The homebuying experience was perfect; Jamie was beyond expectations. Rob has become involved to ensure that the quality of workmanship and materials that were issues have been resolved or on the pathway to resolution. Carlos has also been very helpful.

I did my walkthrough a week before my closing day May 25 nothing of the list to got fixed. Cabinets unfinished not install still waiting next appointment is July 18 hoping they can do the job. Garage door is bent, they fix the rails but the door still bent. Electric problems got fix July 5 Plumbler finally fix July 7. A “new washer” never work so I have to call the warranty since i move there without washer because still waiting for Frigidaire and work with their rapid company and no parts, anyway the machine suppose to work was include with the buy of the townhouse but when I ask if Lennar can change and give a new machine they say no I have to call the warranty company. The machine never work, Lennar provide me no functional machine but I have to resolve the problem . I wired the money 4 days prior the closing because was a requirement I did my part of the arrangement but Lennar wants to sell so fast that is not producing quality houses. When I make the decision to buy from Lennar was because my two brothers bought from Lennar 3 years ago and they have the best of Lennar and now a got the worst. Such a great experience buying and building a house with Lennar. Colton in the front sales has been outstanding to keep us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with our home.

The builder had three heads (Sales/Construction/Closing). Ryan (Sales) did a good job. Sadly Construction and Closing were generally poor. Unnecessary pressure was applied by Closing whilst Construction obviously could not achieve the completion dates given. Completion delayed by three weeks due to poor workmanship, mainly damaged doors. The Construction guys are OK when you find out who they are. From a Purchaser's perspective, the completion and closing process could be much improved by using a single point of contact.

Lennar has responder quickly to Amy and all questions we have had. We are very pleased to be part of this great conversation community!

Given the supply/workforce issues our Project Manager did a good job on managing the final construction phase to closing.

Their motto of everything included is a good one for their process. Although they offer no choices to customize the house it is a well thought out home. The process is Lennar all the way, seamless and easy.

Lennar kept in contact with me throughout building process. Their staff guided me through the procedures and paperwork and responded promptly when I had questions, concerns and minor warranty issues.

The workmanship on the interior walls is very bad, when doing the walk through there were no lights in the home, so we could not see how bad it really was, but now that we have lights, the walls are terrible. The dryer was not installed incorrectly because the set screw was not tightened on the cord and that caused smoke and arcing, we have not had a dryer in 3 weeks. The tree in the backyard has been leaning almost to the ground since we moved in and looks terrible. Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality of work for a 2036 square foot home that we paid $441,000, I expected more from Lennar and could not possibly recommend them to friends or family. ... We moved in April 22 and from the we still waiting for our ICE MAKER. Details door paint with different white, area unfinished still open. From Lennar care they want to close all WO immediate even it’s no complete and open another (no agree)

Houses are being delayed up to 3 months. They are closing with pages of items that need to be addressed on punch list. It’s 6 weeks and still tons of items that need to be addressed. I am confident that they will fix everything eventually.

Our sales rep and project manager were amazing. We love our new home and community.

The house is beautiful, but I have to place about 10 service request to fix different kind of issues like drywall holes in the bathroom, celling and others areas, electrical connections, stucco issues around the house, paint issues inside and outside of the house, cabinets, celling, about 30 broken paver’s. The inside house are very dirt. When we do the walk trough one week before closing Lennar bring me promise to fix the issues before they bring me the house and nothing happens I have to place the service request because they don’t do anything. Our sales coordinator was honest and forthright. The head foreman was detail oriented and responsive to our requests in finishing the house. The customers response coordinator is amazing in immediately following up on any issues that need to be fixed.

It was 14 month of screw ups and problems. Being told things that would or will never happen. Very frustrating and expensive for us to find a place to live for all the months. When I called to complain about the length of time it was taking I was told very sarcastically that I should read the contract and they have 2 years to build the house. It was screw up after screw up until Rob took over as superintendent. I would never ever recommend Lennar to anyone

Ryan R. Is where it all started ...what a great experience that started from day one. We had been looking at alot of different areas in SWFL before coming to Vista Blue. Originally it seemed to be to far from Naples. It isn't and we fell in love with the community and the home. Ryan R. was fantastic through the trying, buying/Bidding process that was so frustrating but with his help we finally succeeded. Some of the workmanship and quality is less then was expected but after our close the construction supervisor (Mike W) and the customer support from (Mark H) has been fantastic with cordination of all the trades that are involved to correct any and all issues that have come up. The only issue I had with the process was with the fact we were told closing was happening and when I showed up from out of state, I was told it was being postponed due to a delay materials. While I understand these things can happen, I would suggest not committing to a closing date until it is absolutely happening not an anticipated closing date. Everyone in the process was very professional and informative. They appeared to be very experienced and well trained.

There was very little and very poor communication during the build process. Timing estimates were impossible to get to get. The initial completion date was missed by 9+ months making it hard to arrange financing, furniture and a move in schedule. Some home features were changed or deleted during the build with no discussion with the customer. Communication overall was very poor. The Lennar contacts attitude was also poor. Home options were almost nonexistent. The clothes washer and dishwasher installed are very noisy. There was a nice home protection and Wi-Fi package provided but the home buyer had to find and pay someone to install it. ... More

Everything good and perfect

The mortgage and sales end was totally unprofessional and inept. Lennar is in serious trouble once this market settles down. Still waiting on punch list items after two months with little to no communication. Would never seek out a Lennar home again.

Building a home is very difficult, but building during a pandemic is extraordinarily stressful. supplies are always limited and timelines are completely disregarded. there needs to be teams working with the buyers in order to keep communication flowing. It seems that materials that arrive or not going to the homes that have been waiting the longest, but being distributed randomly. I am sure this is wasteful and costly for the builder, but frustrating for the buyer who waits months for supplies to arrive at their home only to see that other homes that were purchased much later were completed much faster. The entire build process needs to be reevaluated so that buyers are not left during a very busy season to be scrambling to find somewhere to stay because of all the delays. Once we were assigned a new project manager, the communication did improve. Donald did a great job trying to relay problems to us; however, his hands were tied with being able to resolve issues in a reasonable amount of time. Once our home was completed, there were multiple issues with the construction and cosmetic appearance of the home. Many items were damaged or not done at all, and here we are two months later still trying to get things repaired. I would definitely not do this again.
