The title company doesn´t respond emails. It´s really a shame

Some things are not of good quality.

I was so looking forward to own my brand new house from Lennar and to my disappointment I was shocked to see such a pricy home with the cheapest details such as $25 dollars faucets throughout the home, the smallest and most uncomfortable patio door, the most horrendous baseboards just to mention a few. I could have backed out from the sale during my walk through but I have already sold my home in CT, my entire life and my family was already packed up. Here I am regretting trusting Lennar as much ad did.

The process to buy a house with lennar was simple and fast however one you move you start noticing that the quality and material are cheap for the price that you are paying for the house. The warranty response is quick but the contractors that they sent to do the repairs do not do a good job, always in a rush and with bad actitud. And if you found pavers or the sidewalk with missing pieces of the concrete with days to be living in the house they said it is not cover in the warranty so who is going to respond then?? If they keep coming with the big trucks on the streets?

After searching, applying and preparing for months, I received the key to my new home in the Wynnstone neighborhood. My brand new 5 bedroom 3 bath home features Energy Star appliances and modern heating and cooling systems. It’s a new build so the roof and other structural items have been inspected twice to prevent early maintenance issues. The community pool and playground for the kids haven’t been installed but will be a plus once operable. The LENNAR builders, consultant Bun Kaing, finance team led by Denise Carlin, and the title team les by Sheree Shearey were awesome throughout the 7-month process. They worked with me and guided me through the few hiccups to ensure I purchased the home that I wanted. Lennar's "Everything's Included" model offers a simplified and inclusive buying process with standard features, however, they limit customization options like interior paint color, screen porches, and landscaping options other than mulch. Lennar also charge quarterly HOA fees & a monthly CDD fee plus an additional admin fees for home maintenance/ home improvement requests. It was overwhelming to learn of these additional fees to budget for so please prepare yourself. ... More

My experience with Lennar was very smooth and fast

I feel like this houses should be perfect when people move in to the house that cost them so much money. Little things that could have taken more time to make perfect for the home owner.

Very good experience in purchasing the new home.

The model I brought is one that I wanted for long time. It is bad that Lennar does not allowed buyers to choose a refrigerator models of choice. They did not provided the appliances for the next gen apartment. They do not provided a welcome package to orient you where to go for utilities etc. They did not provided blinds. House lacks sufficient cabinets.

The process of buying was easy, I signed to take the house off market and received a closing date within a month. Received the house but front door lock was faulty. I opened one the windows to let the smell of new materials out and the frame of the window started to peel and the paint came off the same day. The garage door was making noises because of a screw out of place, the finishing inside has details here and there that could be corrected. The tile piece outside for the garage lights were stained by the construction and they said they couldn’t do anything about it technically. The back yard was planted with a blocks of grass very unevenly. Not that I regret it but it got me feeling what could go wrong next. They are quick to come and help with any situation but the material quality seems to be poor. Regarding documentation, I had to ask for the survey of the property because it was not given to me at the closing. No information about the location of the mailbox or the pool if I hadn’t asked. It was a great experience and I love the home

Overall, the move-in process was definitely a bit challenging, but worth it in the end. We are happy with our beautiful home and feel tremendously blessed. The entire teams from : loan officer (Mike), underwriting (Amanda), Closing (Alma) and then final walk through (Brittany) was an amazing experience. Thank you from my family!

Is bad experience overall! Im still waiting for repair around the house, they loan officer they haved are garbage. They don’t know what they did with documents! A big company, the employees doesn’t have communication between them, the construction manager in crosswind in haines city doesn’t answer! Thanks!

Lennar made the move in and helped ensure all our concerns were meet when purchasing the property.

The Rep is wonderful. We are still north and have yet to move in. Unfortunately, the home watch service keeps finding issues that need to be resolved. I am concerned.

Unbelievable to move into a new build in Florida. It's a dream come true for our family.
