10 points for the sales department and for the people in charge of handling complaints about things in the house that must be repaired or improved. A big difference with the closing department. Communication with the client in this part of the process is scarce, stressful, and leaves the client in a vacuum over the progress of the process.

Patrick is an excellent and pleasant sales person; always helpful and ready to answer all your question. Overall the house will look good. If I need to critic something, I really don’t like the lack of choices when building your house...my kids are allergic and I cannot have carpet; they cannot help me. My kitchen sink will be very uncomfortable to use; but I cannot change it neither. After waiting for my house several months; I will need to spend extra several thousands $$ and time before moving to my new house which makes the process a bit more uncomfortable. I was lied to about cable being included. Nobody informed me of registering the house. I feel like anytime I had a concern I was treated as if I were a nuisance.

I just do not even have the endurance to go into it. Paid a lot of money for a new home with numerous fixable issues. It is a great home, it has a lot of great features and very high quality materials—craftsmanship has flaws that could have been avoided but more importantly could be fixed if Lennar would just stop making excuses. The part that disappointed me most was the horrible customer service, failed transition and zero welcome by Lennar into our new home.

I bought this house as an investment and I was very happy when I signed with tenants just 15 days after closing. I still haven't seen the house ready (I don't live in the USA), but I know that everything was fine and my tenants are very satisfied there. Thanks Lennar.

It has taken about 20 separate visits over the course of 3 months, from the building to complete items that were either not completed or done incorrectly and its still not finished.

I regret buying with Lennar every single day. Materials used for construction are extremely cheap. Customer service and guarantee suck: stay away from this company
