The selling agent, lacked experience , Kept changes the deal. Negotiating with texting and should stuck with email so I have a track of any changes. Thanks to the manager Penny who was able to take over and close the deal.

I am a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran with certain health issues. Everything was going great with the whole process home buying process, until after the closing. That's when it all fell apart. I wanted to fence in the very small backyard and have pavers put down before my family moved in. I have mobility issues when walking through grass so the pavers were the perfect choice. After closing I submitted my paperwork for the fence to be installed with the HOA. We'll, they contacted me and said they were waiting on the paperwork from Lennar. Never Purchase From Lennar Again

Overall experience was unsatisfactory. Lack of communication, misinformation given, cheap building materials, poor workmanship. I could go on and on. I would not purchase another home from this builder again.

every warranty contractor that enters my home tells me you’re company only sells junk air should have know better but the interest rates motivated me to buy a crappy house you cut corners on everything i got what i paid for but never again will i buy a lennar house sales and the loan process was very unprofessional

Would not buy another Lennar home again

Quality of the build is much worse than a few years ago; pressured into closing even when home had many unfinished or damaged parts such as no mirrors/ shelves and broken windows and cabinets. After closing, very hard to get a timely response on warranty request to fix the problems. Would not buy another Lennar home again

Poor quality. No attention paid to detail. Rough edges all over. Lights not lined up. Dry wall cut up and patched showing the poor work. Floor not leveled under carpet. Many other things. They could do better.

If this is your first NEW home don't expect a WOW after settlement, The appliance upgrade is not worth the $$, secure a credit and buy your own. Customer care on a local level is great but they are over whelmed due to lack of supervision on the construction end. Job sites are hazardous and an eyesore.

Poor workmanship, seemed disinterested when we expressed our concerns. The third stall garage stall measured smaller than on the blue prints. Therefore we are unable to fit a small car in that garage, which we had planned to do.

The builder, Travis manager who oversee the construction site for Lennar in my community is an a amazing person who will do what ever it takes to make your home as perfect as you can make it.

On the other hand, My overall experience from Lennar is a “0”. I purchased a home in December 2025. Their system was mediocre, inefficient, confusing, and the home overpriced for what I paid for it. They’ll make it look like the price is right, but it is not. They will get their money in many other ways during the process before closing on your home. Many unknown numbers included in the closing documents for charges that should not have been there, or other charges for things that otherwise could have been waved or eliminated altogether. Their financing lender services were horrible, ...

Co-Signing for my granddaughters financing

As a co-signer, most of the questions are not applicable to me. Since you force me to fill in the blank, you are getting what you asked for. Also, the display name is incorrect but that may be just as irrelevant. What I will comment on was the financing. I felt as though I was dealing with a kindergarten drop out. Many items were asked for three or four times, and the harassing tone rose to the level of sarcasm. If my granddaughter wasn't so set on the house I would likely have told someone to check where the sun doesn't shine. AND you may print what I have said.

One Of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!

One of the worst experiences of new construction I’ve ever had. Quality of materials are subpar. Communication was lacking and the staff is absolutely rude. Had to fight to get a reinspection paid for because of Lennar’s negligence. They didn’t even have the a/c unit on during inspection and found a leak on initial walk through then found out on the second inspection from inspector that a/c breaker was not correct 30A instead of 60A. No exterior lights no interior lights in bedrooms. There were many more issues ans well! Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had! Never buying Lennar again!

Terrible Service by Warranty Dept

Lennar is an extremely difficult company to work with. They only care about the bottom line, which is understandable, but only if you are actually providing the service and experience that you say you're going to provide in the first place. Lennar promises one thing and then provides something totally different. And when given the opportunity to make things right and/or fix the issues they created, Alex and their warranty department then distances themselves from any responsibility or accountability.

Lennar - There should not be this much damage done to a new build prior

There should not be this much damage done to a new build prior to moving in. The entire house has to be painted on the inside there is flooding outside landscape issues construction issues etc.

Poor customer towards the wants of home purchaser

We purchased a Lennar homeMay 5th, the salesperson was well aware of our wants for the home we purchased. We are unable to act on these wants since the salesperson never made us aware of an easement at our property along with 5 more adjacent homes. None of us were made aware of the easement until architechiral requests were submitted. The trustworthiness of the sales people are questionable. We have had to call the warranty people over the last 3 months for many failures in the building process. We are not even acting on some of the failures in the building process due to the disturbance ...
