The home warranty doesn't cover anything. They keep referring us to the manufacturer rather than giving everyone good products from the start. Building materials used are cheap crap. Also puts off games which is not good for us or the environment. Will never buy from them again.

The agent Timand the construction supervisor Jeremy were fantastic. After my 30 days, the people I had to deal with were worthless. The ceiling has cracks in it, and they blamed me for it.???? I actually spoke with Sherwin-Williams and they explained to me that it was a paint issue. It’s too bad Lennar does not back their s sloppy work. I saw several other houses with the same issue. Because of this I am steering my family members who are looking to purchase Florida homes away from Lennar.

My upstairs floors squeak and are uneven with soft spots, grout is already coming out of tile, walls aren’t square. You guys didn’t put proper polymeric sand in pavers so I had to resand with proper sand and seal them myself . Already had an issue with irrigation system running for over 6 hrs from valve getting stuck open. The backyard sod is fried and totally uneven. so many dead spots. No topsoil was put down. Directly laid on sand. They put the sod down directly on top of trash, plastic and water bottles that I’ve pulled from under the sod. You planted a huge red maple tree right up ...

We had a budget and tried to buy several houses, but we always found them to be too expensive for what they were. I had to constantly follow up with the seller to see if the prices had dropped. It turned out that houses I had been offered at higher prices—and therefore couldn't afford—were subsequently sold to other people for much less (information that is available online). I was very disappointed because I tried to make a purchase several times, yet I was never offered the prices that were extended to others (prices I would have gladly accepted).

Good deal but poor construction and warranty

The buying process and deal was competitive. However construction quality was poor, and warranty didn’t support reported genuine construction quality issues. For example, kitchen countertops is just 2 cm thick, and developed cracks within 11 months with normal usage. However warranty didn’t cover it. Most caulking got cracked and pilled off within 10 months, but not supported by warranty requests.

The realtor at the sales center (Misha) is AMAZING and the mortgage group was good. However, the after care was spotty. Response time was good for any service calls, but buyer beware - once you do your walkthrough, they aren’t responsible for some things such as dead landscaping. We also had some trouble with our garage door opener and the tech said it was the cheapest model available. The interior doors are hollow and the handles are cheap. To spend 617k on a house and then have to go out and buy towel, toilet paper holders, under cabinet lighting, and ceiling fans. Not to mention all the other items that need to move into a new home.

Underwriter had questions every day about my finances. It would be less stressful if they waited until they had all questions and present they at one time. I keep thinking I would be turned down for financing. If you have influence with Still-water Community Association should be ready to put new residents on the list and see they are oriented in reasonable time period. I still do not have a number for charges. Neighbor have been helpful in answering questions

Our builder Scott assured us that everything would be fine. We even paid for our own private inspection. Not one item in the inspection was addressed despite being told it would be. Nothing in our home was thought about functionally. Poor quality materials that is super expensive and quickly built. You're not buying a home that was crafted. They don't even have basic necessities installed. We have dealt with issues with our HOA fees ( that was supposed to be taken care of the first year), to issues with poor painting. My Lennar management team recommended a realtor group to me for selling my property. Shortly after I interviewed and agreed to work with them to sell my home, I was blindsided by that realty group being added to my Lennar contract. Through the seven months of attempting to sell my home with this recommended realtor group, I had an absolutely horrible experience with delayed or no responses, minimal efforts or outreach to sell.
