Who’s the community of Timer Creek seems nice and the home was built fairly quickly, there have been multiple quality issues that are unacceptable. I used to build houses and speak from experience as a licensed BC. Missing crown in kitchen, big hole in drywall, and other glaringly apparent defects should have been resolved prior to closing. Lennar mortgage and tactile have horrible communication with the customers. Not impressed!

Total lprocess was long and no much communication from sales representative. Deadline for the house was, 2 months late, home is built very sound but the fine craftsmanship details are not there. I love our house and community with all the issues being taken care of.

The closing was forced as the home was not completed. We had over 2 dozen things that needed completed. If we didn't close the day we did the interest rate went way up. Seven weeks after closing we still have at least 10 items on the punch list still needing completed. Knowing who to talk to at Lennar is irritating. The sour experience we are still going through has ruined the sweetness of buying our final new home.

The sales representative has been great, responsive and helpful. The contractor materials were good but his QA/QC was poor. Too many punch list items and issues that are still not resolved. He continues to construct new houses and puts off punch list work 4 months after closing. I did not want to close with some of these issues outstanding but "the builder" insisted and had the upper hand based on the contract. The rating is lowered due to contractor QA/QC and responsiveness.

Could not make walk through, tried a zoom walk through however lack of internet did not allow that. Therfore we were quite surprised on move in day. Doors were unlocked missing items from within the home washer & dryer not hooked up. House was never cleaned very good, water to refrigerator not hooked up, dish washer did not work and it took three times over a month to get it working. Paint on 90% of all wall plates. And when we tried addressing these issue we were told it's now a warranty issue. Therfore not a very good experience to start out.

Zach in sales office is a rockstar!!! Little disappointed that Lennar wanted me to close on the house without a shower enclosure and lanai cage- they have not been to responsive to post closing issues either. Zach rocks!!

1, Pushed to closing of the deal without completing the job with satisfaction 2. After closing, Buyers are pushed around for no reason. 3. Managers and main contractors very courteous and professional but workmanship fair. 4. Appliances are all Apartment grade.

I know there are delays due to COVID but that cannot be a legitimate excuse for everything. I am happy with the structure itself, but there has been no resolution to some issues that were going to be taken care of immediately. No followthrough.

Love our house and community. Some of the craftsmanship is not exactly worthy of 700K plus homes. Responsiveness to warranty issues has been very disappointing overall.

This is the second home we built with Lennar in the Vista Blue community. The true reason is that we love the community and the fact that the houses are built to a demanding hurricane code. Where Lennar falls short is in the details of its finished product. The EII program (Everything Is Included) was presented as meaning that top of the line luxury items were all included. But the reality is that the cheapest version of every item was included. Overall satisfaction of the home is good the overall satisfaction of the construction going in around the home is terrible. I understand the consequences of living in an area with construction but didn’t realize it would be like living in a war zone. They take little to no pride in keeping the work areas and surrounding lots clean.

Buyer beware that the repair process after you own is not very good. Simple items take a while to correct. Often the customer care team communicates a repair date as a completed work, when actually nothing has been done and it may take several more weeks to resolve. My advice is get it all 100% prior to close and do a complete and through inspection to minimize issues. Don’t accept the sales line that it will all be completed, that will just lead to frustration on your part.

A few staff made the after purchase activities a traumatic and stressful situation. The house is okay but know the model houses are upgraded and made very nicely. Your house will not look the same and the quality of the work does not compare to the one provided to the model houses.

The builder had three heads (Sales/Construction/Closing). Ryan (Sales) did a good job. Sadly Construction and Closing were generally poor. Unnecessary pressure was applied by Closing whilst Construction obviously could not achieve the completion dates given. Completion delayed by three weeks due to poor workmanship, mainly damaged doors. The Construction guys are OK when you find out who they are. From a Purchaser's perspective, the completion and closing process could be much improved by using a single point of contact.
