Lennar was great to work with and I’m glad to have bought my house from them rather than a resale which was an alternative. Each step involved a different contact and each was positive. There was a great deal of paperwork which at times was a little challenging but overall, a very positive experience.

Unorganized, inconsistent communication, customer journey from point A to point Z. Lennar said they experienced many “glitches” when it came to our poor customer experience…Our realtor saved this deal and it is the only reason we closed on this home.

Response to new home 2nd walk through have never been corrected. Sliding door handle is very small making it hard to open from outside. Painters did not pay attention to finishing doors they are peeling and paint has stuck to frame.

Our closing was scheduled and I checked ahead of time to make sure all financial issues would be eliminated. We arrived at the "Welcome Center" at our location as instructed. 10 minutes before the time I receive an email saying that the closing would be 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, there was NO paperwork and more money was required to close. Closing took several hours and was completely inept.

Bernie my son liked the online presence and having all the docs in 1 place was great. Me as his father and buyer too, I loved the house design (30 years as a homebuilder) the quality of work was an 8 out 10, but the follow thru on who was going to fix things is to corporate! It would be best to have a full time customer service Guy/Gal who shows up and does the customer service work as there will always be something to fix. We had to wait over a month for a landscaping add on and had to call many people with very little follow thru. We love our house, but the crap about the architectural review and that they couldn't do the Screen Porch because of it was crap and should be optioned, it will be mid February until they show up to install it. Because of the corporate vibe, everyone blames someone else and responsibility isn't their's.... it was the worst buying experience of any product I’ve ever bought in my entire life. The only good news is my salesman was perfect and very helpful. Also, the community and the neighbors are very friendly and the clubhouse is nice. Other than that it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They lie through their teeth over and over again. They do not back up their products and they don’t care about the health or welfare of any of their customers. The only reason you should buy here is because of the price. It is definitely lower than every place else and it’s probably because they have such a poor reputation about their customer service. I am extremely angry and frustrated at this company and if I could, I would walk out of here and get my money back, but my wife would be very upset because she loves it here so I am biting my tongue as much as I can. I have actually been injured because of a bad design refrigerator. They gave me I tore a bicep Muscle Pulling the refrigerator out away from the wall to get the ice tray out because that’s the only way you can get it out and they will not give me a new refrigerator over and under so I can get the ice bucket out without pulling refrigerator out that goes to show you how their customer care And they didn’t even say they were sorry that I have to have surgery on my bicep. I’m very pleased with my experience with Lennar, they are very professional when it come to serve they clients.. my experiences with Lennar was very productive. From start to finish.. because of the dedication and commitment now I have my new house. I will recommend Lennar to any one who’s ready to buy new homes.

The list is so extensive of what was done wrong including burying ATT fiber box so lawn is dug up. Flooding my backyard sp can't put up fence. Andis unusable. I could go on.

Our construction Manager, Macki is amazing! Everything else has been so-so... We have had a normal amount of "new construction" issues and our construction manager is always on top of it and doing everything she can to get it fixed but the folks that are "fixing" the issue are not really fixing the issue, just trying to cover up. It is extremely frustrating. There are a lot of things that could look way better if they were just fixed correctly the first time. The buying side was good, but the mortgage and title side of things had their own issues, not paying my insurance right away and getting told my insurance would drop me. We started out with so many questions and not thinking we were ready to buy. Our loan officer gave us the reality of where we were in the home buying experience and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Lennar continuously sent us emails of what’s next, the portal was very helpful to keep up with things, very user friendly and straight forward. Even after closing we received check in calls. After living in our home two months now…I can tell you it was nicely build and designed. We get a lot of compliments when we get visitors. Well prices, great layout, great customer service from all of the Lennar team members. I recommend them everytime someone ask about new construction or home ownership. Glad I chose them. Overall it's okay but I feel as though the home building process was rush and because of this the home is not done properly so like some Tiles uneven, bathroom shower stall have grout that can be done properly, etc.

Great experience with Lennar and the team.

Sales was great. Paint and texture wipe off when cleaning walls. Lennar said not covered because paint is water based. We painted when we moved in with professional painters said the texture was coming when they were painting. The kitchen cabinets also have texture splatter on them. We pointed it out and was told someone would come out to clean but to date no one has been out

Great home design, great price, great overall experience. Would suggest that Lennar sell their homes without Lennar’s kitchen and bathrooms and offer an option for owner to put in their own kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures, appliances etc. after purchase.

make sure you have everything on paper they say or will denied it

I will tell you that you are awful with keeping people updated and aware of what is going on. I will say that I had to call 2 to three times to get answers on most of my questions. I think you should have told me more about the running of Lennar and veranda preserves. I am happy with the moved but not thrilled with the organizations. This builder is great, I know everyone have a different experience in my humble opinion. They are really good at what they do. They made the process easy they use a top quality material. They keep you posted on new updates. Everybody should know about them.

Like most builders the first priority is to get you into the new property. At first you will find 20 people chasing you to get the process moving on time.. after that it kind of slow down. Once you need something, it basically comes down to the character of the individuals (luck of the draw) from Lennar who actually are willing to help. Some of the others, they insulate themselves from you once the home closes. I have issues with their mortgage transfer process that no one can give me a straight answer. Some warranty items pop up, good luck getting with Customer Service to call you back.

My overall experience was satisfactory.The sales personals were on point and polite and very helpful.

From the beginning of the whole project, I can say that when we came in to see the homes, we liked the design of the home. They were very simple and basic, but their prices were actually very good which helps you because it lets you customize the home as you like in the future a lot of builders like to build their homes very nice and customized and that’s nice too, but you do pay a hefty price for it sometimes so I am very happy overall with the quality of the home. It’s a big blessing for my wife and for myself and the whole team from the beginning of the sales team to the loan officer Marco to the closing, everybody was very very responsive and they did the job very well And even after we closed the home, we do sometimes find things in the home, which is normal with any home you build brand new regardless of a builder or even yourself and they do take care of the issues fairly quickly. Appliances are low grade. Water pressure low.

We're happy and not happy! We like the house, but Lennar will forget about you once the close is done. The Mortgage Officer 5-Stars EXCELLENT!

This was overall a great experience however the workmanship was a little lacking. While I do love my home and have only moved a month now I’m seeing some things already falling apart, materials seems a bit on the lower end. The workmanship looks a bit subpar compared to elsewhere. I’m not a complainer but did not expect to be putting WO in the portal so soon after moving in. A bit disappointed but happy to see the urgency on the responses and follow up
