While I love the neighborhood specifically it’s proximity to Jet Blue Park( home of the Boston Red Sox spring training) the quality of work and materials used is extremely poor and defective and has not been corrected!

Lennar is very slow to fix issues after your home has been sold. Nearly 6 months after closing we are still waiting for issues from the punch list to be fixed. Also, it seems that fixes require multiple visits because the people they are sending for repairs are not competent. The latest news from them is that their warranty department is closed for repairs, even outside ones. So they can keep the building and selling part of the business open for making money, but will keep the warranty end of the business closed at this time.

Lennar builds homes fast. But without quality workmanship. Each home is u set intense pressure to build so fast lots of shortcuts and sloppy workmanship is the norm. Months after closing we are finding things that were covered up so they would close on time especially areas outside the house, like a drainage pipe covered over with sod so we had a flood. or on top of the house where vents were installed without covers and we had a leak. The fact that at closing the take $750 for future improvements does not go into the reserves to fix future hoa issues, it is pocketed by lennar. our reserves only had $2000 for a community of 200 potential homes. They also do not pay hoa fees on spec homes they have for sale again bleeding our reserves for when they leave the project and move on. Not a trustworthy builder at all. I would never recommend you guys to anyone I wish I could tell people when I see them in the neighborhood not to buy here it is the worst house it was put together like a 5 year old did it sorry I brought with you guys

This is my second home with Lennar in the past 4 years. Closed in April, still have not been able to move into my home. Expenses have multiplied however no home. No one takes responsibility and no one held accountable. They force you to close on a home that is not completed with the high quality Lennar sells people on. Completely dissatisfied.

Lennars home buying experience is horrific. From the lies that the manipulative realtors spew, to the horrible workmanship. Their goal of Lennar is to only complete a house to 90%before closing. Punch lists are never completed. Extremely manipulative to women. Take total advantage of. Do not buy a Lennar home.

House was delayed by 4 months. Have closed for 2 months now and there are so many things not finished and broken. Overall extremely unhappy.

Would not have purchased from Lennar if I had to do it over again.

This is my first Lennar home and I love the layout and everything included concept. However, the company lacks the quality of work. They pushed to close on a home that was not ready. It’s been 4 months and my house is a mess. Problems with the house includes tearing out 14 feet of drywall, texture of the walls are terrible, mold in my downstairs bedroom that requires remediation, upstairs bathroom pan was loose and the pan was defective so they had to cut drywall from my garage to fix and replace the pan. The lanai and garage foundation has chunks of concrete chipped and missing. The banding on the exterior of the house and pavers still needs to be fixed and replace. I don’t expect a perfect house but everyone that has walked in it are shocked that it’s even a brand new home. Recently, i had to deal with the rudest customer care rep who barged into my home, banging on my walls to let me know that the blue tape on my wall is standard texture. I had to ask him to leave because he was irate. when he left my kids said that he had anger management. That is totally in acceptable to act like that regardless if you have a bad day or not. If anyone wants to see pictures or take a look at my home I would be happy to share. Example of how time consuming repairs are handled… plumbers comes to remove hardware on my sink, mirror guy remove mirror, granite guy install, plumbing reinstall and mirror guy puts my mirror up. Every job that is done requires a minimal of 6 appointments to inspect, remove and repair. unfortunately, not all contractors come on the same day with different issues in the home and it leads to weeks and months. The carpet in my house looks very worn, stained and dirty with everyone coming in and out. If things were done correctly in the first place, we wouldn’t have to fight for them to come back and properly do the job right. ... More
