The quality of the kitchen cabinets were not the best considering what we paid for the house

Offered incentives for using their lender and discounted the sale of the home. Service both before and after the sale has been great. This is our 2nd home purchase with Lennar and would highly recommend!

Our overall experience was smooth sailing! Some issues still need to be resolved, but they are being handled.

Only thing I recommend is having the house sprayed for bugs at least for the first year.... needs to be done now for all the .

I just do not even have the endurance to go into it. Paid a lot of money for a new home with numerous fixable issues. It is a great home, it has a lot of great features and very high quality materials—craftsmanship has flaws that could have been avoided but more importantly could be fixed if Lennar would just stop making excuses. The part that disappointed me most was the horrible customer service, failed transition and zero welcome by Lennar into our new home.

I bought this house as an investment and I was very happy when I signed with tenants just 15 days after closing. I still haven't seen the house ready (I don't live in the USA), but I know that everything was fine and my tenants are very satisfied there. Thanks Lennar.

It has taken about 20 separate visits over the course of 3 months, from the building to complete items that were either not completed or done incorrectly and its still not finished.

I regret buying with Lennar every single day. Materials used for construction are extremely cheap. Customer service and guarantee suck: stay away from this company

My experience with Lennar in general is a 5... My only concern is that we are still waiting to fix some pending construction works.

We have had a few minor issues regarding workmanship, which is to be expected on a new home, but I must say Lennar dealt with everything very quickly & professionally.

Overall it was fine but there were issues that took some time to be resolved.

I been closed this house for about 4 months and lennar still need to repair stuff from my house, I been losing money all this time. and just one or two persons call me to see what happens, but I still waiting. so disappointed

I can’t believe you have the audacity to ask me to review my experience when we closed the home 4 months ago and my property still NOT done. Starting from our New Home Orientation the house was barely put together without appliances, forcing us to close because your fiscal year was due un November, not caring about the buyer experience whatsoever, to constantly argue with the incompetent staff for the things we already paid for and them arranging contractors to come to our property without consulting with us, having to lost weeks of work just waiting for someone to show up. I still have missing doors, undone exterior, the temporary cheapest appliances, and many other things we literally had to pull teeth to get them fixed without the need because We thought you guys were the “#1 builder” in America. ... The Next-Gen model is perfect for our family dynamic. I am able to live in the main house and still provide a place for my sister to live with all the comforts and safety that she needs with me living just on the other side of the adjoining door.

I had a few issues in my new home that Lennar took months to get repaired. After the New Home Orientation, Lennar had a list of topics to be replaced/repaired, but I still had to open a ticket, follow-up multiple times, escalate to different people by e-mail, and the last problems were finally repaired after 3 to 4 months.

The Schedule was met and throughout the purchase process there was permanent support to answer questions and facilitate the process.

I thank Lennar for providing me such great service. My salesperson was awesome and customer service is fantastic! I did everything through my realtir and property manager. Everything was done virtually but done very nicely. The whole team provided excellent service!

Purchased a "Ready Home" in Solterra Springs that was not ready. There were missing doors, painting that needed to be done, and substandard workmanship overall. There are carpet staples popping up all over the edges of the carpeting. Quality control seems to be an issue.

the finishes of the houses are of very low quality in my inspection I found many details which to see bought a new house are unavailable
