The construction portion of the process was good quality.

The local sales person helped in every way that she could. The middle management of the sales department sold our house out from under us with no warning even though we had sold our house, put $10,000 down and were 6 weeks before their closing date. We had to find housing and spent 4 months waiting for another house to be built.

Lennar - Punch list not finished before closing, promises made never kept.

Punch list not finished before closing, promises made never kept. Appliances were stolen and replaced with stored ones that were dented and not working properly, was told that it was a “Ge” issue. Had to go to BBB to get fridge that was not working replaced less then 90 days from closing. Had to go to headquarters to get any help With having house punch list finished.

The salesperson, Stephanie Miller that we bought our home through did not make us aware of the upgrades that can be made during the purchase process. She also did not get back to us when we had questions. Chris and Dave have been exceptional in coordinating the techs to come and fix the issues in our home.

I absolutely love my new home. But as new new homes there is always a few things that need to be addressed on a punch list. Once I submitted my list it was taken care of immediately! Along with follow up to make sure I was satisfied I can’t say enough about the Lennar team they are professional and show concern for any issue you have and they follow through to make things right. Best move I ever made

The responsiveness of the Lennar team post closing has been unacceptable. This was compounded by many issues of poor quality materials and poor workmanship.
