I was impressed with the level of detail the builder gave to the house to make it my ideal dream home. The process was smooth and all minor issues were addressed during the final walk-through or within our 30-day grace period. Lennar is a great builder and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home with technology and great house fixtures.

Warranty service is very prompt and helpful. Happy with the new home. Finance- Due to back surgery, I have moved from a bigger two-story home to one story new home within which is 10 mins away. Lennar Finance gave me real hard time at the last moment assuming that I would be using this property as investment property NOT as my primary resident. I explained my motivation to go to a downsized home in the same area only to avoid climbing stairs due to my back surgery. This is my second property at the same community. Their processes and service went downhill. Quality is not as good as my first property. For example, floor, countertops, details to finish the house to mention a few. Also, they didn't include features that I got from the first house in order to 'save' a few dollars. A month later, I still requesting new services claiming warranty of some issue. By the way, my first home was bought on 07/23 and the second home on 05/24. So, there's not even a year of difference.

Great builder, the materials of the house are very good, the kitchen appliances are equipped, and even the washing machine and dryer are included，The blinds of the all windows have also been installed，And the security system of the “ring” is also equipped。

Quality of the products is below the asked price. For example: poor quality flooring tiles, cabinets quality are terrible. Some terminations are very sloppy. Definitely needs better quality productos and attention to details.

I love the fact that EVERYTHING was included.

Bought new home. Overall happy with home, but things to be aware of. 1. AC system was undersized by 1 Ton. Took a month to get someone to acknowledge, believe and do something about. 2. Yard wasnt levled and prepared correctly. One whole back corner wasnt cut down and mowed until days before close. It is a sinkhole now, waiting for this to be fixed almost 2 months after close. 3. Attic insulation was shorted by 4"-6" - how is this missed at inspections? 4. Quality of some items is less than builder grade 5. Neighborhood warranty person is great, they have to fight upstream against company to get things done right House was a good price and value, but these items should in no way have been missed at multiple inspections. From a construction standpoint, the house was pretty well built. I’ve been here for roughly 3 months now and I’ve had barely any issues. As far as the sales standpoint, my real estate agent was able to work closely with Paul and get the deal done in a timely manner The only drawback I had was with the Mortgage department within Lennar. They were unethical aspects that occurred during my Purchase because there was a huge rush to get my home closed by February 28th. This was due to the concept that Lennar end of year allocation was due on the same day. With that being said, I felt like my mortgage officer made more of a push to get the house sold Weiss to caring about my needs or helping me through the process. Moving forward, I would not mind purchasing a home from Lennar based off of the house and the foundation in which it was built as some time and care was put into. It’s a construction. This is a first home buying experience. There were issues all along the way. Thank god we had a realtor that was with us every step of the way. Feel there needs more communication. All in all, we are happy with our purchase.

Process for punch out list after moving is not efficient. Lennar lending not good

We moved into our home a month ago. House seems well built but Lennar fails in the attention to detail to make the experience great. My home was given to me with overgrown lawn, many issues found before closing were fixed well beyond instead of before as promised. Devices in the home had no instructions as boxes were thrown away, documents we needed to set up smart devices. Customer services tends to behave as if they’re doing you a favor by fixing things that should’ve been working to begin with. No complaints about the house itself but the treatment and attention to detail has room to grow.

I didn’t have a good experience because the sales person Eileen was never available to answer any questions or concerns. She wasn’t very professional and that ruined my whole experience as a first time home buyer. I was even looking forward to a picture at closing but I couldn’t even get that, everything was rushed and stressful. And moving in I have many issues. The dishwasher wasn’t working, the stair way carpet is a mess, I have a cabinet broken on the inside. So overall its not a great experience for me.

Our sales person was jolly and happy but ill-prepared from beginning to end. Uninformed, unresponsive, fragmented answers, and less willing to help after closing. I am not surprised as she already made her commission!! Workmanship was a joke. Unsquared rooms, unleveled walls, irregular tile grouting, dings on appliances, and other minor flaws. No one cared to do a quick inspection before calling us to inspect. Zero quality control. Post-sale repairs are also another joke. We are still getting through some of these corrections and hope to close them soon. To escalate issues is IMPOSSIBLE! No one gives any manager or supervisor's name or contact. After much wrestling, we got the Regional manager contact and info. He was friendly but seemed overloaded with cases and could not give us 100% attention. He said - call me if any issues. We called and he directed us to a wrong site to enter the defects for correction. These people need to be trained on the ABC's of customer service. What to say. What websites to enter information. Who to call. The basics!! So, after we moved in this week, we found more minor defects - but thank God, nothing structural. At Lennar, no one, I repeat, no one takes pride in delivering excellence. The LEGENDARY SERVICE preached at all levels is non-existent. I wish the CEO would know, so he could have a rude awakening of the magnitude of the problem and do a 360 degree shift. ... More

Although Lennar is not a bad builder and i love the home the home buying process was poor. There were five different people I was to communicate with and it was confusing the purpose of each persons job. When I explained this they were not helpful and did not improve the process. Just said “you can call any of us.” But the truth was each person had a different job. Very confusing and frustrating. Once home was moved into and warranty issues were submitted many times the things I put in for couldn’t be fixed. Frustrating as a homeowner. Things that could have been told up front to avoid confusion and frustration and proper expectations would have been appropriate. ... More

Poor design. How can you build a house facing the water with the minimal view

We did the walk through and issues that were noticed were marked with blue tape , when we closed on the house all those tags were gone , Great , but when we took a closer look we noticed the only thing that had been done was the tags were removed, the ceiling in our garage started to leak almost immediately after we closed on the house , I was the construction business in New York so I have some experience, I got one of my ladders to have a look at the damage and noticed that the leak was there long before we closed the sale, individuals had attempted to fix it but it was like a bandaid , they knew that there was a leak but all that was wanted was to close the sale and warranty would come back out and fix it, after 3 attempts, Our house was the last property in the neighborhood and all trades had left so no one was in charge and we were left to deal with the repairs, ... As a fristime homebuyer, the sale associate, the lender and Lennar overall made the experiences tedious and difficult. The lack of communication, attention, and assistance during the process were unbelievable.

The communication with Lenar and especially with the saleswoman was terribly bad, no one gave us an answer to our questions, the communication was a disaster, in addition to the delivery many novelties and low quality products.
