After closing, very poor response, Utilities and new connections not explained very well, sales lady was great but rest everything was just a business.

Was lied to by the realtor and others with :Lennar. Yard was filled with litter. Paint splatter in several rooms, on the patio bricks and driveway. Steel strap left stuck in front yard. Poor workmanship, poor follow-up.

Everybody was a huge help in making this process understandable and easy as possible to follow. From Sales to the Loan Officer to the Super. All my questions were answered with great patience. My experience with Lennar has been horrible. The workmanship is below average. The sales rep it’s nice until you cut the house on your contract after that you never hear from him.

My wife and I came to the house to check on the progress just after the QA walkthrough. There was blue tape all over the outside of the house. We assumed this was the findings, and thought that by the walkthrough time it would be handled. Then the walkthrough day came. Everything we saw with blue tape on the outside of the house was not addressed, and we needed more tape to address it. We are familiar with the Estero Fl area and really liked the community. We are from out of state, about 1200 miles away and still working. Uploading all info online for a mortgage was a hassle and unnerving with the amount of fraud happening. Too many different people involved in the process through out Lennar, maybe one person coordinating-client facing and they hand off what’s needed to the different departments within Lennar. . A decent house but not a smart home

Overall they still provide good value for the price. Our cable company discovered our house has not been wired with coaxial cable at all yet there are Ethernet data ports in the master and LR. Turns out those were never hooked up either and we were directed to put in a ticket. There are always miscellaneous chips and knicks and such so that’s all to be expected. The coaxial issue is major since the cable company had to drill right through our house to wire it and then run cable along a closet baseboard to the AV panel. Absurd.

Be aware of construction manager Alex and Area manager Jacob and any staff at Lennar. Pay attention to the reviews. It's not the homes It's the people working for or with Lennar.

Our contact in the Sales Office was honest and helpful. It was a no-pressure situation and he helped us throughout the process. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Title Insurance and the experience was very professional. Our home is as promised, delivered on time and as we had hoped. We did engage an objective property inspector, who checked out the house before sheet rock was installed and then again just before closing.
