Everyone has been very good with answering all my concerns

We received the house late but when we did the inspection of the house everything was in good conditions and the points to be resolved were informed and were well attended. The customer service team is very efficient and our salesperson very committed

Had to place best and final bid offer for home. You'll never know if you overbid or not. No customizing your new build, which is not what was communicated to us until it was too late (would have to give up deposit). They rush you to make your deposits and closing on your home, but are slow to respond when issues arise. They also don't give you timelines on how your home is progressing in the building phase. Not sure I would recommend them at this time. This makes me think twice about buying a new construction home in the future.

House was delayed by 4 months. Have closed for 2 months now and there are so many things not finished and broken. Overall extremely unhappy.

We moved hoping to have a peaceful retirement home. While our Salesperson was very knowledgeable and did her best with purchasing, Construction was terrible. Our cabinets were installed crooked, cracked, broken due to lack of skill which caused our Stone to be unlevel. Our hood vent never showed up so they borrowed one from a different model that didn't fit. Our light fixtures were cracked and broken along with our bathroom mirror and we had a broken window for 4 months. Our Ring Doorbell was installed broken, our Pentair Motherboard for our pool was installed broken, our AC condensor fan was installed broken, our garage doors were crooked and wouldn't close or lock, our tree in front yard was planted with broken support and leaning, we had a hole in our lanai. Our construction mgr Tim was suppose to handle alot of these items but he lied, didn't return phone calls, and avoided us. We've been in our house 2 months and still have unresolved issues. We have tried to be who we are which is very accommodating and understanding people. Unfortunately the system has not been conducive to continue that. I have asked repeatedly to have our front door replaced to no avail. I had to place a chain around the two latches to secure our home. We have informed your staff that we don’t feel safe and that did nothing. You want more disappointments call me at216-789-2649. I don’t expect a call!!!

We had given up on retiring and owning a home in Florida until we found Timber Creek. We met Freddy and just before the New Year he found an opportunity for us to buy a Villa. We were able to sell our MN home and move to Fort Myers, it was a bumpy transition but overall we were able to use Lennar resources to help. Times are challenging but patience helps, we are very happy to be here in our new home.

The closing was forced as the home was not completed. We had over 2 dozen things that needed completed. If we didn't close the day we did the interest rate went way up. Seven weeks after closing we still have at least 10 items on the punch list still needing completed. Knowing who to talk to at Lennar is irritating. The sour experience we are still going through has ruined the sweetness of buying our final new home.

Overall experience was great. Home completed on time and very happy with the work The only issue I had was, when I chose an outside lender ( instead of lennar mortgage) because there was significant difference in the rates offered, I felt a retaliatory attitude which made my whole home buoyant experience less than 5 star.

Everyone we have worked with in the Lennar organization has been extremely helpful and responsive. This includes the loan department, sales person who sold the home, the project manager responsible for building our unit and the customer service group which has helped with after sales questions and issues. They have all made this a very positive experience.

From the very start, looking at the model homes to the potential finance, the building process, final walkthrough to the exciting day of moving in....Lennar was with us through the whole process. Excellent customer service!!!

The homebuying experience was perfect; Jamie was beyond expectations. Rob has become involved to ensure that the quality of workmanship and materials that were issues have been resolved or on the pathway to resolution. Carlos has also been very helpful.

I did my walkthrough a week before my closing day May 25 nothing of the list to got fixed. Cabinets unfinished not install still waiting next appointment is July 18 hoping they can do the job. Garage door is bent, they fix the rails but the door still bent. Electric problems got fix July 5 Plumbler finally fix July 7. A “new washer” never work so I have to call the warranty since i move there without washer because still waiting for Frigidaire and work with their rapid company and no parts, anyway the machine suppose to work was include with the buy of the townhouse but when I ask if Lennar can change and give a new machine they say no I have to call the warranty company. The machine never work, Lennar provide me no functional machine but I have to resolve the problem . I wired the money 4 days prior the closing because was a requirement I did my part of the arrangement but Lennar wants to sell so fast that is not producing quality houses. When I make the decision to buy from Lennar was because my two brothers bought from Lennar 3 years ago and they have the best of Lennar and now a got the worst. Such a great experience buying and building a house with Lennar. Colton in the front sales has been outstanding to keep us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with our home.

The builder had three heads (Sales/Construction/Closing). Ryan (Sales) did a good job. Sadly Construction and Closing were generally poor. Unnecessary pressure was applied by Closing whilst Construction obviously could not achieve the completion dates given. Completion delayed by three weeks due to poor workmanship, mainly damaged doors. The Construction guys are OK when you find out who they are. From a Purchaser's perspective, the completion and closing process could be much improved by using a single point of contact.

Lennar has responder quickly to Amy and all questions we have had. We are very pleased to be part of this great conversation community!

Given the supply/workforce issues our Project Manager did a good job on managing the final construction phase to closing.

Their motto of everything included is a good one for their process. Although they offer no choices to customize the house it is a well thought out home. The process is Lennar all the way, seamless and easy.

Jamie was very helpful, informative, responsive and pleasant to deal with!

Lennar kept in contact with me throughout building process. Their staff guided me through the procedures and paperwork and responded promptly when I had questions, concerns and minor warranty issues.

The workmanship on the interior walls is very bad, when doing the walk through there were no lights in the home, so we could not see how bad it really was, but now that we have lights, the walls are terrible. The dryer was not installed incorrectly because the set screw was not tightened on the cord and that caused smoke and arcing, we have not had a dryer in 3 weeks. The tree in the backyard has been leaning almost to the ground since we moved in and looks terrible. Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality of work for a 2036 square foot home that we paid $441,000, I expected more from Lennar and could not possibly recommend them to friends or family. ... We moved in April 22 and from the we still waiting for our ICE MAKER. Details door paint with different white, area unfinished still open. From Lennar care they want to close all WO immediate even it’s no complete and open another (no agree)

Houses are being delayed up to 3 months. They are closing with pages of items that need to be addressed on punch list. It’s 6 weeks and still tons of items that need to be addressed. I am confident that they will fix everything eventually.

Our sales rep and project manager were amazing. We love our new home and community.
