House was delayed by 4 months. Have closed for 2 months now and there are so many things not finished and broken. Overall extremely unhappy.

Our home was delayed by over 3 months - we will never purchase a Lennar home again We bought a second home using Lennar financing - and that process was horrible too

Too focus on quantity and not quality

This is my first Lennar home and I love the layout and everything included concept. However, the company lacks the quality of work. They pushed to close on a home that was not ready. It’s been 4 months and my house is a mess. Problems with the house includes tearing out 14 feet of drywall, texture of the walls are terrible, mold in my downstairs bedroom that requires remediation, upstairs bathroom pan was loose and the pan was defective so they had to cut drywall from my garage to fix and replace the pan. The lanai and garage foundation has chunks of concrete chipped and missing. The ...
