House toom way longer than we were told it would and even still was convinced to close before the home was ready. And no notice was given when it came to telling us the house still isn't ready. Tile floors seem like the aren't sealed and have spots all over that one clean off, face plates are crooked. Everything just seems rushed and not done well.

The first walk through of the home I highlighted a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Second walk through was the same day as my closing day (very inconvenient) nothing was fixed. The home looked the same as the first walk through.

it was the worst buying experience of any product I’ve ever bought in my entire life. The only good news is my salesman was perfect and very helpful. Also, the community and the neighbors are very friendly and the clubhouse is nice. Other than that it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They lie through their teeth over and over again. They do not back up their products and they don’t care about the health or welfare of any of their customers. The sales experience was painful, empty, and left us feeling like we weren't even human The first sales guy practically held us hostage and drove us around in circles showing us every available model and every available home We left that experience feeling so confused and unsure of what was what. Docusign horrible to get access, first mortgage guy I felt with unhelpful and didn’t answer my questions. Paperwork had to be sent to lenders multiple times because they never received it. Never received the closing documents as they promised, had to call 15 different people to get them.signed on Halloween and I STILL HAVE NO MAIL BOX. Rafael was the most horrible salesman ever. He wasn't attentive to our needs at all and we felt left out during the process of getting our loan.

Lets start at the beginning. We came to Veranda preserve to purchase twin homes, for my wife and I, and for our daughters to live next door., Mind you we lived in the Tampa Area, before the purchase. First we told the salesperson that showed the homes, that we didn't want an electric compartment outside our home. Next we asked about fencing in both yards, without a divider fence. This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family.
