Tuvimos varios inconvenientes: 1. Nos asignaron la casa que no habíamos escogido y la compra se retrasó un mes y medio. 2. La casa la entregaron con muchos defectos de pintura, grama del jardín, detalles en la madera y mal pintada o sin pintura en el garage. 3. La firma de los documentos fue toda una pesadilla. Y nos sentimos mal tratados por parte de Lennar. 4. Solucionar los problemas de la casa es todo una odisea y más cuando eres extranjero y no estás en USA. Realmente no compraría otra casa con Lennar.

Lennar over promises and does not deliver. They rushed me through the process and promised things would be fixed BEFORE the closing. That did not happen.

On the closing day, the person responsible for the closing left for vacation which caused some delay. Also, the title was not consistent which was not found until last minute.

This was the worst home buying experience ever! From the beginning to the end! Lennar has gone from using decent materials to the cheapest materials they can find! The grass had to be replaced and that was a hassle to get done, the garage floor edge broke and we told nothing can be done, the landscaping is terrible. The tress were put in incorrect and they refused to fix them and now they are broken. We are being told it’s our responsibility to get them fix! They don’t even put up towel racks or toilet paper holders. I can go and on but I think you get the jist ! We definitely should of gone ...

Highly disappointing

My experience has being unbelievably horrifying. And that’s saying the least. 2nd day moving into the house, a major leak started from a less than par poor job done on the upstairs bathroom. Leak went into the kitchen. Then it went down from there, from broken leading faucet, landscape mishap, broken things everywhere. Just a disappointing experience that’s distasteful.

Since Day 1 when I made the final walk everything has been a complete bad experience, the first thing the contractor told me when I made claims for details of the house is that I was not buying something customer, I moved with a kill in my garden that lasted more than 1 month in being able to be changed, 3 weeks ago I had a flood in the room below and they even blamed me for doing damage to the property, mojo the carpet in the room and they went today to check it and apparently the girl who was has Covid since he says that it has no smell, even though I was told that they were going to change ...

The Sales Team was AMAZING (Craig was Great) Sammy & Kris were also Great. however when it came to the what was promised with the home at the Final walk through and did not get what was promised and Lennar is now stating they will not do anything to make it right, Also I would recommend at closing you shut down the sprinkler system as I was not shown how to use and 104 thousand gallons used in 25 days I am now responsible for. Is costing me the same as my Mortgage amount.

When buying, it would be nice if things were smoother. It was high stress on closing date as most things were not ready. The HOA is finally working so I got my fence that I wanted. Top half of the house is made of ply wood, so it is very loud with kids running around upstairs. Area manager does a great job, and responds in a timely manner (so far)

Electrical issues. Air unit does not cool the upper level well. Hard to plug into the outlet. Paint used is flat except for the wet areas. They should of given an option.

This is my retirement home and I was willing to pay extra for some up grades but was told that I couldn't go off the blueprints . When a client is paying cash for the home , which I did , they should be given that option . Overall it is a very well built house !

Mtg experience was the worst! No customer service and unethical in information. Repairs that were recorded and noted during final walk have not been completed and has been a hassle to get completed.

Dead tree in the backyard

They have closing I had two dead trees, one front one and back. I have been dealing with a gentleman that is horrible. His name is KRIS I have probably 50 text messages of him saying they are going to replace both trees, but they only replaced the one in front, two days after I moved in I had Prince and Son evaluate both trees.
