The buying experience was awful, salesperson was not very helpful. No communication during the construction process at all. No clue what was going on and no questions answered. I spent a lot of money on a house and no one at Lennar cared for quality and craftsmanship. Why not spent a little more money on quality materials so the homeowner can move into a quality built house (ex. hurricane windows and doors in the entire house except front door glass, why?).

Beautiful community, professionally maintained. We believe Lennar is the best option regarding all around value in comparison to competitors offerings. Lennar 100% delivered, excellent product strart to finish. We ended up with a beautiful home, fantastic beautiful community & great investment

My house was very well built. House is well laid out for function and use. This is my 4th new house. The only negative is they don't put the little touches in house. There is not towel rack in bathrooms or medicine cabinet. Lennar built my first house 26 years ago and they had everything in it. I would rate my house a 9 out of 10 because they did not do the little things that would have made the house 100% complete. I am happy with the house and workmanship. I would recommend a Lennar home. The sales person I bought the home from retired and left me with no one to ask questions. When I tried to find answers., I would be routed several times before someone knew the answers. The person that helped me the most was the loan person. The loan person was very helpful and patient and I give him 5 stars. If it weren't for him, I probably would've walked away.

I am licensed real estate agent, and this purchase is the worst experience I experienced in over 30 plus years in the business. I worked with Lennar previously and things did go smooth, but not this time. Things that went wrong : 1) I had a contingency to be respected. But it was ignored in the contract 2) house completion date that I was told was moved forward by 3 months which was not convenient at the time 3) steering toward “ Preffered lender”, which at first failed to communicate properly. Then, the “ best deal “ on mortgage rate was unacceptable, but the management did come thru here as they allowed outside lender at the last moment to step in 4) HOA document took a very long time to provide , and only got provided months after contract signing 5) walk through was done with no running water. This was communicated too late to cancel it. 6) items at walk through that were inoperable were put on the repair list, but not repaired prior to closing 7) repairing these items through Lennar warranty is proving to be difficult. ... Overall, we are satisfied though we had issues related to quality of workmanship and lack of cleaning the property before we arrived. The onsite customer service rep did a good job in getting a cleaning crew in to do a deep cleaning when we first arrived, though it took a couple of days. There appear to be significant delays in starting construction of the clubhouse and amenities facilities for this community. We are seasonal residents and look forward to being in sunny and warm Florida this winter. However, we are disappointed that construction on the clubhouse and related facilities has not yet begun. When we went to contract at the beginning of this year we were told construction should be winding up about this time. ... More

The home was delivered clean and move in ready. The very few items were handled through warranty quickly

Unresponsive to claims, an outlet in my living room wasn’t connected properly and I haven’t even recorded a confirmation email of my claim yet from 3weeks ago. Also my street still doesn’t exist two months in!! Can’t change my address on any accounts or receive certain packages or deliveries.

The HOA app iCON is a giant cluster fu—. It does not work. I have tried several times to get help. Nobody is never available to help.

We had a miserable final walk-thru and we should not have closed without the issues being addressed. Quality of workmanship leaves a-lot to be desired. However, Nick the service rep addressed all of the issues in a timely manner and we are happy with our home.

My experience was great. Everyone was very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially my salesman Roy, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The construction and finishing work was great. We have no regrets buying into Savanna Lakes.

I am a first time home buyer. Lennar is truly a one stop shop. I would highly recommend purchasing a home from Lennar.

Everything was smooth during the process, staff was very responsive to inquiries, offer alternative options.

This is our 3rd Lennar home and as expected, we had a no issue closing. The house is finished with only minor issues that have already been corrected. Keep up the good work!

Lennar quality in work is not up to par for what you pay for. Cheap cabinets, driveway done incorrectly and answering back with concerns is awful.

Unbelievably difficult to get anything fixed. Will NEVER buy another Lennar product

We had the worst experience with the lennar sales team and construction crew. I would never recommend lennar to anyone. It’s suppose to be fun and exciting purchasing a home ours was the compete opposite.

My contact during the build was supposed to be Sam. 99% of the time he couldn't answer my question or sent me elsewhere. I was rushed to close so much that "Move in Ready" was "Move in Mess". Not cleaned, huge number of unacceptable flaws, chipped doors, paint splatter on tile and screen, construction material in pantry and drawers, AC filter was filthy, smoke detector was beeping, ring doorbell was missing. It was awful! No dumpster for garbage, no mail keys, elevator was on the fritz. When I asked about what to do, I was told to put in a ticket to warranty the corrections. Why? Why isn't it clean and Move in ready?? No happy at all. I was the one to call the County Waste Management to get the dumpsters delivered. I was told that there would be a garbage shoot to dispose of household garbage. Not even the building manager had ever heard of that. It wasn't my imagination. The property has paper and garbage and building materials all over! I was told that I would have toilet paper holders and towel bars. Look at Babcock they said, everything would be in your condo except lights, fans, things like that, but you will have the bath fixtures. Should I wait for them to be installed? maybe they will be installed with the Garbage Shoot Sam???? I'm sure the CEO of Lennar wouldn't accept that this was move in ready. Oh and when I had warranty work done, the place was left with lights, fans on, and had used the toilets and left seats up and urine in the bowl. Really??? I would like someone to explain why my 1st home owning experience with Lennar Builders was such a Circus. ... More
