Do not buy from Lennar they do not care about quality of work They do not fix problems and leave you hanging We have been in our home since Dec 13 and still have major problems that we CANNOT get fixed SORRY we bought this house

Where to begin? When we started the process everything was on point and the communication with the seller was awesome. After we signed the contract in February they promised us the completion date was going to be between July and August. It wasn't until November that we finally got our home. The seller didn't even answer on time; sometimes I was ignored for days. Not even Lennar customer service was able to help me get the answers I wanted. No answer for the solar, the process, the delays... nothing. On top of that Lennar Mortgage was even worse; no communication at all!!! It was a ...

Be very careful. Dot the eyes and cross the tees. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR LENNAR MORTGAGE BROKER AND TITLE CLOSER- AS YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER. Unresponsive after the sale. I am sure this will not get posted!

They are building houses so quick that details get missed and stuff doesn't get finished. Contractors miss follow up appointments also

You will need lots of patience. They eventually to address the needs but not everything will be complete on closing and if you don't close when they set the date, you will be charged $300 fee for everyday not closing. You have to stay on top of all issues with them, however the staff is very nice and due to the supply issues in this economy it can be a nightmare.

Need urgently fix the response service and the level of communication with the buyers My house deed documents were send by a normal mail instead of a proper courier company like DHL,FEDEX Which caused documents to get lost , I was never asked whether how or when will the documents be sent , no communication whatsoever , this is just one example of lack of communication with the buyer and there are many more …

I think the workmanship is very poor quality I have had way to many problems to be in a brand new home it’s a nightmare but I can say that everything is being taken care of but if it was built right from start I would not have to be writing about it I came to Lennar for quality and I am disappointed.

The whole process is very rushed and there is very little power given to the buyer at the end of the day. Although we had checkins and inspections, there was still no ability to see some of the issues that we needed to have addressed until after we moved in. Our representative has been terrific in getting theses addressed after the fact, but these issues should not have been present in the first place. 3 in particular are quite frustrating. 1 despite addressing concerns when we noticed these spots while reviewing videos during construction checkins, there are several large areas where a ...

I love my house. My experience was great. Constrution was wonderful, I received a lot of support through the built and purchase process.
