Lennar was very difficult to deal with. There were 4-5 different people with no clear direction on who to talk to about what is*****. I used lennar mortgage the day before i was supposed to close the mortgage guy called and told me we coudln't close, then told me he didn't have my down payment, and then later told me he found it. Lennar broker promised things to me to entice me to do this deal and did not follow through on this. I would not work with Lennar again they not easy nor trustworthy

The overall process was fairly smooth. Had one is***** along the way with the kitchen cabinet colors, and it was resolved in a timely manner. The home was completed and closed within the beginning date that I received. The walk through went well, and I enjoyed working with the construction manager who was very accommodating and helpful.

Happy with my interest rate! Mortgage process was horrendous and not a single person from Lennar showed up at the closing. No one has been able to provide assistance regarding work that will affect the warranty. Haven’t lived here long enough to evaluate the quality, time will tell. But appliances had to be replaced bc the quality of what they installed wasn’t great- cheap. My construction manager, Jen was the only reliable trustworthy person with whom I dealt. Not pleased the place doesn’t have actual paint on the walls.

I love the community and all of our new neighbors. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. Many people here share the same interests and there is a great atmosphere. The build quality leaves something to be desired. For every great feature you find, you will find at least 1 drawback or quality control issue. Here are some examples. Lennar uses quartz countertops, but only 2cm thin, therefore the chip and crack easily. The house are all settling and suffering from cracks. There is no power in the floor so today's modern electric reclining sofas have to run extension cords. Insulation is blown ...

Even though the house was complete before I saw it, when I got to the final walkthrough, the rep noticed things that I would not have seen until after I moved in. Even minor repairs, I appreciate the attention to detail. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. She was the reason I even came to look there. So far I love living here!

My name is Betty, i am a 1st time home buyer and I am loving my 1st time home buyer experience. Of course nothing is perfect. I recently put an online maintenance request for plumbing issue. I recieved a call the same day, and was schedule immediately. Maintenance person was on time and professional. Quick fix and now im back to my beautiful brand new Lennar home. Thank you again Lennar!

Nice house great layout having some minor issue but one thing that is disappointing is the kitchen cabinets. When the upper cabinet doors are opened the corner ones either slam into the refrigerator or the walls and the bottom cabinet draws should have pull out drawers. Hopefully we will find a solution

Two months dealing with breaker issue in bedrooms, still not resolved. Losing power every week once they think it is corrected. Large ant hills around property, now my issue to deal with, HOA too restrictive on storm team colors, making us use very dark brown on White House’s, HOA using my wrong email address on denial letter, now asking for another month to review colors they are making me use. Just too difficult for the price of this house.

The tile contractor had to come back and and correct his mistakes ,still waiting for the landscaper to replace the dead tree that I was told is dormant back in November and if the contractor who passes himself of as a painter ,then I’m a brain surgeon.

I had a pleasant experience. All good up until the promised return of my deposit wasn't going to happen. I made a big deal of it, because it was promised and the day before my closing they said it wasn't going to be that amount. In their defense, when I made a fuss, they were able to fix the numbers and give me back what I was promised but not without stress and worry on the eve of my closing which pushed back my closing a few hours. I also found out the at the time I was in there initially they offered a golf cart to another home owner as a perk and not to me. I wonder why that is?

The sales experience was painful, empty, and left us feeling like we weren't even human The first sales guy practically held us hostage and drove us around in circles showing us every available model and every available home We left that experience feeling so confused and unsure of what was what. Docusign horrible to get access, first mortgage guy I felt with unhelpful and didn’t answer my questions. Paperwork had to be sent to lenders multiple times because they never received it. Never received the closing documents as they promised, had to call 15 different people to get them.signed on Halloween and I STILL HAVE NO MAIL BOX.
