Not a great overall experience. Our New home consultant Ainsley was amazing! Everyone/thing else has just not been great. Unorganized, a lot misinformation. This review is after 2 months living in the home and still dealing with issues.

Lennars sales personnel is great. Unfortunately that's where it ends. It must be the material and labor shortage because the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired we have been in this house for nearly two months now and are still waiting for the work to be completed.(front door and frame along with all the closet doors and cabinets has to be replaced inside the house has to be repainted)I hope this is not the Lennars MO if it is I believe your reputation will suffer

The experience in the purchase with the sales team was good, friendly and easy, but the defects and problems inside the house due to the poor finish was very bad, we arrived a month and 20 days from the closing and we still have many unsolved problems , I thought that buying from a company like Lennar with such prestige in the market we were going to be fine, but it was not like that

You have a very good product, but the customer experience has been worse than terrible. You have demonstrated no interest at all in the concerns and challenges that your clients might have and you expect all flexibility to change things on your side, but are not willing to give any flexibility to your client.

Very bad experience, I have called and even went to the office and no response with the things that need fixing, and we are still waiting for someone to respond to us. Many things needed to fix on the first walk through. Still waiting for it to be fix. And now we have other things to get fix, No response at all. I would not want anyone to go through this.

When we first looked at the home we noticed that there was a large crack in the driveway concrete. When we showed up for the walk through the cracked concrete was replaced with new concrete which is a complete different color from the original. Crazy thing is they only needed to replace one section (1/6) and they did 2/3 of the driveway so now the driveway looks like a patch up job. Lennar DECLINED my request to fix the problem stating that they are not responsible if there is any staining or discoloration of the concrete driveway!!! I can not believe that LENNAR would allow this patchwork ...

The experience was not good and that’s being kind. The mortgage person had no idea what was going on. The setup of the first 3 homes upon moving in left use not knowing who any of the utilities where going to be we had to figure it out ourselves. 2 month later we where able to get internet but are still waiting for mailbox’s. And the craftsmanship shows that everything was just slapped together as fast as possible and getting someone to fix the issues was a waste of time I have done most of what I asked to be done myself. And the house was filthy for buying a brand new home.

Hello. I would equate my buying experience with Lennar to be average. Closing was delayed multiple times due to obvious supply chain issues. Communication was above average but the attention to detail in the construction of my home was lacking. Cleanliness was a problem and Multiple punch list issues were recorded AFTER my closing with no clear direction on how they would be addressed. I am not local so email or phone calls are critical in understanding issues going on with our home purchase. Setting up utilities took some figuring out. I would never recommend this builder to anyone because they sacrifice quality for quantity. I’ve never experienced anything like I have with Lennar. It’s sad that no one even seems to care.

Absolutely horrible experience. Construction team left windows open and my floor and walls got soaked from the rain Over night. Then had to fight to have a remediation team come out. (This occurred during construction) paint all over our appliances and floors, had to fight to get it fixed. Have already had two plumbing issues, my solar system failed inspection, your trades keep canceling and not showing up when i have confirmed appointments to fix warranty issues. This was my first time purchasing a home. I thought it was going to be amazing, but I would never recommend Lennar homes. I was not able to do a walk through until the morning of closing. After closing thinking the improvements would be worked on during the day after the walk through to come back at night to move in with half the house without electricity. The home was not cleaned prior to moving in. the fridge needed to be replaced thank goodness that was done, cabinets have dings in them. the tile is not leveled. there are unleveled areas of the walls. the carpets have nails sticking out of ...

Be aware of the Move in Ready line. our house was not clean, the yard is 2 different types of sod, there were plumbing and electrical issues with the house that took 30 days to get corrected. I feel the corporation was in a rush to close and overlooked many quality issues. We will not buy another Lennar Home.

I have bought my house over 2 months and still have things on my list needed to be completed. They force a closing and was unable to meet the deadline of closing my house. They messed up my closing plans which had me ending up having to pay for a can for extra days. The. My house had over 16 issues and damaged appliances which still hasn’t been replaced. This has been the worst buying experience. They reach out and only make promises just to not come through with promises. I do not recommend.
