I was skeptical initially as there were lots of negative reviews. I have to admit my experience was nothing short of awesome. Everything they said they would do was done, and any issues that we had were promptly addressed. What really got me was when I asked about the previous negative reviews, they acknowledged them and stated that there were issues especially during the pandemic, but I liked that they didn't deny our try to redirect. From the showing of the home to the completion of the buying experience, everything was smooth. We were in a crunch for time and we were able to agree on a great price and close in 2 weeks. Afterward, some minor items have arisen and been addressed quickly.

This isn’t second Lennar home. I am a single woman and was very nervous about everything. I had to buy a home after the hurricane and I went to Lennar because I knew I had a great experience before. Kristen walked me through all the financial steps and answered her phone and texted me back always and very promptly. Colten answered all my questions about the property quickly and with detail, Mike followed up to make sure I had all proper documents and Brian has been in touch and over the top in any questions or other Ned’s with the home. The quality of the house is very good and everything is beautiful! Best floor plan I’ve seen here in Florida by far!! Nick is very attentive to all my needs!!

We had given up on retiring and owning a home in Florida until we found Timber Creek. We met Freddy and just before the New Year he found an opportunity for us to buy a Villa. We were able to sell our MN home and move to Fort Myers, it was a bumpy transition but overall we were able to use Lennar resources to help. Times are challenging but patience helps, we are very happy to be here in our new home.

Everyone we have worked with in the Lennar organization has been extremely helpful and responsive. This includes the loan department, sales person who sold the home, the project manager responsible for building our unit and the customer service group which has helped with after sales questions and issues. They have all made this a very positive experience.

From the very start, looking at the model homes to the potential finance, the building process, final walkthrough to the exciting day of moving in....Lennar was with us through the whole process. Excellent customer service!!!

Given the supply/workforce issues our Project Manager did a good job on managing the final construction phase to closing.

Their motto of everything included is a good one for their process. Although they offer no choices to customize the house it is a well thought out home. The process is Lennar all the way, seamless and easy.

Lennar kept in contact with me throughout building process. Their staff guided me through the procedures and paperwork and responded promptly when I had questions, concerns and minor warranty issues.

Our sales rep and project manager were amazing. We love our new home and community.

Our sales coordinator was honest and forthright. The head foreman was detail oriented and responsive to our requests in finishing the house. The customers response coordinator is amazing in immediately following up on any issues that need to be fixed.

Everything good and perfect

Of course there may be a few items that need fixed after closing and Lennar is extremely attentive and timely in completing the needed repairs. Quality for type of home is excellent!

In some areas the workmen hurried too much and had to be redone. Generally, the home is well planned and attractive and salesman and supervisors very caring and responsive.

Starting with the sale we felt we were treated with respect and integrity. ( Jamie) Dealing with Mike, our construction manager, has also been a fine experience. Mike was legitimately concerned with our issues and has done a commendable job addressing them.

The pleasure and excitement of buying a house was even increased by the support from Lennar’s personnel during all stages until closing. I strongly recommend Lennar to any home shopper.

This is second Lennar home we have had, no issues that weren't taken care of so far. Have lived here for 5months.
