Lennar was very well organized and extremely helpful. This purchase was made during Covid-19 and was completed entirely through a virtual process.

Amand Doran was outstanding!!! Her knowledge and professionalism with regards to the Morgage process was second to no one. After the purchase and moved in, Cody Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. It would not have been as smooth without his help. Lots of little issues that he just took care. Both Amanda and Cody went the extra mile for me and my wife.

Lennar provides what they say; a good value - to keep costs down they obviously cut some corners and the homes are not quite 100% on the quality scale, but they are good homes with industry standard warranties. No regrets in our purchase and genuinely happy with the home and community.

Sales Consultant was great to work with. Took the time to help identify the perfect floor plan for us. Process from inquiry through closing was smooth and painless. We had no significant issues, but any issues or concerns have been promptly handled. have been in our new home for three months, and are completely satisfied.

The sales people were great, quite knowledgable and very responsive. The closing team was amazing. It was the smoothest closing that we've ever been through. Our home could be close to amazing. The structure itself is very high quality and the designs are beautiful. On the other hand, the finishes are something else altogether. It is the absolute WORST drywall job of any house we have ever lived in. (This makes 29 homes) there are walls that curve as much as an inch from floor to ceiling! The finish on the drywall looks like a 5th grader did it. (There is a reason they use only flat paint!) The electrical is quite questionable. The majority of the house is wired with 14 gauge wire, yet the breakers are 20amp. (How does that pass code) Some circuits have nearly 20 devices on a single circuit. I have never put more that 8 on a circuit. Appliances, fixtures and the like must be the cheapest they could find. We are in the process of replacing most of them. Even interior door knobs stick or fall off after a month. Customer service after the sale is pretty good. The Lennar Centralized Customer Care seems to work pretty well. When we have used it, we have gotten a response within 2 or 3 days. Overall, we have been fairly pleased with everything, but it really could have been an amazing experience had they not been so cheap on the finishes. ... More

Overall good except that I still waiting for Quantum to come and fix my fibre wire that some contractor cut it off.

Home buying experience was excellent sales person Ryan

Houses are being delayed up to 3 months. They are closing with pages of items that need to be addressed on punch list. It’s 6 weeks and still tons of items that need to be addressed. I am confident that they will fix everything eventually.

We closed on time as scheduled. With that said minor issues were repaired that were identified during the initial walk-through but we did experience problems getting things fixed after we closed and moved in. For example I found a large dent on the refrigerator and was told by the construction manager to just call Frigidaire and have it replaced under the warranty which made no sense to me since a dent on the refrigerator Does not seem like a warranty item to me

Don't expect a Top Notch home for reasonable price. Great value for those who expect receiving what you pay for. Experience was very good thru-out the build and finance process. Always knew what to expect. Read some reviews where people expect highest end product at the average affordable price. my comment to them is "Reality people, Reality"

We have tried to be who we are which is very accommodating and understanding people. Unfortunately the system has not been conducive to continue that. I have asked repeatedly to have our front door replaced to no avail. I had to place a chain around the two latches to secure our home. We have informed your staff that we don’t feel safe and that did nothing. You want more disappointments call me at216-789-2649. I don’t expect a call!!!

Every warranty claim is met with resistance and denials. Zero accountability for shoddy construction. Zero accountability for tradesman on property. Absolutely regret 10000000% giving a dime of my money to your company.

Run fast folks, there’s better builders out there

I would give both these guys a 20 out of a possible 10. They both have taken a personal interest in our Lenner experience

Amenities ( as promised) not provided and still have not been. Have to wait 1.5 years after what was promised. Even though building have been going up all over the place.
