Subcontractors should have been much neater...grout work on floors a bit sloppy in places. Left glue spots on floors. Same with stucco on lanai.Kitchen Backsplash job sat unfinished for weeks. That said, the response time for repairs has been excellent.

Must credit our realtor Adnan who introduced us to a Matt, who represents Lennar. Our development was nearing completion and model, that we really liked, was to be built on one of the last lots. While the original completion date was delayed a bit, we are now in for a week and enjoying the home. Kudos to Ben (Lennar) who remains very responsive to some minor things that need to be completed. Overall, have been very pleased with our Lennar experience and our new home!

It would have been nice to be given a few more options. Like hurricane windows, solar panels, mirrored closet doors, vanity in Master bath, chrome vs. nickel finish in bathrooms/kitchen.

If you try to clean a spot on the wall, the paper thin paint comes right off. Base board in M-BR has cracked.

Endless issues we had with eagle home mortgage

The local sales person helped in every way that she could. The middle management of the sales department sold our house out from under us with no warning even though we had sold our house, put $10,000 down and were 6 weeks before their closing date. We had to find housing and spent 4 months waiting for another house to be built.

Overall experience was good. Drywall finish is not, it’s terrible. I understand the builder has deleted the sliding glass door in the master bedroom which is great improvement that we would have liked. Makes good floorplan even better by creating needed wall space. Gateway location is convenient and up and coming.

We received the house late but when we did the inspection of the house everything was in good conditions and the points to be resolved were informed and were well attended. The customer service team is very efficient and our salesperson very committed

Bidding process was a bit insane and feel like it is making purchasing a home in FL a challenge. Overall, we didn't get many updates from the sales person or CM during the build process. We were lucky enough to be in FL already and were able to go to the site weekly to inspect. Many issues called out during the build process were not addressed and/or fixed. Our punchlist during walk thru was huge and they did as much as possible before move in, but had a good chunk to work thru after we moved in. The Warranty team was very responsive and worked to quickly address our issues.

Very professional. we bought during a difficult period of the Pandemic when supply chains were strained. Lennar did a good job managing expectations.

Need more options when purchasing a new home! Now we have to get an arc on everything we want changed!

Post closing warranty issues are/have been difficult to have resolved.

IT STARTED OUT AS AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE TO LOOK FORWARD TOO. LENNAR HAD A GOOD REPUTATION BACK IN THE DAY.BOUGHT VILLA ON LAKE WITH A LARGER LOT FOR THE PURPOSE TO PUT UP SMALL FENCE FOR MY TINY ELDERLY DOG. TURNS OUT HOA WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY PLANS FENCE COMPANY SUBMITTED BECAUSE OF HOA SET BACKS (NOT CITY), THEN UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE USED UNDER THAT EXTRA 3 FEET OF PROPERTY I BOUGHT INSTEAD OF SOMEWHERE ELSE MAKING THE SIDE YARD NOT USEABLE. I DID CHECK WITH CITY BEFORE I PURCHASED AND THEY LOOKED UP PROPERTY AND TOLD ME I HAD ENOUGH ROOM TO MEET REQUIREMENTS…THAT A SMALL LAKE IS NO REASON TO PUT A BIG SET BACK BY HOA ON A VILLA BUT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OF THEIR REASONING. BOTTOM LINE IS SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR NOTHING. SECONDLY SO MUCH TURNOVER AND CONFUSION ON WHO IS FIXING WHAT UNTIL. SOME TRADESMAN YOU SEND ARE GOOD AND OTHERS TERRIBLE. MY KITCHEN CABINET STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED PROPERLY GOING ON 3 MONTHS. ONE TRADES MAN HAD THE RIGHT IDEA BUT DID A LESS THAN PAR JOB. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THE ENTIRE CABINET HAS TO BE REPLACED (WHICH I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO) WHICH REQUIRED BACKLOG OF ORDERING AND THEY CAN’T ORDER TOP PIECE AT SAME TIME BECAUSE OF THE “UNKNOWN” IF NEEDED. SURELY YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT CABINET CARPENTER THAT CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT! WHEN I CALL NOBODY KNOWS. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF SO I CAN MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE OF HAVING PEOPLE COME IN HERE TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS OUT THAT DON’T WORK. THANKS TO BRENT WHO WAS THE FIRST CS PERSON THAT ACTUALLY SEEMED LIKE HE CARED AND NOW HE IS GONE. YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF PAINT TOO. . NOW WHAT? I NEED ACTION ON THESE CABINETS…I HAVE WAITED TOO LONG. Delivered a quality product at a fair price. Missed the estimated completion date by 3 months but Covid 19 issues more responsible for that than builder.

Solving issues was done very well. Carlos and Rob were very helpful !

Great people and service . quality good BUT. No follow up on my issues post moving in 1. External house paint peeling off . 2. Light fixtures fell out of ceiling in bathroom 3. Patio light broken 4. Very high closing costs compared to FL guide lines and other sellers Thanks for letting me give feed back for the third time . Twice on a tele calls and now here . But no one responds lol .

My home included a lot of stuff that in other communities are expensive upgrades. Very happy with my new home.

After a selection process between builders, designs and amenities presented, we made the decision to make the purchase with Lennar. The process itself of being able to make the purchase was easy and in a short time, being the purchase in cash where there are some additional advantages. In the walk through day assigned there is the possibility of verifying that the unit is in optimal conditions to be able to sign the documents in a few subsequent weeks, giving Lennar time to correct any damage or repairs that may occur. Once these first processes were completed, the signing of the documents was very fast and easy to do with the help of technology without being present, the purchase was made within the scheduled dates. Handing over the keys as the owner of the unit and with the excitement of seeing it personally is unique "thank you Lennar." Once the property is delivered, the processes of registration of the appliances, internet connectivity, and customer service assistance are due to technology, facilitating and at the same time fulfilling the guarantees in the name of the owner these is easy even if you are an international owner not living in the unit. I have even tried the application for warranty service, it is limiting in the scope of being able to communicate with the Owner through other applications with WhatsApp, messaging if you do not have a telephone line in the USA, which delays the service process and that Communication being faster and more effective. A month or more after having the property, I still have minor problems that I hope will be resolved as they should be within the warranty. I know I have the support of Lennar and his entire team. ... We love our home and we are happy

Have problems dealing with a computer. Would prefer talking to someone. Am old person not fluent in computers!!!
