They take the whole experience of buying a New Home to a level of take it as is. At first i was so impressed until it came to work on the details, Attention to details is not on the list. Ive moved about a month and 1/2 and there is still unpainted spot outside the house with bent gutters covers. Just make sure you get everything corrected; otherwise prepared to hear a lot of “we don’t cover that … , that’s owner’s responsibility”. This is what you get when the work is unsupervised. Gave 4 * in overall since Finance, and sales people overall were awesome thru this period of buying.

1. Closing delayed do to incorrect filing with the city. 2.Never received final Closing papers. 3. Not given access to main entrance for several day finally after numerous complaints received them. 3. Many issues brought to construction Superintendent with his promise to fix such as: Peeling paint on doors Chipped pavers on driveway Papers not removed on exterior vents Came and removed a gutter that was not supposed to be installed and never returned to patch holes

I will tell you that you are awful with keeping people updated and aware of what is going on. I will say that I had to call 2 to three times to get answers on most of my questions. I think you should have told me more about the running of Lennar and veranda preserves. I am happy with the moved but not thrilled with the organizations. I absolutely love the home I purchased from Lennar. My only disappointment was not being able to upgrade anything. I did not get to choose the outside color of the home and I could not upgrade the floors in the entire home or even the glass wall for the shower. The problem I am now facing is that my feet hurt every day from walking on the hard tiled floor instead of the wood flooring that I wanted. Not sure if my feet will recover but I will now have to replace all the flooring in the entire home because I prefer wood floors in the bedrooms and in the open plan living space. I also ...

Unorganized, inconsistent communication, customer journey from point A to point Z. Lennar said they experienced many “glitches” when it came to our poor customer experience…Our realtor saved this deal and it is the only reason we closed on this home.

Our construction Manager, Macki is amazing! Everything else has been so-so... We have had a normal amount of "new construction" issues and our construction manager is always on top of it and doing everything she can to get it fixed but the folks that are "fixing" the issue are not really fixing the issue, just trying to cover up. It is extremely frustrating. There are a lot of things that could look way better if they were just fixed correctly the first time. For price home should have more upgrades, Materials and workmanship only average, found many things were substandard, eg…kitchen granite counter edges were very sharp, not rounded and smooth, tile grout lines not sealed, garage floor had multi cracks etc. Most faults not visible during walkthrough.

Response to new home 2nd walk through have never been corrected. Sliding door handle is very small making it hard to open from outside. Painters did not pay attention to finishing doors they are peeling and paint has stuck to frame.

Nice Home But Poor Quality Paint / materials and Pests

Some of the paint on a few of the doors started to chip in less than a week of moving in without anything touching or irritating paint. Owner is responsible for fixing that as builder will not fix. Small entry holes throughout the home especially back door for an abundance of ants and other similar creatures to come in despite alleged pest control treatment completed prior to moving in. Pay attention to irrigation system and water meters as first utility bill EXTREMELY high despite not having ANY leaks in home

Times have changed, so my expectatiions were not met as I had hoped. Many new relationships start out with lots of optimism and presumed expectations. I love the new home, however, I found the whole transaction impersonal. I did not meet any of the persons I interacted with over the months in person. I met a notary at closing. First walk through had issues. Some were addressed by the second walk through and still working on completing other issues that are still being realized now. House toom way longer than we were told it would and even still was convinced to close before the home was ready. And no notice was given when it came to telling us the house still isn't ready. Tile floors seem like the aren't sealed and have spots all over that one clean off, face plates are crooked. Everything just seems rushed and not done well.

Overall it's okay but I feel as though the home building process was rush and because of this the home is not done properly so like some Tiles uneven, bathroom shower stall have grout that can be done properly, etc.

The first walk through of the home I highlighted a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Second walk through was the same day as my closing day (very inconvenient) nothing was fixed. The home looked the same as the first walk through.

it was the worst buying experience of any product I’ve ever bought in my entire life. The only good news is my salesman was perfect and very helpful.
