The Next-Gen model is perfect for our family dynamic. I am able to live in the main house and still provide a place for my sister to live with all the comforts and safety that she needs with me living just on the other side of the adjoining door.

It could've been better but I didn't receive the bifolds for three months.

Overall experience was good, the workmanship of the house isn’t the best. I understand you are only as good as your contractors and sub-contractors. But I really wish they had higher standards to building a home. From the concrete work, to other parts of the house it’s just put together cheaply. You spend your hard earned money and hoping that nothing breaks because barely anything is under actual warranty. Like I said overall experience is good but the quality of the home and workmanship is subpar at best.

To be more upfront on what you are really getting instead of leaving you in the dark. (I.e.) ceiling fans, light over the dining room area, to set the water aggregation system back to a normal level. Be more in contact with the customer during the build process.

I had a few issues in my new home that Lennar took months to get repaired. After the New Home Orientation, Lennar had a list of topics to be replaced/repaired, but I still had to open a ticket, follow-up multiple times, escalate to different people by e-mail, and the last problems were finally repaired after 3 to 4 months.

When buying, it would be nice if things were smoother. It was high stress on closing date as most things were not ready. The HOA is finally working so I got my fence that I wanted. Top half of the house is made of ply wood, so it is very loud with kids running around upstairs. Area manager does a great job, and responds in a timely manner (so far)

Lennar is a great option for anybody looking for a starter home with good amenities. However, the quality of work is pretty mediocre and requires frequent fixes and patch work.

I love my home, and I have learned a valuable lesson. Lennar does not follow through on the process

Home buying experience was good in regards to mortgage. But we had/have lots of issues after we moved in and is still pending.

They have closing I had two dead trees, one front one and back. I have been dealing with a gentleman that is horrible. His name is KRIS I have probably 50 text messages of him saying they are going to replace both trees, but they only replaced the one in front, two days after I moved in I had Prince and Son evaluate both trees. They said they were both dead. KRIS be ashamed of his self not respond to his messages and now I have a dead tree in my backyard. I have been living here for over a month and my first water bill was $648 so yes I have been watering the property , they landscape the house next door. They went all the way on my property to my house and filled the whole side of the house with side on top of my nice green lawn and I still have one uncovered sprinkler head. Our experience with Lennar's new construction home purchase was disappointing and frustrating. Despite their promise of $35,000 in closing costs, we were blindsided by last-minute demands from their preferred lender, who conveniently required us to pay off additional credit card debts the day before the closing. This unexpected financial burden and the discovery that Lennar intended to use my wife's realtor commission to offset their promised contribution left us feeling deceived and cheated. Moreover, the title company's lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction. Despite our persistent efforts to clarify the situation, our calls went unanswered, leaving us disregarded and unheard of as customers. The experience had good and bad things. The Loan Officer never replied when needed. The sales guy was 90% for us there. The other 10% was acceptable because of course he had to take days off. The title officers were 60% helpful, we had too many times to try to reach them. The Constructor manager replied after 3 days. So it looks like Lenar employees are too busy to reply to a buying customer. Other than that we are very happy, we are now in our new home, Very nice. Nice design. Thank you Lennar!. Now we have new issues, the HOA takes too much time to reply to the requests like for example if you want to put a Fence in your yard (the wild animals don't wait, they just come to our yard in the night). If you want to put a patio (it rains every day) in your yard, a request to be approved takes forever. Additionally to this, the streets are just dark, with no light during the night... you need to put your motion lights in your garage doors, or so... ... More

Everything was wonderful until the end of the month of August came. We were scheduled to close on 9/8/2023 and for some reason they pushed it to 8/30/3023. My husband and I took the day off, drove in the middle of a hurricane to the location we were told to be only to realize no one else was in the parking lot and and we contacted them they had forgotten to tell us it had been moved to 8/31/2023, which we were worried we couldn't go because we couldn't just ask our boss to let us have the next day off as well. If that had only been the only bad thing... 8/31/2023 came and we thought we weren't going to close because the county had denied the Certificate of Occupancy but miraculously were able to go to the closing. They had offered a mobile notary due to the uncertainty of us being able to go during work hours, which was a good thing because even though I had submitted a request to change the way they had my husband's name they never did so it needed to be reprinted about 3 times. We were in the office until about 10pm - 11pm, the wait wasn't horrible but it seemed they decided to close a lot of homes that day. When we closed they didn't have our keys but thankfully the house had a smart lock so we could go in with a code. But when we went into the house it was disgusting. Construction debris everywhere, the garage had doors and trims. Every surface of the house had dust, the guest bathroom tub was filthy. Later we would find out that the construction team had NO idea the house had cleared to close so they never prepared it for closing. Of course with the house not being cleared to close there were also items still not finished. Thankfully though Lennar HAS been amazing in this regard and the moment we find something that is missing or broken they fix it within a week or less. Every single person we speak with has been wonderful in their attention and service. The house itself, after the items on the list were taken care of, is wonderful. I'm just left with being upset that my first ever home buying experience was this. I wanted to walk into my new home and be overjoyed my years long dream had finally come true and instead I needed my inhaler due to all the dust... ... More

The initial process was a little bumpy, but we got through it. However, during the second walk through I thought I was racing in the Indianapolis 500. That was the quickest walk through I ever did. Afterwards we learned some things were missing and some things weren't done right and as far as things not done right outside the home, make sure they get done before signing and closing on your home. Otherwise, you are responsible for anything that's not right on the outside of the home. Such as, cracks in the garage floor or chucks of driveway concrete missing, just to name a few. Also, doing the first walk through the Lennar guide did not want to open the attic space. Not quite sure what that was about. If asked if you want to get your own inspector before closing, I suggest you do so. However, this is our second Lennar home and though the house was not perfect it still seems to be a good house. Please ensure that Lenore stands by the date that they give you for closing because when they change the date it totally disrupts your life and then you have to spend additional monies that were not initially budgeted for

Prices are good overall great service

You will need lots of patience. They eventually to address the needs but not everything will be complete on closing and if you don't close when they set the date, you will be charged $300 fee for everyday not closing. You have to stay on top of all issues with them, however the staff is very nice and due to the supply issues in this economy it can be a nightmare.

The house is fine, but the process could be better

Electrical issues. Air unit does not cool the upper level well. Hard to plug into the outlet. Paint used is flat except for the wet areas. They should of given an option.

Closing was scheduled by Lennar before all work completed. The front door was painted while we have final walkthrough on the date of closing. Many substandard jobs was done in a rush. The construction manager and customer care team were very responsible and took care of many left over jobs.
