Don’t trust anything you are told verbally by a Lennar employee. Closings are set quick and they promise to correct issues but the battle ensues if you go to closing. We are not the only resident with this experience.

Poor customer service, errors on financial Documents even after correcting them multiple times, worse home buying experience ever

Workmanship is bad. Very low quality checks. The website does not allow you to keep track of the issues/timeline that you submitted. They do it on purpose. You have to call everyday for 1-2 weeks to fix one issue.
