The overall design of the house is impressive. However, despite moving in for several months, the address still cannot be found on the map, online shopping deliveries are either missed or delivered to the wrong place, and there is no Wi-Fi service for several months

I have had nothing but issues since moving in. My house is less than one year old I have had electrical outlets that do t work. The first 90 degree day of this year my AC went out. They sent someone to fix it and two weeks later it was broke again. Someone else came out to look at it and they’re saying they can’t do anything fix it because my system is getting too much dirt in it and it’s clogging the system so I may need my ducts cleaned. It’s been 3-4 months of problems. Not a good experience at all. Especially for a home less than a year old. SN: the AC went out on a Friday. My house ...

All I can really say is read your contract an know what you are getting into. If you are 100% sure about wanting the home great, if life Happens just know 3 weeks after giving your Earnest money they will do everything in their power to keep it. Builders are asking for more Ernest now for that exact reason and also make sure you put a realtor on your contract because it’s free money they have aside for that as well and will also try to get you to sign the contract without a realtor on it.

Now with Lennar they want to sell you the house so once you have all the credentials 99.9 percent of the time you will get the house plus they will work with you to get it. My sales representative I give a big shout to him in the wv division he is the best. Going to know my son after him. It’s my first time buying a house so I learned as I go now looking back I don’t know why i was so stressed. The annoying part is giving the same information over and over again. I love my house wish it was bigger,

Won’t ever build with Lennar again

Sales team is terrible and made this experience not worth it. Builders were good and the project manager and QA representative were great. But with the issues with the sales team and concierge and the lack of respect for the buyer having an agent made this experience sub par. Would never build with Lennar again

Key advice hire independent inspectors, documenting everything in writing especially for pre drywall. Finish work is sloppy and they hide imperfections . Careless construction lie about everything and the representative well the one I dealt with is lazy didn’t walk with us through model home so we could know what comes with house and don’t. For example towel rack and no light in the rooms something I thought was basic for a home or apartment. Disappointed with Lennar construction of a home. The house I signed the contract on was not built according to my original specs. No communication on changes. In addition for a 55+ Community there should be standard entrance hand rails, more showers instead of bath tubs (safety purposes), and grab bars.

EVERY ASPECT OF LENNAR SUCKS

From the moment we sign the sells agreement to the now, dealing with the entire sales staff, the loan officer staff, the title company, and now the warranty staff, they have lied to us, did everything to deceive us, provide low bid ghetto products. Lennar are criminals they should all be in jail.

My biggest problem was the LACK of options. Stanley Martin built my townhouse and I had a plethora of options. Harmon Kardon in wall speakers, complete home surge, ceiling fan connections, gourmet kitchen options, Ethernet outlets etc. I got the option for a patio and the Ethernet that’s really it. Couldn’t pick our flooring/carpet either. It was suggested that I get a pre dry wall Inspection …I did and they found a lot. Also we were told we would get a fence….and no fence.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of workmanship of my house inside and outside. I will have a hard time recommending a Lennar home to anyone. However I will see how The Lennar team will resolve the issues that I have. If so I will change my review.

Warranties kind of fake please buy elsewhere

These Lennar people build very bad quality houses which is honestly fine with the one year warranty covering everything in the house but the catch is that they will give you a runaround and never help you out so then you’re stuck over paying for a crappy house

Previously bought Lennar and don’t have as many issues as we do now. The quality of the workmanship is not great lots of caulking everywhere to fix the mistakes and do t get me started on their management team

The process was smooth from the beginning when meeting the Lennar sales representative;Information and communication has been on point ;Perks were top notch ;I got my mortgage with Lennar as well ,the Loan Officer explained all the options and details of the process very clearly;The construction manager offered a couple of tours of the home before closing ,going over all the materials and fine details of the home ,his enthusiasm was contagious.In summary amazing team Work all the way to closing .I am very pleased with Lennar and hope to enjoy my home for many years to come .Thank you!

The buying process was simple, the price paid was fair in comparison to other builders, but the quality of the house has been a challenge and makes the price high. There have been a lot of issues inside and out from floors, to cabinets, to exterior issues, the drywall is a mess as is the paint, corner cracks have already started, it makes it not worth buying a Lennar new build. Good thing is the warranty that has folks come out and fix the issues as quickly as possible, but it is also a hassle to be present for the repairs. Overall if quality was better this house would be a great value, ...

Gail was great but Melanie not so much. She was very unresponsive as our assigned concierge. Whenever she did respond it was very vague and not helpful. The loan process was daunting but I made my way through it. In my opinion my loan officer Mrs Jennifer Casey was good but I felt as though the curse of knowledge got the best of her. This was my first time buying a home and it was tough to navigate certain terms and contracts as I was expected to sign things with no walkthrough.
