Absolutely horrible experience. Construction team left windows open and my floor and walls got soaked from the rain Over night. Then had to fight to have a remediation team come out. (This occurred during construction) paint all over our appliances and floors, had to fight to get it fixed. Have already had two plumbing issues, my solar system failed inspection, your trades keep canceling and not showing up when i have confirmed appointments to fix warranty issues. I still have items on my punch list from my final walk through that have still not been fixed. This has been an absolute nightmare. I will never recommend lennar to anyone looking for a home. If i see potential buyers I’ll be sure to tell them what we are dealing with. I’ve made complaints to corporate and nobody has even tried to call me. Sales people - useless Construction team - negligent , disgusting, unprofessional, don’t care about the work they are doing ... More

Not very happy with the experience overall.

This was my first time purchasing a home. I thought it was going to be amazing, but I would never recommend Lennar homes. I was not able to do a walk through until the morning of closing. After closing thinking the improvements would be worked on during the day after the walk through to come back at night to move in with half the house without electricity. The home was not cleaned prior to moving in. the fridge needed to be replaced thank goodness that was done, cabinets have dings in them. the tile is not leveled. there are unleveled areas of the walls. the carpets have nails sticking out of them. The building managers are not easy to reach I went through 3 of them since I moved in and only have been there a month. I am still waiting for things to be fixed. I love my home as slowly it is coming together but this building company is not the way to go even their workers advised me I should have researched more before buying from them. ... More

Be aware of the Move in Ready line. our house was not clean, the yard is 2 different types of sod, there were plumbing and electrical issues with the house that took 30 days to get corrected. I feel the corporation was in a rush to close and overlooked many quality issues. We will not buy another Lennar Home.

I have bought my house over 2 months and still have things on my list needed to be completed. They force a closing and was unable to meet the deadline of closing my house. They messed up my closing plans which had me ending up having to pay for a can for extra days. The. My house had over 16 issues and damaged appliances which still hasn’t been replaced. This has been the worst buying experience. They reach out and only make promises just to not come through with promises. I do not recommend.

Lennar is very responsible and very easy with the process. We very happy

House hasn't finished yet, but closing costs were payed in december.

The whole process was a nightmare from beginning to end.

This is our second Lennar home. They deliver what they promised.

I love my home, and I have learned a valuable lesson. Lennar does not follow through on the process

Champions Gate is a great development

Do not buy from Lennar they do not care about quality of work They do not fix problems and leave you hanging We have been in our home since Dec 13 and still have major problems that we CANNOT get fixed SORRY we bought this house

Where to begin? When we started the process everything was on point and the communication with the seller was awesome. After we signed the contract in February they promised us the completion date was going to be between July and August. It wasn't until November that we finally got our home. The seller didn't even answer on time; sometimes I was ignored for days. Not even Lennar customer service was able to help me get the answers I wanted. No answer for the solar, the process, the delays... nothing. On top of that Lennar Mortgage was even worse; no communication at all!!! It was a painful experience from start to finish. Even at closing, my house didn't have all the doors in place. Caulkin, plumbing, painting, and flooring issues from day one. They even planted a dead tree in front of my house and it's still there. I have opened around 10 tickets since November and will keep doing it since every day there's a new minor issue with the home. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Lennar!!! ... More

Experience was great from the beginning!

The buying experience was great but I have lots of issues with the construction side..

Be very careful. Dot the eyes and cross the tees. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR LENNAR MORTGAGE BROKER AND TITLE CLOSER- AS YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER. Unresponsive after the sale. I am sure this will not get posted!

We absolutely love our oversized lot, and we look at the conservation in the back yard. We could not be happier and our customer care specialist Jeff is a true asset to Lennar and he deserves a big raise.

The quality of the job is not good as it was expected. They’re pushing you to extend to meet their goal even though the house is not ready yet to closed

They are building houses so quick that details get missed and stuff doesn't get finished. Contractors miss follow up appointments also

You will need lots of patience. They eventually to address the needs but not everything will be complete on closing and if you don't close when they set the date, you will be charged $300 fee for everyday not closing. You have to stay on top of all issues with them, however the staff is very nice and due to the supply issues in this economy it can be a nightmare.

Please ensure that Lenore stands by the date that they give you for closing because when they change the date it totally disrupts your life and then you have to spend additional monies that were not initially budgeted for
