We love our new home! The lennar "everything included" is a great initiative and provides lot of value without nickel and diming you. There needs to be more supervision and attention to detail - workers overlook many things which have to be addressed later. Customer service post buy is great.

Poor workmanship, seemed disinterested when we expressed our concerns. The third stall garage stall measured smaller than on the blue prints. Therefore we are unable to fit a small car in that garage, which we had planned to do.

Build quality of the home is fine, and dealing with the local Lennar employees is very good and they work very hard to make it a good experience. Policies directed down from corporate are based on what is best for corporate and for the experience of the home buyer.

Care about customer concerns.

Excellent price point and responsive team. No, you cannot really customize but this is a fair trade-off for the value.

There should not be this much damage done to a new build prior to moving in. The entire house has to be painted on the inside there is flooding outside landscape issues construction issues etc.

The underwriter had five month’s to prepare for closing and was still asking questions two days before closing. After submitting 104 separate documents they were still not satisfied. I felt as though I was being cross examined and on trial for some crime. Some one needs to take control of them. They act paranoid and are in fear of making a mistake so I felt as though they were taking out their frustrations on me. When they kept contacting me two days before closing I stopped responding

We are still in Awe of our new home. We never thought we would have a new home built from the ground up. We thank GOD for allowing us to own one of the Beautiful Lennar homes.

Appearance of house is beautiful, and rooms are bright and spacious. Personnel are friendly and accommodating.

Be careful that you review all the promises that they make to you on the home. Review with the sales agent verbally any issues that you have and get them to put into writing any promises made. Review the extras in the house and make sure you get them when the house is completed. Find out exactly who will be handling any issues that arise. The walk through is important and put in writing what needs to be done and have their person sign for it. Verbal issues just disappear as does the rep they send with you. Make sure they review and meet with you to get the keys and the complex rules.

Was a fast and easy home purchase with everything included!

We love our home! It is so beautiful! And Lennar is very serious about continuing to make it perfect even after moving in. For example as houses settle, doors can potentially warp and not close properly. They are so prompt in making sure if there's anything like that it is taken care of quickly and professionally. If I had to critique one thing it would be the paint. It has a matte finish so it isn't that easy or pleasant to clean. Eventually we'll probably be repainting the whole house because I love paint you can just wipe down easily. Other than that the whole experience was quick easy and we ended up in a home we love! ... We purchased a Lennar homeMay 5th, the salesperson was well aware of our wants for the home we purchased. We are unable to act on these wants since the salesperson never made us aware of an easement at our property along with 5 more adjacent homes. None of us were made aware of the easement until architechiral requests were submitted. The trustworthiness of the sales people are questionable. We have had to call the warranty people over the last 3 months for many failures in the building process. We are not even acting on some of the failures in the building process due to the disturbance it would create to bring them to a satisfactory state. I'll provide the negatives. If it's not in the negative, then it's positive 1. Lennar person handling my mortgage was the biggest dissapointment. Not very knowledgeable. Put the wrong insurance company in the closing. Apologized at closing but couldn't do anything about on the day of closing. Promised to help with paperwork to make the change to insurance company that I picked, which happened to be Lennar home insurance. She added reminder to her calendar to reach out to me. Never heard from her. Not too bright of an individual. She provided numbers to me for closing that didn't match the actual numbers. Mortgage rate that she quoted prior to actually filling out application was inline with other mortgage rates. When time came to fill out application and lock the rate 30 days prior to closing, somehow lennar mortgage rates were higher than most banks. At that point you're stuck with Lennar. I paid for points to lower the rate. Now construction. The usual builder special. Some important items are overlooked. Air-conditioning unit is right next to master bedroom window. And it's not as quiet as you're told. You hear it and it will wake you up at night. Appliances are cheap. Bottom of the pick. Dishwasher doesn't dry dishes. Inside walls are even wet after a normal cycle. Lennar is aware, because people complained. But they haven't done anything about it. Good luck cleaning oven. There's no vent to outside. So when you turn on auto clean cycle on the oven, your fire alarms will go off. Microwave vent does nothing except blow the smoke into the main room. The returns and air vents are next to each other in the ceiling. Gets chilly inside the house closer to the floor. Warm air doesn't reach there. Insulation is minimal. Closing went smooth and fast. Lots of paperwork. You're asked to provide support documentation at the beginning, when you apply for mortgage. Then 4-5 months later, when your house is ready and you want to lock the rate, you have to provide same documentation again. The good part, all can be done online. ... More

Leaner homes are well built would recommend

The customer service representative and lead builder have gone above and beyond with their level of attention and responsiveness to any issues which have arisen

Making the move in simple with having systems and appliances in place makes it an amazing deal for first time home buyers.

Because my closing was pushed back several times, they rushed to finish and I have a lot of things that had to be fixed after I moved on and some are still not correct. Unorganized and sloppy work

Fit and finish just not what it used to be. This isn't just Lennar, it's all of the homes being built today. The subs are not craftsmen of old, they tend to just do sloppy work and never check their work. Why should the homeowner have to find all the little "presents" left behind by the subs???
