contrast to another new build I experienced w/ a different builder, I felt completely confident from beginning to end. I am proud to say I am new owner of a Lennar home.

Ask numerous questions and don’t assume anything. It is a process that needs to be heavily involved with decisions made, and read all materials available to know exactly what you are purchasing. It is not as easy as they claim it to be. Highly suggest home inspections prior to settlement.

We purchased a spec home, so, we had no choice in our finishes. We wanted to push settlement by two weeks which Lennar would not allow. However, when we settled there were many items not finished in the property. They could have used the two weeks to complete the work. The painting, caulking, tile work etc. were not professionally done. Our contractor who we met at the final walk through was good. He was responsive and helpful. However, there are several items that were on the list to be completed or replaced that have not been completed. We have been here for 4 months.

Over all this is a very well built home. It’s just the little things that I feel should have been corrected on inspection.

Every step of the purchasing experience was handled with utmost respect and care by said employees. The actual build of the house is quality plus and very detailed.

Home is beautiful, however the final finishes inside the home were very carelessly done, eg. doors all gashed or nicked, woodwork scratched, tile in bathroom needed replacement in certain areas, cabinets not adjusted properly, sliding door leading to outside still not fitting correctly. These issues were reported and are being taken care of, so we are fine with that, just to bad the final stages were left so shabby. Our project manager and home rep are trying their best to correct all issues.

Beautiful home could not wait to move it there were a few minor issues once I did but all were resolved

We are happy to be in the home. However, we feel that a lot of corners were cut and we are very disappointed. There are stains on my rugs, lots of imperfections, our railing on our staircase is dangerously sharp, and more. Worst is the lack of response to requests to get things taken care of. Would like to have things rectified prior to our one year mark!

The design of the home is great. Unfortunately the trade partners they select to build the house is poor. The subs slap things together and then leave it up to the finish crew to REALLY finish the house. To make matters worse, their finish crew is short- staffed and it takes FOREVER to get things complete.

Everyone was so helpful and responsive with any questions. I love my new home and the value.

Good - the home buying and mortgage experience was made easy by Susan & Laura. Bad - my home was delayed for 3 months which was extremely inconvenient. Ugly - throughout the development, electrical boxes are built in between homes. The largest electrical box in the development is right on my lawn. I have very little grass in front of my house due to this monstrosity. I would never have bought this house if we hadn’t already sold out and been living in rentals for 5 months. Lennar should never have built this house with this right smack in the middle of someone’s yard. Very disappointed.

I love my home! My husband and I love the layout and enjoy the modern features. The 'everything included' offering is a definite game-changer. I have beautiful kitchen appliances that Lennar included with the home. Lennar, however, misses it in the area of communication and responsiveness. The tile work in our home needed to be sealed. Hubby and I didn't find this out until the final walk-through at closing. At that point we would have to wait weeks before the seal job could be done. Needless to stay, the seal job was an added expense we hadn't considered. The home was supposed to include a wi-fi booster and screen for our patio door. Lennar stated these items were on back order due to supply issues. We closed on our home in August 2021. It's now late December 2021 and we haven't heard a word about the booster or screen door. My husband and I decided to finance with Lennar's in-house mortgage company. The process was honestly stress-free! I still can't believe how easy it was to finance this house. Beware, many homes in our development have had serious plumbing issues and we are hoping we wont have the same. They rush to finish these houses that are there are too many issue with craftsmanship. Customer service has been slow to react due to staffing issues.

Attention to detail is lacking with this builder.

However, I feel like no one wanted to take responsibility for some of the issues that I was experiencing with my new home. Easily and quickly put it off on the development/management company that the house is associated with. Frustrating! I will say that I love my new home and I will work through the issues on my own which unfortunately will have to come out of my pocket because the management company believes that it is Lennar's responsibility per the warranty. I am stuck in the middle!

During the sales phase of my experience with Lennar the staff were much more responsive. Now that I have some small incidental repairs, they are not timely in completing these requests. Still very satisfied with my purchase.
