Appliances and plumbing fixtures are low quality for price of home, otherwise quality is good.

The Vista Wild Blue community is fantastic. The home structures are very well built. The shortfall is with the "Everything Is Included" promotion--another way to say that is "you have no choices." The appliances and fixtures were functional but cheap and low grade. We have been here four months and already have replaced the washer/dryer, garbage disposal, all light fixtures, most cabinet hardware and all of the window shades that came with the house. We would have upgraded if we could have but no options were offered.

Lennar had nice homes but they go cheap on a number of items IE hollow doors and no shower doors. There were a number of quality issues and they are more interested in building the next house vs fixing the problems in existing homes

Make sure everything promised is completed. Warranty work should be submitted asap

We love our new home. The homes that Lennar build are beautiful. The sales agent Iolando was above and beyond great! She was so informative and so helpful. We would have passed on our purchase if it was not for her. The only negative experience thus far is that the building manager will not respond to communication about concerns dealing with minor fixes. Hopefully, he will soon.

Great salesperson in lennar office. Very helpful and informative. Project manager was very helpful and informative as well during walk through.

No quality finished house. Very expensive house for the quality

The experience up to the point of sale was good. Build quality was average at best and poor in several areas - electrical sockets were not flush to the wall with a visible gap, corners overlapped and no effort to fix, broken counter top slab was still used and too late to fix, AC filter was shoved incorrectly causing issues. Customer service post sale was poor to average - you can raise tickets but no way to follow up or even know what ticket was submitted(if you raised many), they ask to sign off with just a request number with no clue on what it refers too, no ETA on fixes, no way to track requests. No way to upload pictures with issues and report on after fixes. ... More

The mortgage company was not smooth. Our representative left in the middle of it and no one notified us of this for awhile. It wasn’t made easy to understand what was going one.

Building process was not what I expected but the service after movein was, and continues to be, amazing.

The house was incomplete at the time of closing. A very long list of items to be fixed on closing day. It took weeks, if not months to get them all fixed. Lennar sales did not disclose all information about the home lot and Vista community information. A pedestrian Traffic sign was installed at the driveway entrance, Additionally, we have come to find out Vista Lake Owners residing in the Wild Blue community, will not be able to use Wild Blue entrances. This was a huge disappointment. The Community clubhouse was promised completion 6 months ago, now group d had not yet been broken and we are told another year. ... More

This is our second Lennar home and we love the floorplan. Their homes are good values, but this one had many more quality issues than our first. Also they used to brag about how technologically advanced their homes were, but perhaps due to covid and staffing shortages, the technology in this home was essentially a DIY exercise. The home was not even close to ready when we did our walk through and the closing was bumped twice due to garage door availability. A few of the more major issues were: 1. The kitchen cabinets and granite in the kitchen weren't set properly and the range/oven didn't even fit in the resulting hole! They are going to reset the cabinets and the granite. Hopefully this will be done well. 2. The Kitchen floor also sloped and the island granite had to be shimmed 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch to level out the surface. This wasn't done well and looked really bad. We will see how they choose to fix this. 3. The door to the garage is crooked in the frame, allowing light and wind to come in. It isn't clear if this can be fixed without replacing the door. 4. Lastly, the most disappointing thing was the internet pre-wire. While they used CAT5e wiring and have a nice sized equipment box in the home, they actually terminated the CAT5 internet wire in each room with TELEPHONE plugs! This was done correctly in our 2018 Lennar home. This meant I had to rewire EVERY internet outlet in the home if I wished to use them for their intended purpose. The RJ45 internet jacks are NOT hard to come by, so this was done just because Lennar didn't want to pay their installer to do the job right the first time. 4. Most items identified before and during the walk through weren't finished at closing, and a few of the large issues are still being worked 5-6 weeks after closing. This is the fourth home we have built, but this has been by far our most frustrating home building experience. The time line for construction was laid out after our purchase. Lennar completed our home in the time they said they would. Some minor issues arose after the purchase of our home, but Lennar responded immediately to our requests.

Many poor design features, overpriced for quality

Purchasing my home the Lennar homes was positive especially in dealing with our sales and customer service support teams. My sales representative Susie and my customer care representative Mark are outstanding people to work with!

The salesperson, Stephanie Miller that we bought our home through did not make us aware of the upgrades that can be made during the purchase process. She also did not get back to us when we had questions. Chris and Dave have been exceptional in coordinating the techs to come and fix the issues in our home.

Overall, we are satisfied though we had issues related to quality of workmanship and lack of cleaning the property before we arrived. The onsite customer service rep did a good job in getting a cleaning crew in to do a deep cleaning when we first arrived, though it took a couple of days. There appear to be significant delays in starting construction of the clubhouse and amenities facilities for this community. We are seasonal residents and look forward to being in sunny and warm Florida this winter. However, we are disappointed that construction on the clubhouse and related facilities has not yet begun. When we went to contract at the beginning of this year we were told construction should be winding up about this time. ... More

Unresponsive to claims, an outlet in my living room wasn’t connected properly and I haven’t even recorded a confirmation email of my claim yet from 3weeks ago. Also my street still doesn’t exist two months in!! Can’t change my address on any accounts or receive certain packages or deliveries.

Who’s the community of Timer Creek seems nice and the home was built fairly quickly, there have been multiple quality issues that are unacceptable. I used to build houses and speak from experience as a licensed BC. Missing crown in kitchen, big hole in drywall, and other glaringly apparent defects should have been resolved prior to closing. Lennar mortgage and tactile have horrible communication with the customers. Not impressed!

Nice Floor plan but the quality of the work is not worth the price. Every wall, every ceiling, every window is out of square. The list of repairs is long but so far Lennar is cooperating. They are just building too much too fast and it showa

Total lprocess was long and no much communication from sales representative. Deadline for the house was, 2 months late, home is built very sound but the fine craftsmanship details are not there. I love our house and community with all the issues being taken care of.
