We moved after 6 weeks of closing date and we still do not have a contact person and customer service to resolve the pending issues.. We like the house and the place but we have not had personalized assistance.

Champions Gate is a great development

I had a smooth home buying experience with Lennar.

Overall it was fine but there were issues that took some time to be resolved.

The Next-Gen model is perfect for our family dynamic. I am able to live in the main house and still provide a place for my sister to live with all the comforts and safety that she needs with me living just on the other side of the adjoining door.

Once I get my punch list completed I’ll be happy

The personal is nice polite and eficient lam very happy ,the hause is nice,the garden pretty .lnside the hause by my experience l recomemd to check the outlet to know if it has the righ voltaje the head shawers. Other than that l am very exiting with my new home.

The closing process was harder than it needs to be

It could've been better but I didn't receive the bifolds for three months.

Overall experience was good, the workmanship of the house isn’t the best. I understand you are only as good as your contractors and sub-contractors. But I really wish they had higher standards to building a home. From the concrete work, to other parts of the house it’s just put together cheaply. You spend your hard earned money and hoping that nothing breaks because barely anything is under actual warranty. Like I said overall experience is good but the quality of the home and workmanship is subpar at best.

To be more upfront on what you are really getting instead of leaving you in the dark. (I.e.) ceiling fans, light over the dining room area, to set the water aggregation system back to a normal level. Be more in contact with the customer during the build process.

I had a few issues in my new home that Lennar took months to get repaired. After the New Home Orientation, Lennar had a list of topics to be replaced/repaired, but I still had to open a ticket, follow-up multiple times, escalate to different people by e-mail, and the last problems were finally repaired after 3 to 4 months.

I recently learned that Lennar used inferior shingles for the roofing. The sales person was pleasant, helpful and responsive though

When buying, it would be nice if things were smoother. It was high stress on closing date as most things were not ready. The HOA is finally working so I got my fence that I wanted. Top half of the house is made of ply wood, so it is very loud with kids running around upstairs. Area manager does a great job, and responds in a timely manner (so far)

Lennar is a great option for anybody looking for a starter home with good amenities. However, the quality of work is pretty mediocre and requires frequent fixes and patch work.

I love my home, and I have learned a valuable lesson. Lennar does not follow through on the process

Home buying experience was good in regards to mortgage. But we had/have lots of issues after we moved in and is still pending.

They have closing I had two dead trees, one front one and back. I have been dealing with a gentleman that is horrible. His name is KRIS I have probably 50 text messages of him saying they are going to replace both trees, but they only replaced the one in front, two days after I moved in I had Prince and Son evaluate both trees. They said they were both dead. KRIS be ashamed of his self not respond to his messages and now I have a dead tree in my backyard. I have been living here for over a month and my first water bill was $648 so yes I have been watering the property , they landscape the house next door. They went all the way on my property to my house and filled the whole side of the house with side on top of my nice green lawn and I still have one uncovered sprinkler head. I would never buy a home again from Lennar and , I am a contractor ... More

Some issues was resolved but other issues are present and no one has responded yet honestly it’s like I’m actually bothering them

Next Gen Homes are Amazing

Bad experience to buy, great exoerience with sale agent, horrible closing with consierge

Overall good experience due to all this Covid situation.
