I been closed this house for about 4 months and lennar still need to repair stuff from my house, I been losing money all this time. and just one or two persons call me to see what happens, but I still waiting. so disappointed

I can’t believe you have the audacity to ask me to review my experience when we closed the home 4 months ago and my property still NOT done. Starting from our New Home Orientation the house was barely put together without appliances, forcing us to close because your fiscal year was due un November, not caring about the buyer experience whatsoever, to constantly argue with the incompetent staff for the things we already paid for and them arranging contractors to come to our property without consulting with us, having to lost weeks of work just waiting for someone to show up. I had a few issues in my new home that Lennar took months to get repaired. After the New Home Orientation, Lennar had a list of topics to be replaced/repaired, but I still had to open a ticket, follow-up multiple times, escalate to different people by e-mail, and the last problems were finally repaired after 3 to 4 months.

I thank Lennar for providing me such great service. My salesperson was awesome and customer service is fantastic! I did everything through my realtir and property manager. Everything was done virtually but done very nicely. The whole team provided excellent service!

Substandard Workmanship Overall

Purchased a "Ready Home" in Solterra Springs that was not ready. There were missing doors, painting that needed to be done, and substandard workmanship overall. There are carpet staples popping up all over the edges of the carpeting. Quality control seems to be an issue.

The Smart home features are unique and of good quality. The fumigation service is done quite well; imagine tubes in the walls to avoid problems. Customer service follows up well when there are issues - the document-sign format allows us to participate. The mortgage application process was easy and very complete. All was completed on line with help from the loan officials. Completed in under 30 days.

The company is lax in addressing issues. I bought a bigger house model because it would have closed earlier and that never happened. The Customer Service/Repair guy in our development is way over worked with unrealistic expectations by the company. This is not a customer friendly business. My sales guy was awesome and the company expected him to fix all my concerns which was way beyond his scope, Very disappointed.

So disappointed with all the problems we have had. From being threatened with penalties to pay if we did not close when Lennar wanted (house had many defects) didn't even had many doors on interior for over 4 months. Lennar NEVER showing up to perform work orders when scheduled. Took forever to get response for scheduling. So sad our very first brand new home to be soooo disappointed!

I love my house. Sales person was great, everything was great including the closing. After closing a couple of things change. Attention to some pending things before closing still pending. Main lock is not working and one of the led recesses light stop working.

It’s been 5 months since we closed and moved in ... there are still several issues that need to be repaired. Not a good experience with responsiveness. Also, I was asked to sign documents that stated that some of my issues were already fixed when they were not. Had to escalate!

Issues are very slow to get addressed. Had a walk through 1 week before closing, was told all issues identified would be corrected before closing. We paid cash for our house at closing and were not able to move in for another month. After trying for two months to get items corrected I was told to submit the issues as warranty calls. After numerous cracks started appearing 3 months after we closed in the stucco. The house is only 6 months old now, Lennar says this is normal and I must repair. Funny not the first home I had, yet it has more cracks than my last home in California. A ...

Felt there was no pride in the craftsmanship and that the house was rushed for a completion date. To have things looked at or fixed, you have to call incessantly. Overall we have a very nice home but the process has been full of headaches and challenges.

There were many issues to be resolved, not all of which were completed to our satisfaction. The standard answer to our issues was “It meets code” even though we did not agree and could show it was different to plan. For new home buyers, make sure you watch every stage of the development and take someone who understands home construction with you on your walk through so that you pick up all the issues.
