Lennar homes gives you a blank slate to finish your home the way you want to. You get a great house for a good price. They exceeded my expectation on the walk through punch list and their employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. Our final walk through was with Corey, she was very informative and helpful with all of our questions and issues. The value and quality was on par with what you pay for. I would reccomend thier product to friends and family.

From start to finish it was a great experience! Everyone at Lennar is so nice and helpful….Stephanie, are sale lady, is wonderful and so accommodating. Not to mention a real sweetheart to work with!…..Steve went above and beyond to be so helpful and an amazing personality….perfect job for him!

From Cody, who walked us through our initial visit and explained the Lennar way, to the staff that led us through the paperwork maze, to Linda who handled the closing, all were personable, knowledgeable and people you should be proud to employ.

Everyone understands that purchasing a new home can be more than more stressful things you do. The lack of responses from the mortgage team is very poor. Creating more stress for the family. There has been multiple issues with the home. The floors still look terrible. There are multiple areas in all the rooms where you can see the layer of cement still on the tiles. The master bathroom sink faucet were installed too far away from the sink where it drips onto the counter. Only two of the six low-voltage connections work the electrician has come by five times and not resolve the problem Most of the walls are not square. There was a drip under the kitchen sink that damaged the laminate on the wood. We still have a hole in the living room wall from the electrician because he did not bring the adequate tools to run the wire. There are multiple tiles that are shipped and not covered by the warranty after we moved in This has not been a pleasant experience when we thought we were buying a dream home at Brightwater community Lennar is a major home building company who reports quality, I would like to understand your definition of quality. ... I was told and so was several other people that the mulch is included with the HOA and from what I’m reading from all of them is that that is not true!! that needs to be fixed… for a first time homebuyer as I had questions and reached out to Lynn and so forth in regards to certain things then yeah I didn’t get a call back!!

I would not recommend buying a home from Lennar. The materials used in their construction are extremely cheap, resulting in numerous issues that they refuse to fix. Poorly finished walls due to defective materials. If you're looking for a high-quality, well-built home, I strongly suggest exploring other builders.

We were looking to become homeowners and did some research around the area. Once we stopped in and spoke to Adam at the Savannah lakes office we realized that Lennar was a step ahead of the local competition. We started a journey with Lennar that has brought us to the home of our dreams. Thanks to the Lennar team for the great experience.

The entire home buying process with Lennar has been exceptional. Everyone has been professional and responsive from start to finish. The hand offs between the functions have been flawless and the new home is beautiful and well designed and constructed.

We love our new home. The homes that Lennar build are beautiful. The sales agent Iolando was above and beyond great! She was so informative and so helpful. We would have passed on our purchase if it was not for her. The only negative experience thus far is that the building manager will not respond to communication about concerns dealing with minor fixes. Hopefully, he will soon.

Alberto and Damian were both great. They responded and followed through with all my requests. There were quite a few, mostly all minor and some that were just silly on my part.

Lenar’s team members are nothing less of amazing! From working with Ilonda, who is the sales representative that assisted us in finding the home, to working with their lending team and construction team, every bit of this experience was worth it. The team members exhibited exceptional communication. We always knew where we are in the process. From the time that we signed the contract for our home till the time that we closed was just two weeks!! I know that buying a new home always has challenges, but for me this has been a nightmare. The biggest thing is that Lennar pushed the build to close a month early which led to all kinds of quality issues and financial complications.

Quality is definitely below what we were used to. Previous Lennar home you can see was built with higher standards. Floors squeak everywhere upstairs. Doors are thin as paper. Front door I can see through to the outside barely has weather strip. The wall moves when you pull on one of the sliding glass doors. Dry wall is barely finished. 2nd floor moves when kids run across it.

Working with the sales person at Lennar, he was extremely professional.

I'm shocked at how easy it was to buy this property. From the first time I stepped into the home through the day I received the keys, my experience was incredible!

Great salesperson in lennar office. Very helpful and informative. Project manager was very helpful and informative as well during walk through.

Buyer beware. Read the contracts carefully, do a thorough walk through and list each and every needed repair or replacement. Do a follow-up walk thru before taking title. Contractor's repairs are made at their convenience, not yours.

The team a Lennar Brightwater lagoon is amazing from sales office to title office and service at site with prompt attention to small issues you might have. All warranty items are backed by manufacturers

Geoff was great to work with. He is well informed and shares his knowledge with the buyer. I truly appreciated working with him.

The buying experience was awful, salesperson was not very helpful. No communication during the construction process at all. No clue what was going on and no questions answered. I spent a lot of money on a house and no one at Lennar cared for quality and craftsmanship. Why not spent a little more money on quality materials so the homeowner can move into a quality built house (ex. hurricane windows and doors in the entire house except front door glass, why?).

Beautiful community, professionally maintained. We believe Lennar is the best option regarding all around value in comparison to competitors offerings. Lennar 100% delivered, excellent product strart to finish. We ended up with a beautiful home, fantastic beautiful community & great investment

My house was very well built. House is well laid out for function and use. This is my 4th new house. The only negative is they don't put the little touches in house. There is not towel rack in bathrooms or medicine cabinet. Lennar built my first house 26 years ago and they had everything in it. I would rate my house a 9 out of 10 because they did not do the little things that would have made the house 100% complete. I am happy with the house and workmanship. I would recommend a Lennar home. This is my second new Lennar home b

The sales person I bought the home from retired and left me with no one to ask questions. When I tried to find answers., I would be routed several times before someone knew the answers. The person that helped me the most was the loan person. The loan person was very helpful and patient and I give him 5 stars. If it weren't for him, I probably would've walked away.
