We have owned 9 homes all over, the Lennar choice was a very good one. Everything was planned and done nicely. The people were the best. I think the garage and driveway could have been larger as people have so much stuff now.

I absolutely love my new home. But as new new homes there is always a few things that need to be addressed on a punch list. Once I submitted my list it was taken care of immediately! Along with follow up to make sure I was satisfied I can’t say enough about the Lennar team they are professional and show concern for any issue you have and they follow through to make things right. Ryan R. Is where it all started ...what a great experience that started from day one. We had been looking at alot of different areas in SWFL before coming to Vista Blue. Originally it seemed to be to far from Naples. It isn't and we fell in love with the community and the home. Ryan R. was fantastic through the trying, buying/Bidding process that was so frustrating but with his help we finally succeeded. Some of the workmanship and quality is less then was expected but after our close the construction supervisor (Mike W) and the customer support from (Mark H) has been fantastic with cordination of all the trades that are involved to correct any and all issues that have come up.
