Lennar set the price and it was not negotiable, although it was fair I didn't feel like we got a great deal. I loved the fact that they did not install builder grade fixtures and fans. I am able to purchase and install exactly what I want. I was a little disappointed with some workmanship and materials. The floor in particular had several chips in the tiles leading me to think it is not high quality. The walls plaster & paint is perfect, the ceilings are awesome and a fireplace feature wall is very nice add. Kitchen cabinetry and layout is average. I absolutely hate the refrigerator but all other appliances are very nice. Disappointed to notice the pavers in the driveway are different than those in the pool area. For a 3 car garage, it is tiny. If you pull in close to the door on the outside wall there isn't room to open the car door. And there is no place to put garbage cans! ... More

Lennar home is a good value for the money. Workmanship is decent. Some minor issues but no major complaints.

We knew going in these were mass produced homes, so our expectations were based on that. We felt a bit rushed at the final walkthrough, but would have taken more time had we known issues brought up after might not be taken care of. The house seems generally well built, but the finish work (especially panting) was poor. We spent lots of time cleaning. Save time to paint before you move in!

Our Real Estate agent Alley was the best. She is very professional and took care of everything. The Best. The residence was in good shape. There were a couple of very minor problems, but were taken care of immediately. We love our new home and the location. We would buy again if we didn’t already own.

My experience buying from Lennar was mostly good. The team that assisted me was friendly and quite quick with the process. The house is spacious and beautiful, and it includes appliances such as air conditioning, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a water purifier, and an irrigation system for the outdoor plants. The construction materials feel cheap, although they look beautiful. Finally, my experience with Lennar's title company was quite bad. Overall, their service was good and friendly, but they made many mistakes and didn't prepare the documents as both parties had agreed from the beginning. biggest problem was the appliances were not very well made. we have replaced almost all of them. people very helpful. dishwasher broke after using twice. microwave made noise. washing machine very noisey. stove was replaced only because we wanted induction cooking.

My experience with Linda and the Lennar team was exceptional.They walk me through every single detail and what to expect.I would truly recommend Lennar builders and team to anyone who is interested in building their forever home.

Very professional and caring team

My experience was and still is a nightmare. I was looking at Townhomes because of a change in my life circumstances. I felt I could manage a Townhome on my own. I qualified for financing through Lennar Mortgage. A salesman by the name of Zach showed me a couple of models. I wanted to proceed with a purchase offer but was concerned my house would not sell because of today’s market. I was told by Zach that if my single family house didn’t sell I would not qualify for financing and would get my $5000.00 deposit back. Zach said I had nothing to worry about because with my income I would never qualify for the two mortgages. My house was on the market for about 7 months. My budget became tight now that I’m on my own so I tried to refinance my existing mortgage with another lender to lower my payments. I was approved to refinance my existing house but the lender was not going to disperse any funds on a house that was actively for sale on the market. My house did not sell. I had to transfer my deposit on the Townhome with Lennar twice because the purchase contract expired every 90 days. I was out of town when my purchase contract expired for the third time and was asked to re sign all the paperwork a third time. Again, I was out of town traveling by car. Zach told me if I didn’t re sign the paperwork his “manager” was going to cancel my contract. I could not complete the documents in the timely manner Zach insisted I complete them. So my contract was cancelled by Lennar. Zach / Lennar will not return my deposit of $5000.00. That’s quite a bit of money to lose because my existing home did not sell and I could not meet the deadline to sign a purchase contract for a third time, while I was out of town. I would never encourage anyone to sign with Lennar unless you want to be financially violated. Now Zach will not return my calls. Pathetic and shameful business arrangements. Zach was the salesman who insisted I put the $5,000.00 down so that Lennar Mortgage would know I was a “serious buyer”. Again pathetic and shameful business practices. ... More

Great sales experience at Lennar

Good processes, The house is great?

Very happy with purchase. Few warranty items handled quickly by Mr Bell. As usual sales person pretty much discontinued responding after closing. The home was very poorly cleaned, especially the tile floors. We’ve spent hours cleaning and scraping junk off the tile. Do note that there are no ceiling light fixtures (at least in our unit) so consider you may have to add them. Overall very happy, but wish the cleaning was acceptable and you’d think they might put some sort of welcome letter or welcome kit in the home before you take possession. Great value however.

Closing process very rushed once sales agreement was signed. Walk through inspection prior to closing was rushed several items regarding construction of the home were not complete. Final closing fees were excessive.

I am very disappointed in the fact that we addressed some issues around the house annd the yard and we were told they would be taken care of, but they were not. It is sad to buy a new construction home and to have things not taken care of. This was not what we expected.

I want other buyers to know that we are very happy with the home and the deal offered to us.

Purchased home was not cleaned from construction. Never can reach the HOA. HOA does not enforce rules.

Sold all rooms wired for cable, model has all rooms wired, city plans have all rooms wired but you did not and refused to wire all rooms in my house and did not build to city plan

Everyone that I had contact with was extremely helpful and polite. No one rushed me into any decisions.

Great atmosphere, neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is kept clean
