When I did the walkthrough and talk with the Lennar seller, he told me that the house came with fans in the bedrooms and living room, just like the model house ( I have these on email that he send me), even on the website you can read that the house coming with fans. My surprise is that they never installed them, I sent many emails before closing and they practically told me that now houses not have fans. I felt upset for the lie and because no one wanted to give me the fans that the house brought.

For me, buying a house with Lenar was a very short experience. It was easy. They have super trained staff and they will help you every step of the way! I recommend it 100%

I would like to buy another house for next year.

Could not come to a conclusion on the safety issue that all home owners of this build have . No power no access to your garage . No door from the inside of the house . MISSED WORK OVER NOT BEING ABLE TO OPEN GARAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT A SMART BUILD . All I was told that they can’t do anything to help me

Upon putting in an offer on our home, our sales person contacted us and tried to get us to sell our current home that we were living in to "Open Door". I told her I would not do that and undercut the Realtor that we had our home listed with. She then proceeded to email us information on how to sell with them. I called her again and told her we would not be doing this and I felt like she may be getting a kickback by pushing it. The salesperson was very unresponsive from that point forward. I had to pursue other avenues to find out information about the progress of Our House because she would not Return to my phone calls. At the time we were first visiting the property,we were informed, there would be a cool playground in dog park in the development. While we understand that all homes must be complete before they be in this building process. Comma we have since learned that the pool would be acrossed the road, in another Lennard development. This would mean that my family would have to cross a major street. Walking to the pool will NOT be possible due the no cross walks, traffic lights and a speed limit of 45 mph. We will have to drive in order to use the swimming pool that we have are paying CDD's for. We believe we should have been told the truth about the pool placement. We may not have chosen this development with that knowledge. In addition, right before closing on our home when the appraisal was done. We found out that the house appraised for less than what we were paying. Lennar refused To Do anything about it and are only choice was to walk away from the deal. Since we had already sold our home and were out of it in a different state. We feel that we were put in an possession of accepting the appraisal or being homeless. The process was very smooth and quick. I was in my new home within 45 days.

Quality is so bad that toilet needs a change, sink needs a change and irrigation needs a change.

From their customer service to their final closing it was the most stress free experience I’ve had purchasing a home. 2 months total time from initial contract to final close. Amazing

Excellent job in all areas

Follow up has been good, but slow. Clarity of what needed to be done was unclear including the HOA connection and data. Closed on July 18 and I finally received HOA contact data that was usable on Sept 4th or so. Nothing mentioned about our needing to send in warranty info for appliances. Support for warranty items has gone well which is appreciated. Had to work to get help for setting sprinkler controls. Details for the hand off were scarce. Overall home prep/cleanup was poor. Seems like the caulking, painting, and general attention to detail was done by an 11 year old. I will need to take time to clean up caulk smears and over painted areas on hinges, door knobs, and even the cover for the front door lock. Very disappointed in the finishing. However, the home appears well built and we are very pleased with the home. I will continue to work with the warranty services and appreciate that option for a new home. We will recommend others to investigate purchasing here, but realize there are definitely little things that could have been done much better. ... More

There were no lights fixtures in any of the bedrooms no towel bars in any of the bathrooms the painting was sloppy the cocking & plater was sloppy I expected more for as much as this house cost

I recently learned that Lennar used inferior shingles for the roofing. The sales person was pleasant, helpful and responsive though

The people from Lennar promised me if I close the house they fix all the problems in the house in one week I did the closing and then start my nightmare to this guy’s . Do your job.

When I first came to look at a home. My realtor told me the house was white and it ended up being purple during my walk through. Also workers used my bathroom and left me a present and the house was not cleaned when given to me. Worst experience ever.

Buying a house from Lennar was one of the best thing my wife and I could ever did.

Easy process when I call for service

Gm just left the new home orientation. Items still haven’t been completed from the previous 3 visits. Why am i continually sent to do this walk. When the items aren’t addressed. The process was very stressful. No one would answer even when deadlines were coming up. It was constant pressure to sign contracts. Felt forceful. We almost didn’t go through with purchase. The house is nice but cheaply made with lots of issues. Overall a 3/5 recommendation. Still working out issues after 2 months. Overall I am happy to be in a house but the process was a 0-1 star to obtain this house.
