Really not worth for the price paid

Seems value for money but actually built quality is bad. Finishing looks nice while delivery, but quality is bad. Fed up with flooring issues all over, hardwood floor or carpet flooring squeaks a lot. Does not feel solid. May be they use cheaper vendors and also bad pre-delivery inspection on Lennar part. Did not expect from this largest builder in the country.

My wife and I purchased a home from Lennar back in October 2019. And we wished we would of done more research. We love our townhome. But it seems lennar utilizes inexpensive and low quality materials.

Awful! Lennar agent was a no show no call at closing. I was told that I would have any HOA fees for 2 years. Upon reading the disclosures, I found that this was due to me prepaying HOA at closing. Misleading and unethical profesionali

House itself is wonderful! Buying experience 0/10. Lennar agent was a no show no call at closing. Told me that I had no HOA fees for 2 years. Upon reading the disclosures, I found that this misleading information was due to to me prepaying for them. Closing was delayed which cost me $1200 to extend my lock rate and associated housing fees as the closing was delayed a whole month.

I’m very unhappy to have bought this home in a new community. I moved in on 11/27/2024. - I still today, 1/16/2025, don’t have cable/internet service- for the longest time Xfinity said my address is not on the map, then they didn’t have a permit, then they did, and still waiting on the email to continue; -The Master Bathroom toilet keeps getting stopped up but no other ones in the house. While the toilet is stopped up, I can’t run the faucet for more than 5-10 seconds, nor take a shower, as the water in toilet makes a bubbling sound. Corner cutting thieves

Run far away. Lennar uses subpar materials and even poorer contractors. So many problems with our new house. And when you call they just lie and deflect. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. The worst experience possible. Buy anything else.

I suggest before you buy a Lennar home, do your research. Unfortunately, I did not and now I’m paying the price.

We moved in 3 weeks ago and the air doesn't circulate on the second floor. The HVAC company spent hours here with no resolution. Our neighbors are experiencing the same issue. This has soured our entire experience.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this builder. The quality of construction is subpar, and they cut corners wherever possible. They use the cheapest materials, and additional bedrooms are not even equipped with proper lighting or electrical access for light. Basic necessities like a toilet paper holder are also not provided. Water leaks, particularly in the showers, are a persistent issue. Their portal for scheduling virtual appointments is unreliable, and they frequently close tickets automatically, claiming "no response from the user," even when that's not the case. The lack of ...
