When I did the walkthrough and talk with the Lennar seller, he told me that the house came with fans in the bedrooms and living room, just like the model house ( I have these on email that he send me), even on the website you can read that the house coming with fans. My surprise is that they never installed them, I sent many emails before closing and they practically told me that now houses not have fans. I felt upset for the lie and because no one wanted to give me the fans that the house brought.

Could not come to a conclusion on the safety issue that all home owners of this build have . No power no access to your garage . No door from the inside of the house . Upon putting in an offer on our home, our sales person contacted us and tried to get us to sell our current home that we were living in to "Open Door". I told her I would not do that and undercut the Realtor that we had our home listed with. She then proceeded to email us information on how to sell with them. I called her again and told her we would not be doing this and I felt like she may be getting a kickback by pushing it. The salesperson was very unresponsive from that point forward. Follow up has been good, but slow. Clarity of what needed to be done was unclear including the HOA connection and data. Closed on July 18 and I finally received HOA contact data that was usable on Sept 4th or so. Nothing mentioned about our needing to send in warranty info for appliances. Support for warranty items has gone well which is appreciated. Had to work to get help for setting sprinkler controls. Details for the hand off were scarce. Overall home prep/cleanup was poor. Seems like the caulking, painting, and general attention to detail was done by an 11 year old. I will need to ...

There were no lights fixtures in any of the bedrooms no towel bars in any of the bathrooms the painting was sloppy the cocking & plater was sloppy I expected more for as much as this house cost

The people from Lennar promised me if I close the house they fix all the problems in the house in one week I did the closing and then start my nightmare to this guy’s . Do your job.

When I first came to look at a home. My realtor told me the house was white and it ended up being purple during my walk through. Also workers used my bathroom and left me a present and the house was not cleaned when given to me. Worst experience ever.

The process was very stressful. No one would answer even when deadlines were coming up. It was constant pressure to sign contracts. Felt forceful. We almost didn’t go through with purchase. The house is nice but cheaply made with lots of issues. Overall a 3/5 recommendation. Still working out issues after 2 months. Overall I am happy to be in a house but the process was a 0-1 star to obtain this house.
