The Lennar staff is a pleasure to deal with. We feel we have an extremely high quality home. We have experienced no issues, but had a neighbor who had a little problem and Lennar attended to it promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend Lennar.

Excellent price point and responsive team. No, you cannot really customize but this is a fair trade-off for the value.

The underwriter had five month’s to prepare for closing and was still asking questions two days before closing. After submitting 104 separate documents they were still not satisfied. I felt as though I was being cross examined and on trial for some crime. Some one needs to take control of them. They act paranoid and are in fear of making a mistake so I felt as though they were taking out their frustrations on me. When they kept contacting me two days before closing I stopped responding

We love our home! It is so beautiful! And Lennar is very serious about continuing to make it perfect even after moving in. For example as houses settle, doors can potentially warp and not close properly. They are so prompt in making sure if there's anything like that it is taken care of quickly and professionally. If I had to critique one thing it would be the paint. It has a matte finish so it isn't that easy or pleasant to clean. We retired and moved in December 2019 to Jacksonville to be closer to family. We chose the Halle model and it is the perfect floor plan for us. Any minor problem we have had, Greg and Travis have been very helpful and “Johnny on the spot” to fix the problem and give advise to help maintain the upkeep of our home. VERY HAPPY to call a Highland Chase home.

We selected a quick move in home. The process from the initial home view until closing was very easy and the Lennar staff communicated well with us the whole way. Also, a month after closing we noticed a small issue and this was resolved immediately. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is interested in a new home.

This wasn’t my first home that I purchased from Lennar. It’s my second purchase. I am very pleased with our second home. The community in which we live is close to everything. Thank you Lennar for helping us get our second home.

We Love or new Alexia Model. The floor plan is open and well thought out. The modern Design and open floor plan is just what we were looking for. The bed rooms are spacious and the master suite is separate from the other sleeping quarters. the master bath design is comparable to a much more expensive home.

Everything was pretty easy and streamlined in the purchasing aspect. Everyone from the agent to the in home questions guy "Orlando" were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The home being brand new so far has is in great shape.

So far, so good. Great staff that takes customer service very seriously.

I love everything about my home and wishes I could have found it sooner. We had smooth sailing through the whole process and the little issues we had with the home Lennar is standing behind every issue to get resolved.

When building our home, Kelly made sure we were updated every step of the way! In addition, on our walk through every inch of the house was made sure to be up to our standards. We had a few requests and Mark made them happen only a week before closing! We love our Lennar home.

We had a great experience throughout the searching and buying of our home. We appreciate all that Kelly (sales agent) and Mark (quality inspector) did to help us through this experience. They continue to assist us with any issues that we come across.

Overall I am satisfied with my decision to purchase a Lennar home. Quality inside and out, energy efficient which I wanted. They have a great team of people in LONGLEAF...the customer service team, Anthony and Sara are great. They respond accordingly with a sense of urgency. Our new home feels like a custom home without being one, Lennar's Everything Included feature is just phenomenal. Our floor plan is just suited to how we are as a person we like to entertain friends and family and our new home is built for that.
