I bought this house as an investment and I was very happy when I signed with tenants just 15 days after closing. I still haven't seen the house ready (I don't live in the USA), but I know that everything was fine and my tenants are very satisfied there. Thanks Lennar.

I thank Lennar for providing me such great service. My salesperson was awesome and customer service is fantastic! I did everything through my realtir and property manager. Everything was done virtually but done very nicely. The whole team provided excellent service!

Phillip in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. Manny our repair and inspection guy is outstanding I liked Gene at the mortgage company a lot. He makes sure that we know he is available and we always get good answers from him. One negative point is that the whole "online application process can be pretty intense for people who are not computer experts. Thanks for everything.

Walking into the Model Center & being greeted by Sales Consultant Bea, in a warm, inviting & professional manner, made a lasting first impression especially when my 1st stop elsewhere was the complete opposite experience! And, after showing me the homes and finding the one I was set up to contact Lennar Mortgage. And, Miguel & the entire team were all very professional, informative & helpful in walking me through the process from start of buying my new home to finish at closing! And, being my home was in such great condition at my initial walkthrough , finding only a few minor touch ups needed that the builders took care of on the spot I didn’t need a final walkthrough! We had no intention on purchasing a 4/3 home. We were only looking at a 3/2 but when Sean showed us our current home, we were very impressed and surprised. There is a beautiful view of the lake as well. The entire process was not as smooth as we had hoped (we had to schedule and reschedule work to be done) but in the end everything was completed and we love our new home.

Lennar gives you more for the money. They included the blinds, refrigerator, and surprised us with a washer and dryer. Other home builders do not do this. The overall experience was great.

Aziza, Gene, Julie, and Brittany were all attentive to my needs throughout my home buying process. Gene and Brittany continue to answer questions after I have moved in. Experience has been great so far. I am praying that this Lennar neighborhood will live up to my expectations.

We have had a few minor issues regarding workmanship, which is to be expected on a new home, but I must say Lennar dealt with everything very quickly & professionally.
