They take the whole experience of buying a New Home to a level of take it as is. At first i was so impressed until it came to work on the details, Attention to details is not on the list. Ive moved about a month and 1/2 and there is still unpainted spot outside the house with bent gutters covers. Just make sure you get everything corrected; otherwise prepared to hear a lot of “we don’t cover that … , that’s owner’s responsibility”. This is what you get when the work is unsupervised. Gave 4 * in overall since Finance, and sales people overall were awesome thru this period of buying.

1. Closing delayed do to incorrect filing with the city. 2.Never received final Closing papers. 3. Not given access to main entrance for several day finally after numerous complaints received them. 3. Many issues brought to construction Superintendent with his promise to fix such as: Peeling paint on doors Chipped pavers on driveway Papers not removed on exterior vents Came and removed a gutter that was not supposed to be installed and never returned to patch holes

I absolutely love the home I purchased from Lennar. My only disappointment was not being able to upgrade anything. I did not get to choose the outside color of the home and I could not upgrade the floors in the entire home or even the glass wall for the shower. The problem I am now facing is that my feet hurt every day from walking on the hard tiled floor instead of the wood flooring that I wanted. Not sure if my feet will recover but I will now have to replace all the flooring in the entire home because I prefer wood floors in the bedrooms and in the open plan living space. I also ...

For price home should have more upgrades, Materials and workmanship only average, found many things were substandard, eg…kitchen granite counter edges were very sharp, not rounded and smooth, tile grout lines not sealed, garage floor had multi cracks etc. Most faults not visible during walkthrough.

House toom way longer than we were told it would and even still was convinced to close before the home was ready. And no notice was given when it came to telling us the house still isn't ready. Tile floors seem like the aren't sealed and have spots all over that one clean off, face plates are crooked. Everything just seems rushed and not done well.

This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family. The builders have rushed through the jobs without making sure that things are safer, making sure that things are secure, or complete. We had people peeing in the toilet painters. We had painters painting outside of the house that we're supposed to be washing the brush we've had every single thing ...

Horrible workmanship, awful customer service

Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address issues. Still have two work orders in one from January and one from February. Only a few issues have been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps pass the buck. Customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have completed the purchase of my home in the month of February. And every since March of 2019 I have been writing emails to leonarr about the tiles on my floor. No one has gotten back with me about resolving my issue very poor customer service on lennars behalf. Once you have completed the sale of your home if you have any issues they will not correct it they will not even get back in contact with you to try to resolve the issue.
