When buying, it would be nice if things were smoother. It was high stress on closing date as most things were not ready. The HOA is finally working so I got my fence that I wanted. Top half of the house is made of ply wood, so it is very loud with kids running around upstairs. Area manager does a great job, and responds in a timely manner (so far)

Electrical issues. Air unit does not cool the upper level well. Hard to plug into the outlet. Paint used is flat except for the wet areas. They should of given an option.

This is my retirement home and I was willing to pay extra for some up grades but was told that I couldn't go off the blueprints . When a client is paying cash for the home , which I did , they should be given that option . Overall it is a very well built house !

Mtg experience was the worst! No customer service and unethical in information. Repairs that were recorded and noted during final walk have not been completed and has been a hassle to get completed.

They have closing I had two dead trees, one front one and back. I have been dealing with a gentleman that is horrible. His name is KRIS I have probably 50 text messages of him saying they are going to replace both trees, but they only replaced the one in front, two days after I moved in I had Prince and Son evaluate both trees. They said they were both dead. KRIS be ashamed of his self not respond to his messages and now I have a dead tree in my backyard. I have been living here for over a month and my first water bill was $648 so yes I have been watering the property , they landscape the house next door. They went all the way on my property to my house and filled the whole side of the house with side on top of my nice green lawn and I still have one uncovered sprinkler head. I highly recommend RUNNING away from any Lennar neighborhood. This is a joke of a home buying process and they should be out of business.

We moved after 6 weeks of closing date and we still do not have a contact person and customer service to resolve the pending issues.. We like the house and the place but we have not had personalized assistance.

There is no other word to describe the gratitude that I have with the whole process from the beginning until the end with all the people that was involved with this dream that I had for years that at one point I saw my self giving up on trying again until I saw the good possibility with Lennar homes and there good reviews which were actually my boost to try one more time, and see I was not wrong this time. Thank you Lennar homes for everything you guys have done for me a my family, now I can call and tell my family "Welcome Home". God bless all..

Bought a home with Lennar at the end of March. Closing was moved up--I appreciate that. However, lots of little dents and scratches that were promised to be fixed after closing never occurred. I followed up time and time again and never heard back. I gave up and paid about $1500 to fix these items on my own. Note that the homes are built by teams of independent contractors--Lennar does not have their own teams building them. Workmanship can vary. Knowing what I know now, I would not close until all issues fixed.

Our experience with Lennar's new construction home purchase was disappointing and frustrating. Despite their promise of $35,000 in closing costs, we were blindsided by last-minute demands from their preferred lender, who conveniently required us to pay off additional credit card debts the day before the closing. This unexpected financial burden and the discovery that Lennar intended to use my wife's realtor commission to offset their promised contribution left us feeling deceived and cheated. Moreover, the title company's lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction. Despite our persistent efforts to clarify the situation, our calls went unanswered, leaving us disregarded and unheard of as customers. Things were not finished by closing date and after was a hassle to have them finish them. At closing, they try to say you might get the keys but maybe the following day which is absurd and not funny to bring out music box with celebrayion music. Poor workmanship, rushing through and sloppy. The construction crews start working at 630am with no consideration to owner already living in neighborhood.

Moro aqui no Brasil, e comprei minha casa atraves da Lennar de forma totalmente on line, contei com um time de ponta para me atender a todas as duvidas e necessidades, desde a demonstração da casa, uma vez que eu estava longe, ate a concretização final de todo o processo, neste estagio sim fomos ate Orlando para assinatura do contrato. Amei conhecer a Lennar e todo seu potencial. Parabens!!!

It could've been better but I didn't receive the bifolds for three months.

We had no intention on purchasing a 4/3 home. We were only looking at a 3/2 but when Sean showed us our current home, we were very impressed and surprised. There is a beautiful view of the lake as well. The entire process was not as smooth as we had hoped (we had to schedule and reschedule work to be done) but in the end everything was completed and we love our new home.

From the beginning of our home search to the very end every step was simple and not stressful at all. Hats off to the ENTIRE Lennar team that helped to make homebuying possible for me and my family! Your teamwork was outstanding and highly recommended by us. Keep up the good work!

We just bought our home back in February of this year. My wife and I were extremely hesitant especially after the reviews people have posted about Lennar. I'm very thankful and happy that we've been blessed with a different experience than everyone else and everything so far has been everything we could've wanted.

The process was great and there helpful but the guys they got making these home they do a horrible job with the details is very sloppy and not clean.

The property is very good, I think it should improve the closing times that fluctuate and do not allow better planning at the end of the process.
