Subcontractors should have been much neater...grout work on floors a bit sloppy in places. Left glue spots on floors. Same with stucco on lanai.Kitchen Backsplash job sat unfinished for weeks. That said, the response time for repairs has been excellent.

Everything was great including the value for the money and the townhouse being ready for move in on the day promised. The responsiveness to most issues has been good except for an issue we have with water flooding our lanai when it rains. It has been 2 months since I first reported this issue and nothing has been done about it. Smaller issues such as cabinet touch ups and doorbell not working were fixed within 10 days. I would recommend buying a lennar townhouse as they are well built and very nice however ensure that you get all your issues addressed during the warranty period.

Delivered a quality product at a fair price. Missed the estimated completion date by 3 months but Covid 19 issues more responsible for that than builder.

Must credit our realtor Adnan who introduced us to a Matt, who represents Lennar. Our development was nearing completion and model, that we really liked, was to be built on one of the last lots. While the original completion date was delayed a bit, we are now in for a week and enjoying the home. Kudos to Ben (Lennar) who remains very responsive to some minor things that need to be completed. Overall, have been very pleased with our Lennar experience and our new home!

Lennar home is a good value for the money. Workmanship is decent. Some minor issues but no major complaints.

My experience buying from Lennar was mostly good. The team that assisted me was friendly and quite quick with the process. The house is spacious and beautiful, and it includes appliances such as air conditioning, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a water purifier, and an irrigation system for the outdoor plants. The construction materials feel cheap, although they look beautiful. Finally, my experience with Lennar's title company was quite bad. Overall, their service was good and friendly, but they made many mistakes and didn't prepare the documents as both parties had agreed from the beginning. My purchase experience was great. However, there have been way too many issues upon moving in. Customer service has been excellent at addressing the problems, but I just wouldn't expect to still have issues after 6 weeks.

Same as above and when I called to ask a question I was referred to the supplier not Lennar to handle.

Very good value and staff

I did a remote closing and it went smoothly. However, some of the items that were supposed to be taken care of before the closing: General cleaning, Fire alarm chirping, cabinet hardware falling off, Tile floor stains and missing garage door openers were not addressed. I closed on 5/228 and started moving in a month later. As of this writing the fire alarm is the only item addresed

I absolutely love my new condo at Ibis golf community. I am looking forward to the pool and other amenities being completed.

We love our new home. The homes that Lennar build are beautiful. The sales agent Iolando was above and beyond great! She was so informative and so helpful. We would have passed on our purchase if it was not for her. The only negative experience thus far is that the building manager will not respond to communication about concerns dealing with minor fixes. Hopefully, he will soon.

After a selection process between builders, designs and amenities presented, we made the decision to make the purchase with Lennar. The process itself of being able to make the purchase was easy and in a short time, being the purchase in cash where there are some additional advantages. In the walk through day assigned there is the possibility of verifying that the unit is in optimal conditions to be able to sign the documents in a few subsequent weeks, giving Lennar time to correct any damage or repairs that may occur. Once these first processes were completed, the signing of the documents was very fast and easy to do with the help of technology without being present, the purchase was made within the scheduled dates. Handing over the keys as the owner of the unit and with the excitement of seeing it personally is unique "thank you Lennar." Once the property is delivered, the processes of registration of the appliances, internet connectivity, and customer service assistance are due to technology, facilitating and at the same time fulfilling the guarantees in the name of the owner these is easy even if you are an international owner not living in the unit. I have even tried the application for warranty service, it is limiting in the scope of being able to communicate with the Owner through other applications with WhatsApp, messaging if you do not have a telephone line in the USA, which delays the service process and that Communication being faster and more effective. A month or more after having the property, I still have minor problems that I hope will be resolved as they should be within the warranty. I know I have the support of Lennar and his entire team. ... We love our home and we are happy

Have problems dealing with a computer. Would prefer talking to someone. Am old person not fluent in computers!!!

Lennar does some things very well. Others...not so much. The attention to detail in our house was poor. Incomplete items (no power ot the ignitor in the outdoor kitchen), missing downspout, Bathroom light badly off center, missing screw on switch nameplate. Not huge things, but a lot of them. This is just a sampling. We also came from a custom home builder in Pennsylvania who builds a VERY high quality house. They only build about 6 houses a year. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Having said that....we got A LOT of house for the price. We love the neighborhood ambience. The landscaping. The layout. The lakes. Beautiful home. A lot of issues more related to the contractors than the builder

Overall quality good. More punch list items than expected, most minor, however one is considerable, will require cutting up master shower tile floor to pitch draining correctly, pitch off more than an inch from one end to the other. In 2013. I also had a new home built by Lennar, quality and responsiveness was better. That experience in 2013 was what lead me to stay with Lennar. The current sale rep, Moe Lee is excellent and very responsive. The mortgage team was fantastic. The only area of concern was with the overall quality of the contractor workmanship. I am currently going through the warranty process, if this goes flawlessly, it will make the quality issue more of an inconvenience as opposed to a major issue. ... More
