Very misleading sales experience. Average warranty follow up. Average workmanship on overall build. Warranty items are bound to happen, but some of it stems from poor workmanship in the start. Community is very nice. The layout makes it esthetically pleasing. Amenities are nice. Gated community, not so much due to on going construction.

We love our home and new neighborhood.

My home included a lot of stuff that in other communities are expensive upgrades. Very happy with my new home.

Lennar was fairly decent to purchase a home with.

Overall satisfaction of the home is good the overall satisfaction of the construction going in around the home is terrible. I understand the consequences of living in an area with construction but didn’t realize it would be like living in a war zone. They take little to no pride in keeping the work areas and surrounding lots clean.

Buyer beware that the repair process after you own is not very good. Simple items take a while to correct. Often the customer care team communicates a repair date as a completed work, when actually nothing has been done and it may take several more weeks to resolve. My advice is get it all 100% prior to close and do a complete and through inspection to minimize issues. Don’t accept the sales line that it will all be completed, that will just lead to frustration on your part.

Get everything Lennar promises to you in writing.

Love our house and community. Some of the craftsmanship is not exactly worthy of 700K plus homes. Responsiveness to warranty issues has been very disappointing overall.

4 months after move in we still have unresolved issue. The warranty agent apparently has difficulty getting results from some sub contractors

Make sure everything promised is completed. Warranty work should be submitted asap

No lighting ,provided, this cause the home to have electrical issues that were not tested until I moved in

We have owned 9 homes all over, the Lennar choice was a very good one. Everything was planned and done nicely. The people were the best. I think the garage and driveway could have been larger as people have so much stuff now.

We had a great experience with the purchase of our home. We have not experienced any problems. We would definitely purchase another home.

Sales person was outstanding. Construction manager was the big down fall. Would not fix what was promised.

Beginning with so much promises and still waiting for them to be fulfilled. So much stuff that is not done ✅ correctly done without care nor Quality there’s some stuff so bad that are already falling apart and we haven’t even being in the home for 5 months, starting from bad finishing job on cabinets, walls with horrible cracks, caulking and pain horribly done throughout the home, ships in shower bath floor. There’s lots of things that could being done right the first time before is given to the homeowner and run a right and good inspection, so Quality of products and workmanship they use is horrible very poor, inexperience who do not care about providing decent quality or good quality; horrible job in lots of stuff that every homeowner expects to be good quality. Builder claims top Quality, best and biggest throughout the US, but after this they prove otherwise very poor customer service, horrible materials and workmanship “very poor quality, ” Home not turn in or given to standard. ... Brad, our sales rep was excellent. The project manager, Jason, was equally helpful. Sherri has been superb in her responsiveness and follow-up with issues.

Sales Consultant was great to work with. Took the time to help identify the perfect floor plan for us. Process from inquiry through closing was smooth and painless. We had no significant issues, but any issues or concerns have been promptly handled. have been in our new home for three months, and are completely satisfied.

Everything went quickly and smoothly from start to finish I. The home buying process. So far I am very pleased with the quality of my new home

Endless issues we had with eagle home mortgage

My new Lennar Home is a good value for the money, but like almost any new home and home builder, there were a few issues with workmanship. These issues were quickly and completely resolved to my satisfaction. I would have given the overall experience 5 Stars, but the mere process of building a home precludes ANY builder getting 5 Stars.

I like the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the lawn care, the .security guard on duty, and close to shopping.

Lennar builds homes fast. But without quality workmanship. Each home is u set intense pressure to build so fast lots of shortcuts and sloppy workmanship is the norm. Months after closing we are finding things that were covered up so they would close on time especially areas outside the house, like a drainage pipe covered over with sod so we had a flood. or on top of the house where vents were installed without covers and we had a leak. The fact that at closing the take $750 for future improvements does not go into the reserves to fix future hoa issues, it is pocketed by lennar. our reserves only had $2000 for a community of 200 potential homes. They also do not pay hoa fees on spec homes they have for sale again bleeding our reserves for when they leave the project and move on. Not a trustworthy builder at all.
