Every warranty claim is met with resistance and denials. Zero accountability for shoddy construction. Zero accountability for tradesman on property. Absolutely regret 10000000% giving a dime of my money to your company.

Very bad experience with Lennar

I just purchased my brand new house in Stone Manor last month and the AC is not working, the roof is leaking at the front door, there is a yellow stain at the wall by the entrance door and there is an electrical switch that is catching on fire when you turn it on. No garbage bin

Disappointing in so many ways.

Our welcome to the community began with not being able to find our keys the day we arrived here from Michigan. It went south from there. Very slow response to any contacts we made. We asked about some electrical work being done and were told we had to get it taken care of ourselves. So we asked (at least three times) if someone could refer us to a local electrician. That was in July—still no referrals. In short, we felt and still feel very ‘unwelcome’ and would not suggest friends and family follow in our footsteps.

Great home, great builder, great sales team, easy closing experience, a total one stop shop that Lennar has mastered. Turnover was easy, even virtually as we were out of state. Any follow up after buying, the sales and construction team were very communicative and responsive.

Buying with Lennar was a nightmare. From start to finish the process was a circus. By the end of this adventure I was ready to pull the plug and start back over with a new builder. 100% would not recommend Lennar.

First, I would like to start with my sales rep from Lennar Yisset, she was amazing from a rating 1-10 I give her a 20, she was there for us through each step and was available 24/7 for any question we needed she was there and if she didn’t know she would get it, she is professional, caring, and loving person, we consider her as part of our family. Every thing thru the closing was great. Sales staff couldn’t be more helpful. Construction supervisor was very helpful and competent. Once house was closed Lennar was less than responsive. I would encourage others to purchase Lennar home but would recommend that prior to closing make sure you identify problems and have them resolved prior to closing.

I did a remote closing and it went smoothly. However, some of the items that were supposed to be taken care of before the closing: General cleaning, Fire alarm chirping, cabinet hardware falling off, Tile floor stains and missing garage door openers were not addressed. I closed on 5/228 and started moving in a month later. As of this writing the fire alarm is the only item addresed

I love this house, Summerville II, house of my dreams. I just wish the materials used were better quality. I have had to put in warranty tickets every week since living here for the last 2 mths, Wayne the warranty man is very responsive and he is great to work with. Brad P who sold us this house was great to work with also, he sent updated pics and videos of the building process since we were not local. Brad P also responded to all my questions and calls. Quality is terrible. Warranty work for major issues is also terrible. Mold in home found 5 days after closing. House was leaking from multiple points around entire home. Pool patio flooded with 15 minutes of rain.

Purchasing was smooth less with sales and closing. All personal on these two teams very responsive and helpful. Closing in relation to date to close walkthrough was subpar. We were given a date to close in purchase order and then was moved up 3 weeks. House was not in shape to close as the construction to finalize was being rushed with new move up date, end of fiscal quarter. We used our own inspector which picked up the same amount of items to be corrected and even more which lennar refused to make fixes. Let's separate house, materials, workmanship, Lennar Mortgage/LennarTitle. House has nice layout and looks good, materials mostly cheap but apparently that's what you get for such price. Nice looking place, if you don't know what to look for or didn't order separate inspection. Big pluses: - good lot, great amenities center (really awesome). - people are responsive and nice. - sales guy is awesome, he even made his own website to give people needed information, cause Lennar doesn't do it. Get better subcontractors

The original subcontractors obviously are hired for speed and quantity not quality. If only the original drywallers, painters and plumbers cared...poor drywall work, dried paint specks on the tile and 6 dried paint spots in our carpet and two crooked faucets.

The home has some flaws and was clearly not built by skilled tradesman, but rather laborers (ie. sloppy paint around window frames, a few messed up trim pieces, chipped tile, etc). I would have liked to have more than 30 days for cosmetic issues but overall we love our home and we are happy with it.

The after care is awful and when we go to sales office if you do not find your representative that sold home they walk away with zero direction
