This is my first Lennar home and I love the layout and everything included concept. However, the company lacks the quality of work. They pushed to close on a home that was not ready. It’s been 4 months and my house is a mess. Problems with the house includes tearing out 14 feet of drywall, texture of the walls are terrible, mold in my downstairs bedroom that requires remediation, upstairs bathroom pan was loose and the pan was defective so they had to cut drywall from my garage to fix and replace the pan. The lanai and garage foundation has chunks of concrete chipped and missing. The banding on the exterior of the house and pavers still needs to be fixed and replace. I don’t expect a perfect house but everyone that has walked in it are shocked that it’s even a brand new home. Recently, i had to deal with the rudest customer care rep who barged into my home, banging on my walls to let me know that the blue tape on my wall is standard texture. I had to ask him to leave because he was irate. when he left my kids said that he had anger management. That is totally in acceptable to act like that regardless if you have a bad day or not. If anyone wants to see pictures or take a look at my home I would be happy to share. Example of how time consuming repairs are handled… plumbers comes to remove hardware on my sink, mirror guy remove mirror, granite guy install, plumbing reinstall and mirror guy puts my mirror up. Every job that is done requires a minimal of 6 appointments to inspect, remove and repair. unfortunately, not all contractors come on the same day with different issues in the home and it leads to weeks and months. The carpet in my house looks very worn, stained and dirty with everyone coming in and out. Moises Lee was amazing. He helped us every step of the way. We did not reeled pressured at all. He answered everyone of our questions thoroughly. He made us feel like part of the Timbercreek family. Best house buying experience ever! Thank you Moises and your team!!

IT STARTED OUT AS AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE TO LOOK FORWARD TOO. LENNAR HAD A GOOD REPUTATION BACK IN THE DAY.BOUGHT VILLA ON LAKE WITH A LARGER LOT FOR THE PURPOSE TO PUT UP SMALL FENCE FOR MY TINY ELDERLY DOG. TURNS OUT HOA WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY PLANS FENCE COMPANY SUBMITTED BECAUSE OF HOA SET BACKS (NOT CITY), THEN UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE USED UNDER THAT EXTRA 3 FEET OF PROPERTY I BOUGHT INSTEAD OF SOMEWHERE ELSE MAKING THE SIDE YARD NOT USEABLE. I DID CHECK WITH CITY BEFORE I PURCHASED AND THEY LOOKED UP PROPERTY AND TOLD ME I HAD ENOUGH ROOM TO MEET REQUIREMENTS…THAT A SMALL LAKE IS NO REASON TO PUT A BIG SET BACK BY HOA ON A VILLA BUT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OF THEIR REASONING. BOTTOM LINE IS SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR NOTHING. SECONDLY SO MUCH TURNOVER AND CONFUSION ON WHO IS FIXING WHAT UNTIL. SOME TRADESMAN YOU SEND ARE GOOD AND OTHERS TERRIBLE. MY KITCHEN CABINET STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED PROPERLY GOING ON 3 MONTHS. ONE TRADES MAN HAD THE RIGHT IDEA BUT DID A LESS THAN PAR JOB. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THE ENTIRE CABINET HAS TO BE REPLACED (WHICH I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO) WHICH REQUIRED BACKLOG OF ORDERING AND THEY CAN’T ORDER TOP PIECE AT SAME TIME BECAUSE OF THE “UNKNOWN” IF NEEDED. SURELY YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT CABINET CARPENTER THAT CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT! WHEN I CALL NOBODY KNOWS. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF SO I CAN MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE OF HAVING PEOPLE COME IN HERE TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS OUT THAT DON’T WORK. THANKS TO BRENT WHO WAS THE FIRST CS PERSON THAT ACTUALLY SEEMED LIKE HE CARED AND NOW HE IS GONE. YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF PAINT TOO. . NOW WHAT? I NEED ACTION ON THESE CABINETS…I HAVE WAITED TOO LONG. Lennar had nice homes but they go cheap on a number of items IE hollow doors and no shower doors. There were a number of quality issues and they are more interested in building the next house vs fixing the problems in existing homes

Great experience with Sam and Rob Ritght!

Subcontractors should have been much neater...grout work on floors a bit sloppy in places. Left glue spots on floors. Same with stucco on lanai.Kitchen Backsplash job sat unfinished for weeks. That said, the response time for repairs has been excellent.

Lennar was very well organized and extremely helpful. This purchase was made during Covid-19 and was completed entirely through a virtual process.

They are fantastic, we are very please with our new Villa. And the construction manager excellent with answer for all our questions. His name is Robert

Everything was great including the value for the money and the townhouse being ready for move in on the day promised. The responsiveness to most issues has been good except for an issue we have with water flooding our lanai when it rains. It has been 2 months since I first reported this issue and nothing has been done about it. Smaller issues such as cabinet touch ups and doorbell not working were fixed within 10 days. I would recommend buying a lennar townhouse as they are well built and very nice however ensure that you get all your issues addressed during the warranty period.

Amand Doran was outstanding!!! Her knowledge and professionalism with regards to the Morgage process was second to no one. After the purchase and moved in, Cody Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. It would not have been as smooth without his help. Lots of little issues that he just took care. Both Amanda and Cody went the extra mile for me and my wife.

Delivered a quality product at a fair price. Missed the estimated completion date by 3 months but Covid 19 issues more responsible for that than builder.

Overall very satisfied with our new house. Builder reps have been responsive to all "fix it" requests. Great home buying experience and a nice house!

I know there are delays due to COVID but that cannot be a legitimate excuse for everything. I am happy with the structure itself, but there has been no resolution to some issues that were going to be taken care of immediately. No followthrough.

I think they are excellent builders and stand behind their product.

Must credit our realtor Adnan who introduced us to a Matt, who represents Lennar. Our development was nearing completion and model, that we really liked, was to be built on one of the last lots. While the original completion date was delayed a bit, we are now in for a week and enjoying the home. Kudos to Ben (Lennar) who remains very responsive to some minor things that need to be completed. Overall, have been very pleased with our Lennar experience and our new home!
