Community is great, home layout is great. Really disappointed with the cleanliness and the actual process of a home being completed at closing. It appears that the home quality does not matter as long as there is a CO. The rest we can pass off to warranty. If there were some simple checks and balances in place where someone actually went through the homes prior and completed the items. I’m a real estate agent and can say Lennar walkthru’s are by far the most difficult and I am trying to explain to my clients why their home is not actually completed but don’t worry someone will come along ...

The mortgage and sales end was totally unprofessional and inept. Lennar is in serious trouble once this market settles down. Still waiting on punch list items after two months with little to no communication. Would never seek out a Lennar home again.

The customer service from Lennar and the vendors is poor. Waiting for weeks and months for simple fixes and repairs is ridiculous. The follow up from the builder to individual contractors is non existent to very poor. The homes are being closed before they are ready. So many of the issues we and our neighbors have addressed should have been taken care of before closing. We can only hope the the overall quality of the home is good and that we won’t be facing issues for years to come. Also why isn’t the second phase of the amenities completed let alone started. Sold all rooms wired for cable, model has all rooms wired, city plans have all rooms wired but you did not and refused to wire all rooms in my house and did not build to city plan

Still have blue tape from QA/QC department all ovef my walls. CM never took notes during final walk-through and failed to do any of the punchlist items. Window clips were thrown on my counter and not installed (told me they were a courtesy and not required). Lied to my sales rep about insulation over garage. Outlets don't work. Paint overspray everywhere. Weather stripping I can see day light through. Metal Studs, vs wood. Copper clad aluminum wiring. $500mm for a cheaply built.

Third time’s a charm. If we hadn’t a realtor keeping us updated with weekly videos, we would have wasted two trips to Florida. The closing department and your contract ( I understand ) leaves little room for the customer. Our first closing walk through had no roof tiles delivered / installed, no brick pavers front and back, unfinished kitchen, no refrigerator, unfinished bathrooms, pool and of course no landscaping. Worst home purchase experience

The worst home purchase I’ve ever had(2 previous). Went to walk through and there were numerous issues with the home. Was told that if I don’t close once they received the certificate of occupancy I would lose my deposit. It been almost 2 months since I’ve closed and there is still incomplete work. Too much back and forth with their subs.

During the entire buying and building process communications from Lennar were non existent. Lack of choices in building upgrades. Lennar cut most all extra's including lighting, Very poor excuse for a custom builder. "Everything included" is a joke!

Waste of money pay too dollars and the house is built with the cheapest materials. Sales people have no interest after ur contract is signed don’t even make sure you have everything that is supposed to come with your home. Just horrible.

I am a first-time home builder and was not sure what to expect. I was always told that Lennar was a great company, but my experience here certainly hasn't reflected that. No one who pays what we pay for on these homes should be forced to put in warranty tickets on damaged or substandard materials in a brand-new home and then wait months for replacements or repairs.

We moved hoping to have a peaceful retirement home. While our Salesperson was very knowledgeable and did her best with purchasing, Construction was terrible. Our cabinets were installed crooked, cracked, broken due to lack of skill which caused our Stone to be unlevel. Our hood vent never showed up so they borrowed one from a different model that didn't fit. The house is beautiful, but I have to place about 10 service request to fix different kind of issues like drywall holes in the bathroom, celling and others areas, electrical connections, stucco issues around the house, paint issues inside and outside of the house, cabinets, celling, about 30 broken paver’s. The inside house are very dirt. When we do the walk trough one week before closing Lennar bring me promise to fix the issues before they bring me the house and nothing happens I have to place the service request because they don’t do anything. I went into closing thinking everything was set and costs were set. I get there and the cost increased $10k. The closing agent and I called the loan lady Ali who was very rude and accusing me of not reading what I signed. I advised that I can walk away from the deal and her response was good we’ll keep your $5000. In reality the information was never given to me to sign so it seems like Ali didn’t do her job. The process started out good, we were working with Ali initially. They transferred out case to Heather H. And everything fell apart. She continually called to ask fir documents that were sent 2 to 3 times already, still I was patient, until she contacted us on the day of closing asking for paystubs and w2's. Now keep in mind these documents were sent at the very beginning of this process. I asked her if this was normal to ask for these things on day of closing.
