Lennar quality in work is not up to par for what you pay for. Cheap cabinets, driveway done incorrectly and answering back with concerns is awful.

Unbelievably difficult to get anything fixed. Will NEVER buy another Lennar product

We had the worst experience with the lennar sales team and construction crew. I would never recommend lennar to anyone. It’s suppose to be fun and exciting purchasing a home ours was the compete opposite.

Lennar delivers what they advertise.

My contact during the build was supposed to be Sam. 99% of the time he couldn't answer my question or sent me elsewhere. I was rushed to close so much that "Move in Ready" was "Move in Mess". Not cleaned, huge number of unacceptable flaws, chipped doors, paint splatter on tile and screen, construction material in pantry and drawers, AC filter was filthy, smoke detector was beeping, ring doorbell was missing. It was awful! No dumpster for garbage, no mail keys, elevator was on the fritz. When I asked about what to do, I was told to put in a ticket to warranty the corrections. Why? Why isn't it clean and Move in ready?? No happy at all. I was the one to call the County Waste Management to get the dumpsters delivered. I was told that there would be a garbage shoot to dispose of household garbage. Not even the building manager had ever heard of that. It wasn't my imagination. The property has paper and garbage and building materials all over! I was told that I would have toilet paper holders and towel bars. Look at Babcock they said, everything would be in your condo except lights, fans, things like that, but you will have the bath fixtures. Should I wait for them to be installed? maybe they will be installed with the Garbage Shoot Sam???? I'm sure the CEO of Lennar wouldn't accept that this was move in ready. Oh and when I had warranty work done, the place was left with lights, fans on, and had used the toilets and left seats up and urine in the bowl. Really??? After a selection process between builders, designs and amenities presented, we made the decision to make the purchase with Lennar. The process itself of being able to make the purchase was easy and in a short time, being the purchase in cash where there are some additional advantages. In the walk through day assigned there is the possibility of verifying that the unit is in optimal conditions to be able to sign the documents in a few subsequent weeks, giving Lennar time to correct any damage or repairs that may occur. Once these first processes were completed, the signing of the documents was very fast and easy to do with the help of technology without being present, the purchase was made within the scheduled dates. Handing over the keys as the owner of the unit and with the excitement of seeing it personally is unique "thank you Lennar." Once the property is delivered, the processes of registration of the appliances, internet connectivity, and customer service assistance are due to technology, facilitating and at the same time fulfilling the guarantees in the name of the owner these is easy even if you are an international owner not living in the unit. I have even tried the application for warranty service, it is limiting in the scope of being able to communicate with the Owner through other applications with WhatsApp, messaging if you do not have a telephone line in the USA, which delays the service process and that Communication being faster and more effective. A month or more after having the property, I still have minor problems that I hope will be resolved as they should be within the warranty. I know I have the support of Lennar and his entire team. ... Our Sales Agent Cody found our perfect home, at the right negotiated price for us, and made our home buying process stress-free! He explained the entire process and was quick to respond to our questions. Prior to closing, there were a few items in the home that we asked to quickly be addressed/fix and they were done for our move in date. We love our home and the Community!

My experience with Lennar as a company I have been extremely satisfied. The whole sales team in everyone that backs up that sell team has just been very helpful and have answered all my questions and request. I am very satisfied extremely. The sales rep and other staff members that I worked with including the mortgage staff, were all great and very helpful - They were the best thing about buying here. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. My move in date was 2 months later than I was told which was very disruptive for me and my family to say the least. There were numerous issues when I moved in regarding the workmanship and materials, and I continue to find small things. I contacted the rep who has been very helpful regarding a concern with a hinge on one of the kitchen cabinets and he said he would stop by but he got busy so I reached out a couple of days later and he said we don't usually guarantee the cabinets after 30 - 60 days (when I called I had owned this villa for 6 weeks) he did say he would put a ticket in to have it addressed and he did submit that - I haven't heard from anyone regarding that yet but I am hopeful that this will be taken care of. Yesterday I had the exterminator return because I found a couple of bugs and he said the gap in the weather stripping around my front door is where bugs can get in. I left a text for the customer service rep regarding this but haven't heard back yet. As I said he has been great and very responsive, but we all have a boss, and I think the issues are at the top of leadership in this organization. I have a one-year warranty and will be hiring a building inspector as my one-year anniversary gets closer. I would not be comfortable recommending this builder. ... More

Changes are made to the house without telling the buyer.

A few staff made the after purchase activities a traumatic and stressful situation. The house is okay but know the model houses are upgraded and made very nicely. Your house will not look the same and the quality of the work does not compare to the one provided to the model houses.

After being in our home for just under three months, we have noticed some quality and workmanship issues. For a "luxury" home, the appliances are low grade along with many of the other finishes. There are also minor issues like "sloppy" work (paint drips, dirty/stained tiles/ sloppy trim work, ect.). These things aside, we are happy with our home.

Buy new when ready to buy

The sales people were great, quite knowledgable and very responsive. The closing team was amazing. It was the smoothest closing that we've ever been through. Our home could be close to amazing. The structure itself is very high quality and the designs are beautiful. On the other hand, the finishes are something else altogether. It is the absolute WORST drywall job of any house we have ever lived in. (This makes 29 homes) there are walls that curve as much as an inch from floor to ceiling! The finish on the drywall looks like a 5th grader did it. (There is a reason they use only flat paint!) The electrical is quite questionable. The majority of the house is wired with 14 gauge wire, yet the breakers are 20amp. (How does that pass code) Some circuits have nearly 20 devices on a single circuit. I have never put more that 8 on a circuit. Appliances, fixtures and the like must be the cheapest they could find. We are in the process of replacing most of them. Even interior door knobs stick or fall off after a month. Customer service after the sale is pretty good. The Lennar Centralized Customer Care seems to work pretty well. When we have used it, we have gotten a response within 2 or 3 days. Overall, we have been fairly pleased with everything, but it really could have been an amazing experience had they not been so cheap on the finishes. ... More

The salesperson Shannon was truly awesome!!!!!!She worked with us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

I was skeptical initially as there were lots of negative reviews. I have to admit my experience was nothing short of awesome. Everything they said they would do was done, and any issues that we had were promptly addressed. What really got me was when I asked about the previous negative reviews, they acknowledged them and stated that there were issues especially during the pandemic, but I liked that they didn't deny our try to redirect. Everything went great from start to finish. No issues came up and all my concerns were handled promptly.

From the showing of the home to the completion of the buying experience, everything was smooth. We were in a crunch for time and we were able to agree on a great price and close in 2 weeks. Afterward, some minor items have arisen and been addressed quickly.

Have problems dealing with a computer. Would prefer talking to someone. Am old person not fluent in computers!!!

Who’s the community of Timer Creek seems nice and the home was built fairly quickly, there have been multiple quality issues that are unacceptable. I used to build houses and speak from experience as a licensed BC. Missing crown in kitchen, big hole in drywall, and other glaringly apparent defects should have been resolved prior to closing. Lennar mortgage and tactile have horrible communication with the customers. Not impressed!

It has not been a good experience. Prior to moving many issues were noted during walkthrough and not fixed. Over a month since I moved in and still complaining about things and some yet to be fixed
