I am recommending already Lennar to all my friends that have in mind to buy a house. Lennar is a serious professional business that have all the personal staff well trained to make the process fast and with costumer satisfaction in first place. Loved my house fully loaded with all my appliances. I took 24 days since I pick the house I like to the closing date. Loved.

My realtor with Lennar Rob was incredibly dedicated. He stayed up late and went through every community to find me a home. However, after Rob left, things became subpar and stressful. As a first-time homebuyer, I thought going with one of the largest builders would make the process seamless. I assumed they would have everything figured out. The home my wife and I purchased we absolutely love. It is definitely a great value and a lot thought and intention went behind the design. Solid materials are used and the only critique about the property itself would be the low quality interior paint, definetely recommend repainting the interior to a scuff resistant paint. However, the home buying process was very hectic. To get the best deal we had to sign all the contract paperwork in less than 36 hours and some of the paperwork wasn't received until a few hours before the deadline. Lennar's motto is "Everything is included" I just got done buying 6,500 dollar gutters, and 1000 dollars worth of ceiling fans because they didn't bother putting either of those in the home. A 16 dollar light in the bedrooms would have given us light, but they wanted to save money. Pavers without polymeric sand? just set them on the ground and leave huge gaps. I don't have working street lights on the entire street I live on. The backyard is nothing but weeds with no sprinklers, the HOA is oppressive with rules you can't imagine. if you want to feel like you are living in a town house ...

I had a great experience buying a new Lennar home. I appreciate that when issues did come up they were quick to be addressed. Everyone at the Rivington development went above and beyond when needed to ensure my family was well taken care of. I would definitely purchase another Lennar home.

Beautiful house at reasonable price. LENNAR team was responsive and accommodating. The loan officer Gene, was professional, attentive and kind. Through the closing process he was patient and kind and this was extremely important and made the process less stressful. Very happy for my purchase. One important thing is that I would have like to received more clarity on the HOA - they are not as responsive.

Samantha with Lennar mortgage was rude. I hated my home buying experience with Lennar. You guys were available on Easter Sunday, a holiday to coerce me into purchasing this home. Then when the deal went through, you could not hear or find them. Calls went unanswered. I remember moving day, my Keys won’t work for the door. I called everyone I could’ve think on for help. 2nd home purchased at Oak Hammock in DeLand. Great deal on the house, great salesperson (once again, Madison Schuster comes through) and the closing process was smooth (thank you Kristen Koener). House was professionally inspected pre-close and our inspector remarked how well built the house was. We may just buy one or two others there!

One month into ownership and this couldnt be going worse. Every other day there is something new that is going wrong. The grading on the yard is absolutely horrible and everyone is pointing the finger at something else. This is AWFUL and I am beyond disgusted with the way Lennar is handling this. I have standing water in my yard constantly, it smells awful and I cannot mow my grass.

Decided to purchase an investment property in Florida and settled on Oak Hammock in DeLand. Our salesperson (Madison) was great with offering us up a deal we couldn't refuse, and Lennar overall offered up a quick and (mostly) seamless 3-week cash close which we were happy about. Their closer, Kristen, was very on top of things up until the close. Closing process was quick and trouble-free and very much appreciated. House is built cheap-I had to epoxy garage floor because lennar won’t fix it-that cost ME $2500-and the air conditioner-heater is not proper size for this size house-it’s not big enough- and that was documented by house inspector!floor tiles have lots of chips etc.etc

Although Lennar is not a bad builder and i love the home the home buying process was poor. There were five different people I was to communicate with and it was confusing the purpose of each persons job. When I explained this they were not helpful and did not improve the process. Just said “you can call any of us.” But the truth was each person had a different job. Very confusing and frustrating.
