My home-buying experience with Lennar was seamless from start to finish. The entire Lennar team was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. They made sure everything was handled correctly and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Good brand new

Great small, quiet neighborhood, good value for location.

After closing, very poor response, Utilities and new connections not explained very well, sales lady was great but rest everything was just a business.

Was lied to by the realtor and others with :Lennar. Yard was filled with litter. Paint splatter in several rooms, on the patio bricks and driveway. Steel strap left stuck in front yard. Poor workmanship, poor follow-up.

Everybody was a huge help in making this process understandable and easy as possible to follow. From Sales to the Loan Officer to the Super. All my questions were answered with great patience. They were always available for me when I needed help and were extremely professional and nice. I appreciate everybody that was involved in making my 1st home buying experience amazing!

Bang for the buck it’s a great deal!

My experience with Lennar has been horrible. The workmanship is below average. The sales rep it’s nice until you cut the house on your contract after that you never hear from him.

My wife and I came to the house to check on the progress just after the QA walkthrough. There was blue tape all over the outside of the house. We assumed this was the findings, and thought that by the walkthrough time it would be handled. Then the walkthrough day came. Everything we saw with blue tape on the outside of the house was not addressed, and we needed more tape to address it. Then we get inside the house, and the cleaning inside was not good, paint overspray, and drops on places it shouldn't be, a door was broken, and the garage floor was terrible (all kinds of gouges in the floor). Our person who walked us through told us that "no" we can't do that or "I will see if that can be addressed". REALLY! When the report came out of what was to be fixed, it did not include everything we spoke of. So, I uploaded photos and descriptions of what was not corrected or addressed, about 40 items, all of which should have been taken care of during the QA walkthrough. When we came back to check the progress, they changed the lock so we could not get into the house. I had to tell them that I was not signing anymore paperwork or sending any more money until the list I sent was fixed. Long story short, anyone buying a house needs to have a thorough walk through completed before signing papers, as after they are signed, they don't fix some of the list, or miss many items reported. ... The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent. The sales rep was very prompt in answering any questions I had both before and after the sale.

Bryan was fabulous! Went above and beyond to make my buying experience stress free. Can’t say enough to show how appreciated he was by me.

We are familiar with the Estero Fl area and really liked the community. We are from out of state, about 1200 miles away and still working. Uploading all info online for a mortgage was a hassle and unnerving with the amount of fraud happening. Too many different people involved in the process through out Lennar, maybe one person coordinating-client facing and they hand off what’s needed to the different departments within Lennar. . The closing walk through date was given to us by one person, changed by another. Our closing date was changed, airline tickets had to be cancelled and replaced. Lennar Mortgage sent the first payment statement with a different dollar amount than the closing documents. - I had to call and get that corrected. Loan sold to another company after first payment and they have another payment amount. I called about that, both companies and no one can seem to figure that out to get back to match the closing statement payments. Then we received a letter from the county saying the person that sold us our property did not own the property. Lee County is not able to put the property in our name. I need to reach out to the title company or an attorney. But I reach out to the Lennar realtor and he says they knew about it and are working on getting it fixed. This is all after the first payment has been made, what did we pay title insurance for? (And we paid for both sides of title insurance about $6k) I did call Jason at Lennar Title in Lakewood Ranch Fl. He never called me back, it’s been over 2 weeks. Realtor at Verdana said it’s under control, he knew it was a section of the villas but didn’t know who was affected. Really?!? Oh and did I mention no one had our keys at closing? The Verdana Village realtor - said my manager lost them and was getting more made. I called to see if they were available before we went back up north and was told, good news they found the keys but I don’t have them. I told Brad I thought the keys should be overnighted to us and he said he didn’t have access to that. Wasn’t there someone here that I could trust to pick the keys up or could he put the keys in our villa? Or he could just hold the keys until we came back down. At this point I’m just mad. I do like my home, tile has some left over marks I’m going to need to scrub on my hands and knees to get up around baseboards. Windows have left over construction mess on them. I think that there are a lot of little things that could be done to make the experience better for the customer without adding cost.

Overall they still provide good value for the price. Our cable company discovered our house has not been wired with coaxial cable at all yet there are Ethernet data ports in the master and LR. Turns out those were never hooked up either and we were directed to put in a ticket. There are always miscellaneous chips and knicks and such so that’s all to be expected. The coaxial issue is major since the cable company had to drill right through our house to wire it and then run cable along a closet baseboard to the AV panel. Absurd.

Be aware of construction manager Alex and Area manager Jacob and any staff at Lennar. Pay attention to the reviews. It's not the homes It's the people working for or with Lennar.

Our contact in the Sales Office was honest and helpful. It was a no-pressure situation and he helped us throughout the process. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Title Insurance and the experience was very professional. Our home is as promised, delivered on time and as we had hoped. We did engage an objective property inspector, who checked out the house before sheet rock was installed and then again just before closing. There were very few items to report to Lennar and they were minor in nature. All in all, we have been very pleased with this experience and we look forward to enjoying our new home and new community for many years to come. ... More
